고객가치 극대화를 위한 전자상거래 구매의사결정 요인에 관한 연구 (Constructing the Purchasing Decision-making Factors to Maximize Customer Value on the Electronic Commerce)

  • For constructing the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce, Means-Ends Network model was used for identifying means and fundamental objectives and their relationships were analyzed by the structural equation. A questionnaire survey of 481 customers in their internet shopping experiences was conducted to extract valid means and fundamental objectives' factors. As a result, 6 means objectives shopping travel, shipping errors, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems and 3 fundamental objectives-shopping convenience, internet ecology, and customer support were founded. Using these 9 factors, structural equation was analyzed 4 times to ensure statistical validities and to establish new interrelationships among them. The results showed that fundamental objectives are affected by the strong relationships within means objectives. This interrelationship with mens and fundamental objectives is interpreted as the purchasing decision-making model to maximize customer value on the electronic commerce in this paper.

Analysis of Priorities of the 6th Industrialization Policies for Agriculture through AHP

  • The purpose of this paper is to decide priorities of policy-objectives and support measures related to the $6^{th}$ industrialization of agriculture, and prepare policy-objectives and alternatives to contribute to maintaining and promoting the community through creation of more jobs and added value. We used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to reflect the experts' opinions about objectives, means and priorities of the $6^{th}$ industrialization of agriculture. The important objectives of the 6th industrialization of agriculture were to create jobs, to increase added values, and to maintain and activate the community. The results showed that the most important objectives for the $6^{th}$ industrialization of agriculture were maintaining and activating the community, expanding added values and creating employment in order. Policy means to achieve these objectives were financial support, human resource training & consulting, research & development, and marketing. The decision-makers determined marketing as the most important among the policy means to achieve the objectives of the $6^{th}$ industrialization.

전자상거래 고객가치 요인의 한·중 비교 (A Comparison on the Factors Influencing Customer Values in Electronic Commerce between Korea and China)

  • Means-Ends Network model was used to identify factors of means objective(means supplied by vendor) and fundamental objectives(purchasing motivations) for purchasing decision-making structure and dimensions of customer values on purchasers of internet shopping mall in Korea and China. In Means-Ends Network 6 factors(shopping travel, shipping assurance, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems) were found as a means objectives and 3 factors(shopping convenience, internet environment, customer support) as a fundamental objectives of shopping. However the results of hypotheses test for Means-Ends Network show some important differences between two countries. Something important to notice here is that Chinese customers shopping in China recognize shipping assurance factor and vendor trust factor as important factors satisfying all fundamental objectives unlike as in the case of our country. As these two factors are attribution factors responsible to the sellers, it is identified that customers do not trust the sellers and sellers have not met the expectations of customers. Therefore, these results show that the seller efforts assuring the reliability of the seller themselves, such as conducting its own compensation scheme are more important rather than the establishment of the guarantee institution to guarantee reliability and delivery assurance of sellers and implementation of legal and institutional apparatus such as the settlement of e-commerce licence system. Though this study presents such an important marketing implications, it can be pointed out that the limits are this research was done on the general Internet shopping malls without considering the Internet shopping mall types of diversity, the survey was designed around the student samples for convenience of the investigation because it was an international survey and the collected data has been limited to the western coast cities, such as China's Beijing, Shanghai, and Dalian.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 관한 사용자 가치구조 연구 (Developing a User-Perceived Value Framework for Ubiquitous Computing)

  • 본 연구에서는 차세대 기술로서 각광을 받고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 대하여 사용자들이 어떠한 가치를 부여하는지를 탐색하여 그 가치 프레임워크를 구성하여 제시하였다. Keeney가 제시하였던 "가치중심사고(value-focused thinking)"의 방법을 활용하여 22명의 사용자들을 인터뷰하였고 이러한 인터뷰들에서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 바라는 바를 중심으로 435개의 진술을 확보하였다. 정형화되어 있지 않은 진술들을 정성적 방법으로 정화하여 166개의 '가치' 진술을 도출하였고 이어서 이들의 클러스터링을 통하여 사용자들이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 부여하는 가치를 내재하고 있는 37개의 목적 (objectives)을 확정하였다. 이 목적 진술들간의 관계가 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 바라보는 가치의 구조이므로 이를 도출하기 위하여 포커스그룹을 시행하여 수단목적(means-objective)와 목표 목적 (ends-objective)들로 분류하였고 수단과 목적을 한 눈에 볼 수 있도록 네트워크다이어그램으로 구성을 하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 바라보는 가치의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 이 프레임워크는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 활용하여 비즈니스의 기회를 창출하고 심화하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • This paper follows the Walker of Avant approach to concept analysis of the concept of power. For the purposes of the paper, power was defined as the actural or potential ability or capacity to achieve objectives through an interpersonal process in which the goals and means to achieve the goals are mutually established and worked toward. The distinction between the view of power as 'power to' versus 'power over' are addressed in the literature review. King's conceptual framework was used as a guide. The defining attributes of power are: 1. The actual or potential ablity or capacity to achieve objectives or attain goals. 2. An Interpersonal process, 3. Mutual establishment of goals and the means to achieve the goals and 4. Mutually working toward the goals. The antecedents for power were idntified in the literature review: 1. the presence of two or more people 2. acquisition of power skill 3. possession of the power sources 4. an orientation of power as good and 5. self-confidence. The concequences of power are the achievement of objectives or goal attainment. Finally Assumptions and testable hypothesis are proposed.

  • The library as nonprofit organization is required to have micro-planning for the organization itself and macro-planning for the relationship of the organization and its environment. Both the micro and macro planning are rational and effective means to library objectives. The library planning must be based on clearly formulated objectives that will encourage all parts of the organization to work toward the same goal and mission. The planning to library objectives should make programming. which should make processing. The mission here should precede goal. which should precede objectives and objectives should precede activities in planning. There is an integral relationship among them. Just as the objectives of the library may be thought of in a hierarchy such as the above. so the library planning must be based on such a hierarchy from strategic or long range planning to administrative planning, from administrative planning to operational planning or short range ones.

  • 터보제트엔진 모델에 대한 제어에 있어서, 비교적 잘 설계된 PI 제어기 성능결과를 바탕으로 Takagi-Sugeno형 뉴로-퍼지 추론계를 통한 플랜트 모델의 제어 시스템을 규명함으로서, PI형 T-S 퍼지규칙들을 퍼지제어기를 설계하였다. 이렇게 설계된 제어기의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여, 각 퍼지규칙들을 퍼지 C-Means Algorithm으로부터 각각의 목적 함수군으로 분류한 후, 각 분류군에 대해 규칙간의 가중치가 각 목적함수의 만족도에 부합되도록 하는 기법을 제시하였고, 이를 잘 설계된 T-S형 퍼지제어기에 적용하여 성능을 향상시킴으로써 그 유용성을 보였다.

  • This study is designed to evaluate the contents of the separation of prescribing and dispensing roles(SPD) policy based on the theoretical backgrounds. The results are as follows; Considering the purpose of SPD policy, 'increasing the efficiency in manpower management by separating the role of medical doctor and pharmacist and improving the quality of SPD service through specialization of function' as a policy objective is valid and very important agenda in health care. But the objectives are not working well by no keeping the detail means to actualize it. Also, some policy objectives are unclear or inappropriate and it makes the focus of that policy obscure or misleads inadequate policy alternatives. In terms of means of policy, it is evaluated to have some limits in effectiveness, efficiency, equity, rationality, technical feasibility, economic feasibility, administrative feasibility, social and time feasibility. In conclusion, it's necessary to investigate the some problem mentioned in this paper with empirical evidence. Also, it should be needed to improve the validity of policy by correcting policy objectives and means in execution of policy.

Estimating the Difference of Two Normal Means

  • A three stage sampling procedure designed to estimate the difference betweentwo normal means is proposed and evaluated within a unified decision-theoretic framework. Both point and fixed-width confidence interval estimation are combined in a single decision rule to make full use of the available data. Adjustments to previous solutions focusing on only one of the latter objectives are indicated. The sensitivity of the confidence interval for detecting shifts in true mean difference is also investigated Numerical and simulation studies are presented to supplement the theoretical results.

모바일 커머스의 성공 요인들에 관한 연구 : 가치 중심적인 분석 (Mobile Commerce Success Factors: A Value-Focused Analysis)

  • 최근 모바일 핸드셋을 포함한 모바일 서비스의 보급률이 향상되고, 소비자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 모바일 데이터 서비스들이 우리의 생활 전반에 급격히 확산되고 있다. 이러한 모바일 커머스의 환경에서 기업은 효과적 인 상품 개발과 서비스를 위해 사용자들이 모바일 커머스에서 중요하게 고려하는 가치가 무엇인지를 파악할 필요가 있다. 모바일 커머스에 관한 연구들이 활성화 되어가고는 있지만 아직까지 사용자 관점에서 접근한 모바일 커머스의 가치에 대하여 학술적으로 합의된 분석 프레임웍은 없는 것으로 보이며 기존의 연구들은 기술 중심적인 연구에 치중되어 있거나 모바일 커머스에 적합하지 않을 수 있는 기존의 프레임웍을 적용하여 실증하기 위한 연구들이 주류를 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Keeney의 가치 중심적인 사고(Value-focused thinking) 기법을 활용하여 70명의 모바일 커머스 사용자들에게 모바일 커머스 사용의 장단점에 대하여 인터뷰를 실시하였고 그 결과 738개의 문장을 수집하여 중복되는 내용을 제거하고 182개의 일반 형태를 추출하여 이를 다시 그룹화 하여 11개의 근본적인 목표들(fundamental objectives)과 18개의 중간 수단의 목표들(means objectives)로 분류하여, 최종 목표의 가치와 그것을 달성하는 데 필요한 수단 목표 가치를 체계화하여 수단-최종 목표 네트워크(means-ends network)를 도출하였다. 이러한 사용자의 관점에서 접근한 모바일 커머스의 가치 프레임웍은 학문적으로 뿐 아니라 실무에서도 유용한 구성 개념으로 고객이 기꺼이 지불할 의사가 있는 모바일 커머스 서비스의 관심사로서 향후 기업이 모바일 비즈니스에 추구할 수 있는 모바일 커머스의 기술 및 서비스 상품개발과 설계에 도움이 될 것이다.
