재사용 소프트웨어 품질평가 도구 개발 (Development of a Quality Assessment Tool for Software Reuse)

  • 소프트웨어를 재사용하는 경우 부품의 품질은 새로 개발한 시스템의 품질에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 재사용 라이브러리를 구성할 때 품질에 대한 평가와 검증은 필수적이다. 여러번 다시 사용하는 재사용 소프트웨어는 일반적인 일회적 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 평가와는 다른 기준으로 평가할 필요가 있다. 사용자 인터페이스나 기능적인 측면보다는 확장성과 정확성 등이 더욱 중요한 품질 요소가 된다. 본 논문은 멀티미디어 재사용 부품 저장소 및 재사용 시스템(Reusable Software for Multimedia Objects)의 일부인 객체 부품화 및 품질 평가 기술 개발에 관한 것으로 C++및 IDL(Interface Definition Language)로 표현된 재사용 부품을 읽어 구문 형식, 구조, 객체 결합도, 객체 응집도, 객체 복잡도, 이해도 등의 관점에서 분석하고 품질 만족도를 출력하는 품질평가 도구를 다루었다. 또한 분산 환경에서 품질 검증 시스템을 사용할 수 있도록 CORBA기반에서 설계하였다.

디지털 리터러시 역량의 자기진단 평가도구 개발 (Development of Self Assessment Tool for Digital Literacy Competence)

  • 이 연구에서는 디지털 리터러시 역량이 현재와 미래사회를 대비한 핵심역량의 하나라는 판단 하에 이를 자가진단하거나 교육용 프로그램에서 효과성 검증의 도구로 활용할 수 있도록 디지털 리터러시 역량의 자기보고식 평가도구를 개발하였다. 디지털 리터러시 역량에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 2개 영역, 8개 구인, 총 45개 문항으로 구성된 도구를 구성하였다. 약 3천 명의 중학생을 대상으로 평가를 실시한 후 적합성 판단을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 전반적으로 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 이 연구에서 개발한 평가도구는 일차적으로 초중등학교 및 성인교육 분야에서 활용 가능하다. 이 도구를 토대로 후속 연구를 통해 누구나 온라인으로 접근 가능하도록 시스템을 개발하고 축적된 데이터를 통해 각 개인의 자기계발에 필요한 교육 정보를 제공한다면 우리 국민들의 디지털 리터러시 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 본다.

구개파열 영유아의 언어발달 특성 연구 (Language Development in Cleft Palate Infants)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the characteristics of receptive and expressive language development of cleft palate infants aged under 3. Twenty-six cleft palate infants and 52 normal infants were grouped into 3 chronological age groups with 1 year intervals: less than 1, 1, and 2 years old. The cleft palate infants were divided into 2 groups: cleft palate only, and cleft lip & palate. Each mother of the infants was asked to complete the questionnaire, Sequenced Language Scale for Infants (SELSI). Receptive and Expressive language scores of SELSI were computed. The scores of receptive and expressive language were respectively analyzed into 4 categories of language: phonology/prosody, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics. The results, concerning the differences of language development between the cleft palate and the normal infants, were as follows: (1) expressive language scores were significantly different at age 2 between the cleft palate and the normal infants; (2) cleft plate groups aged less than 1 and 1 showed lower scores of phonology/prosody of expressive language than the normal groups; (3) cleft palate group aged 2 showed lower scores than the normal group in semantics, syntax, and pragmatics. The results, concerning the characteristics of language development between the cleft palate only and the cleft lip & palate infants, were as follows: (1) the scores of expressive and receptive language were not statistically different between the 2 groups; (2) both groups did not show any difference in .the scores of phonology/ prosody, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics of receptive and expressive language.

An Internet-based Self-Learning Educational System for Efficient Learning Process of Java Language

  • This Paper Presents an Internet-based Java self-learning educational system which consists of a management system named Java Web Player (JWP) and creative multimedia contents fer Java language. The JWP Is a Java application program free from security problems by the Java Web Start technologies that supports an Integrated learning environment including three Important learning Procedures: Java concept learning Process, Programming practice process and assessment process. This JWP enables the learners to achieve efficient and Interesting self-learning since the learning process is designed to enhance the multimedia capabilities on the basis of various educational technologies. On-line voice presentation and its related texts together with moving images are synchronized for efficiently conveying creative contents to learners. Furthermore, a simple and useful compiler is included in the JWP fur providing user-friendly language practice environment enabling such as coding, editing, executing and debugging Java source files on the Web. The assessment process with various items helps the learners not only to increase their academic capability but also to appreciate their current degree of understanding. Finally, simple multiple choices are given suddenly to the learners while they are studying through the JWP and the test results are displayed on the message box. The proposed system can be used for an efficient tool for learning system on the Web.

국내거주 외국인을 위한 한국형 치과정보 이해능력 평가도구의 개발 (Development of test for Korean functional health literacy in dentistry)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to develop a tool for assessing foreigners' understanding of oral health information in Korea called the Test of Korean Functional Health Literacy in Dentistry(TOKFHLiD) and examined validity and reliability of the tool. The TOKFHLiD consists of two literacy assessment parts: Dental Information Sentence(DIS) aims to assess one's literacy of sentences containing oral health information. Dental Information Document(DID) aims to assess one's numeracy and literacy of documents containing oral health information. Methods: Twenty eight preliminary questions were developed based on various medical care literature such as the agreement to diagnosis and treatment and the treatment precautions. DID using 14 preliminary questions was developed based on the appointment card, the treatment schedule, and labels on oral care products. The 42 preliminary questions in the DIS and the DID were subsequently put through four separate expert reviews, in which questions with content validity score of less than 0.8(13/15 points) were corrected and modified by five dental experts and then were corrected for language errors by two Korean language experts. The preliminary assessment tool was tested on 153 Koreans, and ${\chi}^2$ test was performed on the ratio of respondents who comprehended each question, the ratio of respondents who chose the correct answer for each question with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Of the 42 preliminary questions, 1 question in DIS and 1 question in DID, for which the ratio of Korean respondents who chose the correct answers did not exceed the acceptable level of 80%, were excluded and a final assessment tool was completed with 40 questions. Conclusions: Following the development and application of the tool, examination of the TOKHLiD for validity and reliability revealed that this assessment tool is adequate for assessing oral health information literacy of foreigners who are using oral hygiene medical services in Korea.

리눅스 기반 프로그래밍 언어의 온라인 학습 시스템 구성에 관한 연구 (A study on the On-line Teaching system for Linux-based Programming Language)

  • 본 논문에서는 리눅스 기반 프로그래밍 언어를 온라인으로 실습할 수 있는 시스템의 구성 방법을 제시하였다. 제시한 시스템은 리눅스 운영체제의 가장 큰 특징인 웹-서버 기능을 활용하며, 방화벽이나 기타 보안적 제약을 받지 않으면서 telnet과 FTP 기능을 모사하여 실제 리눅스 콘솔과 유사한 실습이 가능하다. 이를 위해 웹 상에서 프로그래밍 도구가 가져야 할 기능적 요소들을 분석하고 이를 구현하기 위한 알고리즘을 정립하였으며, 특히 사용자의 실수에 의한 오류 메시지 등이 실재 telnet 화면과 동일한 형태로 나타날 수 있는 방법을 구현하였다. 구현된 학습 시스템을 학생들을 대상으로 수업에 활용한 결과 온라인으로 리눅스 프로그래밍 언어의 실습이 가능함은 물론 교수자가 학습자들의 모든 사항들을 직접 점검하고 지도할 수 있어 학습자의 만족도가 오프라인 수업 때와 유사한 결과를 확인하였다.

  • 컴퓨터 프로그램의 표절 또는 복제에 대한 유사도 검출은 구현에 사용된 프로그래밍 언어, 분석 대상 코드의 종류에 따라 각기 다른 감정 방법과 도구가 필요하다. 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 내장형 시스템의 목적 코드에 대한 유사도 감정은 원시 코드와 비교해 더욱 복잡한 과정 및 고도의 기술과 함께 상당한 자원을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 목적 코드를 대상으로 역 어셈블리 기법의 적용과 같은 역공학 방법을 이용하여, 목적 코드의 어셈블리어 변환을 통한 어셈블리어 레벨에서의 함수 단위 유사도 감정 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 그리고, 어셈블리어 레벨에서의 유사도 비교를 위해 코드의 구문분석을 통한 명령어 및 오퍼랜드 테이블을 생성하고, 이를 대상으로 유사도를 검출할 수 있는 도구의 설계에 관하여 기술하였다.

증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술 기반의 글자교구재 디지털 앱 개발 사례와 교육효과 평가: 학습동기, 학습만족도, 학습몰입도를 중심으로 (An Augmented Reality-Based Digital App as an Educational Tool for Foreign Language Learning and the Evaluation of Its Learning Effect: Towards an Examination of Learning Motivation, Learning Satisfaction, and Learning Engagement)

  • The present work aimed to present the development of 'Funt', the augmented reality-based digital app as an educational tool for foreign language learning. Our work further evaluated the learning efficacy of the tool by the assessment of the three dependent measures including learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and learning involvement. With a learning app of 'Funt', students can use AR app to access recognition-based or location-based experiences such that any objects, artifacts, or media appear to be in the app. Students are then able to interact with the digital content by manipulating it to learn more about it. Students's engagement should also increase when they create their own experience in AR to demonstrate their understanding of a particular concept or words. Learning effects were evaluated on survey data collected from a hundred respondents aging six to nine years. One-group design for pre-test and post-test was utilized to examine the differences of learning efficacy by comparing the non-'Funt' group and the Funt group scores. A pairwise t-Test was performed for pairwise comparisons between two learning groups. The results indicate that the 'Funt' group scored significantly higher than the non-'Funt' group in the measures of learning motivation, learning satisfaction, and learning involvement. Overall, our results suggest that 'Funt' attracted the students' attention, provided them with a fun context to learn English vocabulary, and develop positive motivation and satisfaction towards vocabulary learning through AR technology.

  • A disassembility assessment has mostly depend on the subjective decision making from the qualitative element. It is not useful in the practical assessement because it is not specified. The purpose of this paper is an assessmet based on Fuzzy-study-rule. This rule is definitely modified fromnon-fuzzy language of qualitative element. The new assessment method of design for disassembility assessment(DFDA) is practical to introduce the fuzzy number as the conversion of quantitative element from qualitative. It is appled to air-cleaner of passenger-vehicle for the usefulness.

The Need for Level-based Criteria in the Assessment of Oral Proficiency

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the most important factor(s) that contribute(s) to the overall oral proficiency and to examine whether the factor(s) play(s) a different role depending on the proficiency level of learners. Learners were divided into novice group and advanced group and were asked to produce an oral recording of a story based on a comic strip. The recordings were transcribed and graded by three raters. According to the results, the raters attained high inter-rater reliability when assessing advanced learners. However, the reliability level became considerably lower in the assessment of novice learners. The best predictor of oral proficiency among novice learners was sociolinguistic competence and fluency, while grammatical competence and fluency were the strongest predictors for advanced learners. The results suggest the need for a separate assessment tool for different proficiency levels and the need for a different focus in the classroom depending on the learners' proficiency level.
