Purpose:?The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between top management 's leadership and construction quality management activities that affect construction management performance based on construction quality management. Methods:?As its method, the causal relationship between the leadership of top management and the key management factors of construction quality management activities affecting management performance is analyzed by using the structural equation model. The construction companies used in the analysis sample conducted surveys on companies that are conducting ISO, KOSHA, OHSAS, DQC, and so on. Results:?It was revealed that top management's leadership has a great influence on management performance and all management factors of construction quality management activities. However, safety management does not affect the management performance of construction quality management activities. And top management's leadership on management performance are explained by the mediating effect of cost, time, quality and communication among management factors of construction quality management activities. Conclusion:?In the previous study, the quality management activities and the ISO - based integrated total quality management system (TQM) applied in the manufacturing or service industries were presented as empirical results. However, this study presents the results of different studies by presenting empirical study results by selecting time, cost, quality, safety and communication as key management factors of quality management activities of construction companies through reviewing and analyzing previous studies in construction field.

Purpose: In an infinite market competition, companies are adopting management systems to gain a competitive advantage. The expectancy effect of the management system is management performance improvement and accurate measurements. These can be made through quality records with integrity and maintainability. This paper examines the operation of records management standards, which are records, storage and management standards for quality records to understand the needs of records management standards and empathize with their needs. Methods: This paper examines PEC's (Pields Engineering Co., Ltd.) specific processes and standards for integrating individual management systems and establishing records management standards. We also look at the specific features of the Search Tool and Document Storage Management Standards that support records management standards. Results: The integration process of PEC's individual management system consists of five steps. A PDCA-based process was established to erode the confusion and inefficiencies caused by overlap between individual management systems. Also, by accurately grasping corporate competence, PEC established a record management standard suitable for the characteristics of the company. PEC's records management standards are used as a useful standard for organizing quality records, and have an impact on management performance improvement. Conclusion: PEC's records management standards enable the verification of quality performance rates and performance measures. Companies can implement appropriate quality improvement strategies based on the numbers identified by introducing records management standards. Companies can succeed in improving management performance when operating quality management that combines performance measurement techniques and records management standards.

Time management is one of the critical tasks in project management. Based on the theories of total quality management, this authors presented a project time management method, total time management (TTM), so as to facilitate highway project time management. This paper discussed the four fundamental characteristics of TTM: total factors management, staff management, project life cycle management, and Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle management. Now, most managers use computer software to manage the project. In order to make the theory of TTM more executable, the authors develop a project time management system suitable for TTM. This paper presents this time management system's analysis processes including system requirement, key functions etc..

This study was exploratively performed to demonstrate the management behavior of the public software project in korea. In this study, 167 auditing reports on the public software project which were carried out during $1999{\sim}2003$, were employed and surveyed. Survey reveals that quality management was the most neglected in process of software project management relative to other 12 management areas. And configuration management, risk management, time management, and scope management follow up in order in its vulnerability in software project management.

The purpose of this study is to reconceptualize the homeroom management and classroom management for secondary school teachers. The result of the study is as follows: First, the homeroom management that has been usually miss-presented as 'classroom management' in Korea is the concept comprizing the elements of homeroom management and those of teaching management together. Second is the re-conceptualization of classroom management. As the sub-concepts of classroom management, the homeroom (classroom) management and the teaching (classroom) management are also suggested. The classroom management is defined as 'the conduct or ability to accomplish the educational activities successfully'. Meanwhile, the homeroom (classroom) management is defined as 'the homeroom teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for class students' and the teaching (classroom) management as 'the subject teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for the class'. Therefore, the teachers are asked to have the ability for classroom management - that is, both the homeroom (classroom) management ability as the homeroom teachers and the teaching (classroom) management ability as the subject teachers. Based on the results, this study suggests some school policies such as the sharing of effective classroom management strategies through the change of teachers' culture and the improving of working environment for better concentration to the classroom management.

For the continuous growth of firms, the contributions of effective risk management system are required. This research analyzes the impact on the firm's performance related to risk management structure which includes the risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency. In this research, the structural equation model considering the variable which contains enterprise risk management system, risk management activity and risk management competency was suggested. Also risk management organization and management procedures are identified as in enterprise risk management system. The implementation activity and control activity were the factors related in risk management activity. And risk management competency can be described as the response level of managing risk in outside and inside the firms' environment. Finally this model was analysed empirically for 112 firms in Korea using SPSS 18.0 and Amos 16.0. As the results, the suggested hypothesis were adopted. So as to manage risk performance for their firms, the development of systematic Risk Management Framework is important for their risk management activity and risk management competency. Ultimately, we can conclude that the focusing to the systematic risk management approach could be effective on the firm's risk management performance.

Put Abstract text here. Recently, the Korea industry need systems engineering technology more than yesterday. The systems engineering management function is needed to use the systems engineering engine process effectively. The systems engineering management function is overlapped a lot with project management function and has vague interface. The project management and systems engineering are two independent disciplines. So there are few references which address the scope and relationships clearly between systems engineering management and project management. This paper suggest the scope and relationships between systems engineering management and project management and revise the PMP and SEMP structure of Blanchard and Fabrycky. Followings are the key concept of this paper presenting. The project management(PM) composed of technical management and non-technical management. The technical management scope is same with systems engineering management. The non-technical management scope is composed of parts of enterprise support processes.

This study focused on the satisfaction of user to institutional household management. In this study the institutional household management system was consisted in leadership management, marketing management, production management, personal management, material management and financial management. The purposeful questionair was developed for this 6 categories of institutional management system and the findings of users' satisfaction in these areas were analized. The findings were compared with the satisfaction of users to noninstitutional household management. The degree of satisfaction of users with leadership management, Production management. marketing management and financial management in institutional household was higher than those in noninstitutional household.

Both supply chain management and safety management contribute to strengthening a company's competitiveness. However, there is no previous research that considers supply chain management and safety management simultaneously The objective of this research is to study on application of safety management to supply chain. In this paper, the concept of supply chain safety management is defined. Based on the concept of supply chain safety management, supply chain safety management model is developed that consists of supply safety management, production safety management, storage safety management, and distribution safety management. In order to apply supply chain safety management, a methodology is developed that consists of four phases. Applying the supply chain safety management model, it is expected a company to lower cost as well as to raise customer satisfaction level.
