Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of nursing record education on the knowledge and performance of nursing record of nurses at small- and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: The participants were 62 nurses working in two small- and medium-sized hospitals. Thirty-two nurses comprised the experimental group, and 30 nurses comprised the control group. Nursing record education was provided for the experimental group. Data were analyzed by x²-test and t-test analysis using the IBM SPSS statistics 25.0 Program. Results: After education, the knowledge (t=2.43, p=.019), performance (t=2.19, p=.033) and behavior scores (t=2.42, p=.018) on nursing record were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Based on this result, nursing record education is an effective intervention to improve nurses' knowledge and performance in writing nursing records in small- and medium-sized hospitals. Conclusion: We suggest the development of a systematic and standardized education program on nursing record including its legal aspects, for nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals. The results of this study can be used as basic data for developing a nursing record education program for small- and medium-sized hospitals.

And that will lead to prevent accident by building right habit and attitude. This research did the survey about problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises. That survey is done to three groups of workers, administrators and managers. We compared domestic safety and health education system and advanced foreign system. And, analyzed problems and presented a solution. Finally, this research presented efficient operation model of the safety and health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

This survey was undertaken to identify knowledge and performance level of MRSA infection control among medium and small hospital nurses. The subjects of the study were 261 medium and small hospital nurses. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN 18.0. The total mean values of the knowledge and performance on the MRSA infection control were $9.51{\pm}1.67$ and $2.26{\pm}.47$ respectively. the Knowledge about the general characteristics according to work department, MRSA infection control department presence, MRSA infection control guidelines presence, MRSA infection control education experience, MRSA infection control education method according to the statistically significant differences were observed. The performance about general characteristics according to age, work experience, work department, MRSA infection control department presence, MRSA infection control guidelines presence, MRSA infection control education experience and MRSA infection control education methods according to the statistically significant differences were observed. It is having sufficient various facilities, to enhance nurses knowledge about management of MRSA infection. If the continuous education of professional infection control is offered, it contributes to protect MRSA infection in the medium and small hospitals.

Purpose: This study examined the knowledge and education needs of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Study participants included 198 nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Data were collected from November 19 to 28, 2020 through an online survey. The data were analyzed by independent t-test and one way ANOVA analysis using the SPSS. Results: The knowledge score for the adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals was 11.61±4.10 (total of 20 points), and the educational demand was 3.87±0.88 points on a 5-point scale. Regarding the necessity of education for adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals, 80.3% of the participants claimed education as being necessary. "Online video lectures" were the most preferred (22.7%) education method, and "2 times" was the most frequent education (47.0%); "1 hour" was the usual duration of class (48.5%). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and apply an educational program reflecting the measure of educational needs to improve the knowledge level of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals.

This paper reviewed the relationship among safety education/managerial factors, safety motivation and safety appliance, and the moderating effect of safety motivation. Based on the responses from 225 employees in small & medium manufacturing and construction industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all education/managerial factors have positive relationships with safety motivation. Also, safety motivation has mediating effect between education/managerial factors(safety education, communication, system, precautionary activity) and safety appliance.

The use of conditioned medium from mesenchymal stem cells may be a feasible approach for regeneration of bone defects through secretion of various components of mesenchymal stem cells such as cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors. Mesenchymal stem cells secrete and accumulate multiple factors in conditioned medium under specific physiological conditions. In this study, we investigated whether the conditioned medium collected under hypoxic condition could effectively influence bone regeneration through enhanced migration and adhesion of endogenous mesenchymal stem cells. Cell migration and adhesion abilities were increased through overexpression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in hypoxic conditioned medium treated group. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 was upregulated by microRNA-221 in mesenchymal stem cells because microRNAs are key regulators of various biological functions via gene expression. To investigate the effects in vivo, evaluation of bone regeneration by computed tomography and histological assays revealed that osteogenesis was enhanced in the hypoxic conditioned medium group relative to the other groups. These results suggest that behavioral changes of endogenous mesenchymal stem cells through microRNA-221 targeted-intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression under hypoxic conditions may be a potential treatment for patients with bone defects.
