통일신라시대 주택의 배치특성 - 경주 신라왕경 발굴유구를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Characteristics of House Arrangement of Unified Silla Period - Focused on the Capital Remains of Silla in Gyeongju -)

  • Among the unearthed House ruins in Gyeongju of the capital of Silla period, the ruins to see the overall appearance of building arrangement is the ruins of Silla capital S1E1 area, Inwangdong 412, and the Jaemaejeong. In this study, the characteristics of urban house arrangement of the Unified Silla period was analyzed that, through a review of the arrangement relationship between the gate and the individual buildings found in these ruins. The urban house of the Unified Silla period was surrounded with wall, and the way to distinguish between functional areas within it are shown differently, depending on the size of the house. In other words, the small house was divided each area by installation of inner fence, and the large house was by arranging attached buildings. Thai is, the central area is not divided by inner fence is the Characteristics that is different from the small house. And in all houses, a large courtyard is located in the front of main building. Conatruction of the courtyard determines the location and direction of the main building. And the each area has external space of courtyard in the center.

비사적 주거의 등장과 건축적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Architectural Characteristics and Introduction of Un-private House)

  • Despite its relatively small size, at least compared to other architectural programs, the house figures large in the cultural imagination. Closely identified with the individual and nuclear family, it has been frequently considered as an expression of widely held, even universal, values. Conversely, the private house has also been emblematic of more subjective desires, that change not only from person to person but from generation to generation. Certain conclusions can be drawn about the status of the private house at the end of the century, both as cultural invention and as a product of the autonomous discipline of architecture. The contemporary loftlike living space is similarly associated with work, given its emergence as an alternative home for individuals wanting space in which to live and work. In the case of what might be called the "un-private house", it is ofen a digital presence and the change of family system. This study was conducted to define the un-private house through public/private. The architectural characteristics of un-private house are as follows; 1) Alternatives- large open space with multiple function and collective free plan 2) Dematerialization- steel and glass with visual openness and ambiguity 3) Digital & Interfaces- fold and screen using technology and program. Especially, the un-private house is designed to provide individuals with emotional, superficial, and synergistic space, focusing on the personal life-style.

사내요금제를 활용한 대규모 수용가 수요반응에 관한 연구 (Demand Response of Large-Scale General and Industrial Customer using In-House Pricing Model)

  • Demand response provides customer load reductions based on high market prices or system reliability conditions. One type of demand response, price-based program, induces customers to respond to changes in product rates. However, there are large-scale general and industrial customers that have difficulty changing their energy consumption patterns, even with rate changes, due to their electricity demands being commercial and industrial. This study proposes an in-house pricing model for large-scale general and industrial customers, particularly those with multiple business facilities, for self-regulating demand-side management and cost reduction. The in-house pricing model charges higher rates to customers with lower load factors by employing peak to off-peak ratios in order to reduce maximum demand at each facility. The proposed scheme has been applied to real world and its benefits are demonstrated through an example.

주택규모 선택에 영향을 미치는 가구원수별 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Number of Family Members Affecting Housing Size Choice)

  • The housing market requires customized housing to be supplied according to the various characteristics of households. Multinominal Logistic Regression was used to analyze the effects of variables of household characteristics according to the number of family members on the choice of housing size in the scope of the whole country's housing market. Analysis showed that the number of family members has its own characteristics. When a household has a smaller number of family members, there are more variables affecting choice of housing size. Living and housing expenses variables served as significant variables that affect all household types. Results showed that households with more living and housing expenses are more likely to choose a large sized house and where households have a greater number of family members, there is more influence on that choice. The age of the householder was only found to be a meaningful variable in 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households, particularly in the choice of a small or large sized house. This shows that the age of the householder does not play an important role in choosing medium sized houses for households of under 4 people, but affects the choice of small and large sized houses. The academic ability of household members also served as a significant variable. While 1-2 person households with high academic ability tend to select a large sized house, 3-4 person households with high academic ability tend to select a small sized house. It is observed that members of both 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households tend to select their house between a large sized house and a small sized house in order to own their own houses. The result of this research suggests that there are various and detailed variables on the choice of housing size. Especially, a notable result is that household characteristics more significantly affect the housing size choice of 1-2 person households, while the trend of an aging society will more significantly affect a 3-4 person households' choice of a large sized house. Therefore, a study on the choice of housing size according to characteristics of elderly households and 1-2 person households should be continually analyzed.

지역별 특성화 온실의 실태 및 구조적 안전성 (Analyses of Actual State and Structural Safety of Regionally Characterized Greenhouses in Korea)

  • 지역별로 분포하고 있는 특성화된 온실의 장점을 살리고 구조적인 위험요소를 줄임으로서, 지역특성온실로 정착할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 지역별로 특성화된 온실의 구조실태를 조사하고 구조적 안전성을 검토하였으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전남지방에 특성화된 온실의 보급이 많았으며, 광폭형하우스와 대형 단동 파이프하우스가 이 지역의 특성화된 온실로서 뚜렷한 경향을 나타내었다. 2. 경남 김해의 목재하우스, 전남 구례의 트러스형하우스, 강원 평창의 돔형 파이프하우스, 충북 옥천의 포도재배하우스 등이 특징적인 온실로 나타나고 있었다. 3. 광폭형하우스, 트러스형하우스, 돔형 파이프하우스 및 포도재배하우스는 15-30년 빈도의 풍하중과 설하중에 대하여 안전한 것으로 나타났으나, 대형 단동 파이프하우스는 약간의 보강이 필요하며, 목재하우스는 매우 불안정하여 사용을 중지하는 것이 좋을 것으로 판단되었다. 4. 대상온실의 기초는 모두 30년 빈도의 강풍에 대하여 충분한 인발저항력을 가지는 것으로 나타나 안전한 것으로 판단되었다.

Trade Scale, Property Types, and Location Environment of Vacation Houses: Examples from Central Japan

  • This study is a basic investigation of the contents and services relevant to the domestic vacation house business. In which, the trade scale, types of housing, and environmental conditions of various property locations were analyzed. The characteristics of properties listed on the Japanese website that conducts the greatest volume of vacation house trade in Japan were examined, and the following results were obtained: Villa areas, villas, and resort condos (resort mansions) are the three basic types of properties handled in the vacation house trade. In this market, sales per unit in villa areas and per spaces in resort condos accounted for the highest volume of trade, followed by that of villas (individual houses). In terms of land area, floor area, and sales price per house type, the relatively cheaper small and medium-sized vacation houses are more frequently traded, than expensive large-scale villas. In particular, small multi-family type villas (such as in resort condos) are the most popular. Land and floor area, and sales prices all show considerable variation depending on the type of property considered. Therefore, a business initiative to provide a more detailed classification of properties is required. In terms of the environment of vacation properties, most are located on coasts, plateaus, or inland mountains, and are generally within three-hours' traveling distance of large cities.

주택기초의 대용 접지극에 관한 연구 (Research for the Substitutional Grounding Electrode in the Foundation of the House)

  • The electrical characteristics for applying the foundation of the house to the substitutional earth electrode was reviewed fundamentally. In order to measure the earth resistance in the foundation of the house, it was performed to investigate the effect of the electrode arrangements and configurations concerning to grounding methods, and tried to the adequate simulation for comparing those experimental data. The number of steel rods and the ground resistivity were affected to change the earth resistance, but the latter caused the large variation in its resistance compared to the former in this experiment. Since the large surface area in the foundation of the house have contacted the ground usually, it is possible to use the earth electrode substitutionally.

후발 산업화와 금속부문 대공장내 사내하청 노동의 도입과 전개 - 철강업종의 포항제철 사례를 중심으로 - (Late development, introduction and development of in-house subcontract in large factory in metal industry - in case of Pohang steel company in the steel industry -)

  • 이 글은 1970년대 중화학 공업화로 대표되는 산업화 시기를 배경으로 철강업종의 대표 사업장을 사례로 사내하청 노동이 어떻게 도입, 전개되어 왔는지를 살펴보고 있다. 한국 금속부문의 중화학 공업화는 대규모 자본이 일시에 동원되는 산업화 전략이었기에 그에 따른 대규모 임노동자에 대한 인사 노무관리 차원의 노동력 통제 기제의 확보가 필수적일 수밖에 없었다. 한국 철강업종의 경우, 이러한 필요를 일본 경제의 배후지 편입을 통한 자본 동원과 인사, 노무관리 체제의 도입 모방을 통해 충족시킬 수 있었다. 이는 정규 생산 기능직에 대한 위계적 내부노동시장의 형성과 더불어 사내하청의 도입으로 구체화되었다. 이러한 철강업종 포항제철의 사례는 산업화 과정에서 사내하청 노동이 사라지고 내부노동시장이 형성되어 왔던 서구의 사례에 비추어 볼 때, 이례적이며, 이는 한국 경제의 후발 산업화와 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 금속부문 사내하청 노동과 관련하여 이러한 철강업종 포항제철의 사내하청 노동의 도입, 전개가 함의하는 바는 첫 번째는 고용체제 형성에 있어서 후발자 효과, 두 번째는 한국고용체제의 비공식성과 연결된다는 점이다. 이러한 점은 현재 철강업종내 비정규 노동으로서의 사내하청 노동이 산업화 과정에 직접적으로 영향받으며 대공장 부문내 작업장내 노무관리 기제로 구조화되어 전개되어 왔다는 점을 의미하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 현재 금속부문 사내하청 노동 문제 해결의 정책적 방향 또한 협의의 노동 문제를 넘어서서 광의의 경제적 영역까지 포괄하는 정책 방향이 필요하다.

구릉지형 목조주택의 시공기법 개발 (A Developmental Study on the Wood-frame House Construction Method in Hilly Areas)

  • This study aims at the development on the wood-frame house construction method in hilly areas. To obey the trend of public opinion to prohibit the troublesome development on a large scale in preparing housing sites, the small housing site development in hilly areas is on the rise and consequently wood-frame house which harmonized natural topography, geographical feature and environment in hilly areas is needed. The main contents are how to make housing sites, how to make roads, how to make pedestrian ways and surroundings of water to run downhill, how to locate house, how to make between road and house, how to view inner and outer and how to make retaining wall on the wood-frame house construction method in hilly areas.

이하복가옥의 입지와 공간구성에 관한 연구 (Site and Space of Lee Ha-Bock's Traditional House)

  • 본 논문은 서천군 기산면 신산리 120번지에 위치한 중요민속자료 제197호로 지정된 이하복 가옥을 대상으로 입지분석 및 공간구성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 이하복가옥의 입지는 풍수적으로 잘 갖추어진 배산임수(背山臨水)의 면견형(眠犬形)의 터를 입지로 선정하였다. 가옥의 공간구성은 ㄱ자형 안채, ㅡ자형 사랑채와 광채 등을 대지에 순응해서 ㅁ자 배치로 조성한 중부지방의 전통적인 농가의 모습을 하고 있는 초가임을 확인할 수 있었다. 오늘날 화려하고 규모가 큰 반가들이 많이 남은 현실에서 조선시대 민가의 모습을 보여주는 몇 채 안 되는 초가로서 건축학적인 가치가 적지 않다고 판단된다.
