This study mainly deals with the housewife's value orientation home management strategy and home management satisfaction,. The major results are as follows; 1) The degree of communication and communication frequency in household prove the predictable variables to influence the housewife's value orientation home management strategy and home management satisfaction. 2) Among the value orientation fate control orientation predicts home management strategy. 3) Material orientation shows the negative influence on her home management satisfaction. 4) Among home management strategy the fact that household financial management strategy and housework organization strategy are the important variables in the home management satisfaction suggest that household financial management and everyday repeated housework management cause the deep influence on her life satisfaction. 5) The higher her material orientation and gender equilibrium orientation are the higher housework socialization stra egy frequency is the lower her home management satisfaction is.

This paper aims to explore the success factors of knowledge management in the perspectives of knowledge management integration into operations and to examine the effect of those factors on the knowledge management performance of individual users and organizations in order to link knowledge management performances to operational performances. I found two factors such as "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "knowledge management integration into application systems" and their measures by means of literature review and modified Delphi research. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that those two factors and their measures are statistically valid. Besides, the structural equation modeling analysis showed that the relationship between "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "individual user's performance on knowledge management" and the relationship between "individual user's performance of knowledge managemen" and "organizational performance of knowledge management" are significant.

The propose of this research is derive project management factors and evaluate its decision weight in LNG plant EPC phases. In order to research, we studied the demestic and international research trend and analysed expert opinions. Initially we derived nine project management factors in each phase of EPC. Elicited factors in research are project management, design management, cost management, time management, contract and craim management, safety management, environment management, and risk management. Then, we evaluated the weight of project management factors with expert survey method and elicitated. Finally, The remarkable points in the result are that key management factors of EPC project are project management and risk management.

This article analyzes Chinese railways transportation management system, uses the experiences of other countries' railway transportation management system for reference, as well as discusses the necessity of reform of railway transportation management system based on separating train operation with rail equipment management. The aim of the current study is to examine the effects of mothers' home management ability on school-aged children's time and life management skills through the mediation effect of children's self-regulation. Study subjects were 317 5- and 6-grade children at elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area and their 317 mothers. The findings were as follows. First, in the SEM model of predicting children's time management skill, greater mothers' home management ability significantly predicted better time management skills among their children. Second, mothers' home management ability also indirectly affected children's time management skill through its significant effects on children's self-regulation. The test yielded a significantly mediation effect of self-regulation. Children's self-regualtion was strongly related to time management skills. Third, in the SEM model predicting children's life management skills, maternal ability of home management again directly predicted greater life management skills of their children. However, mediation of self-regulation was not statistically significant. The findings suggested the important role of mothers' home management ability in instilling and modeling self-regulation and self-management skills of school-aged children.

The purpose of this study is to develop a farm management diagnostic checklist form, which can be applied to any crops. First, upper indexes and subordinate indexes were identified through survey with expert, and weighted values for each subordinate index were calculated through AHP analysis. Second, as a reuslt of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, marketing management (0.276) was found to be the most important index of all upper indexes. In the case of subordinate indexes, reflecting management evaluation (0.252) of management consciousness, quality enhancement efforts (0.332) of production management, locating new sales outlets (0.323) of marketing management, agriculture accounting (0.300) of finance management, and adjusting shipping dates (0.274) of risk management were found to be the highest. Third, the interval division using weight of farm receiving prices was higher discrimination in comparison to equal interval division of weighted values for each index. The newly developed farm management diagnostic checklist can be applied to any crops, as it utilizes indexes such as management consciousness, production management, marketing management, financial management, risk management, etc. based on professional opinions. In addition, it allows an objective evaluation of farm management situations by utilizing the weighted value of farm receiving prices.

In order to improve health and nutrition management of Korean women, a new strategy to develop an information system on the internet to provide the Information on health and nutrition management for women during the life cycle was suggested. To achieve the goal, an adequate database protocol for korean women as well as health and nutrition management information system based on our culture and lifestyle should be developed. To constuct the system, it is necessary. 1. to identify information need for health and nutrition management of Korean women. 2. to provide the guideline of information system for women health and nutrition management. 3. to construct Information system for women health and nutrition management.

This research investigates the credit management guidelines to strengthen Thai industrial sector. The research has been simulated from the findings of both qualitative and quantitative of 500 questionnaires distributed to industrial business executives in Thailand. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis categorized into SME and large enterprises, and SEM to conduct the model in consistent with the empirical data. The results show that: (1) the credit management guidelines consist of 4 factors: a) characteristics management b) financial management c) operations management and d) assets management. The business executives gave overall importance on the guidelines at a high level with an average of 3.86. (2) The development of SEM shows that the model fits with the empirical data at Chi-Square probability level = 0.084, CMIN/DF = 1.164, GFI = 0.965 and RMSEA = 0.018. (3) The characteristics management directly influences the financial management and the operation management. The financial management directly influences on the assets management. The assets management has direct influence on the operations management. The findings show that the characteristics management is the essential starting component in SEM and the financial management factor has the most influence in the assets management variable with standard regression weight of 0.990.
