영동지역 청동기시대 취락구조의 변천 (The study changes of the settlement structure on Bronze Age in Yongdong area)

  • 영동지역 청동기시대 취락구조에 대한 연구는 한정된 지역과 유적에 대한 조사가 이루어진 상태이고, 대부분의 전기취락에서는 주거지만이 조사되어 종합적인 검토를 할 수 없는 상황이다. 전기취락은 이른 시기에는 취락의 규모가 작으며, 방내리 단계부터 구릉 내에 주거 점유 면적이 늘어남에 따라 자연히 주거지 수가 증가하면서 취락의 규모가 확대되는 양상이 보여진다. 중기취락은 현재 방동리 A 유적에서 최초로 확인되었으나, 취락구조를 검토하기에는 자료의 증가가 필요하다. 원형점토대토기 단계인 후기취락은 하천 주변에 위치한 구릉성 취락인 송현리 취락과 고지성 취락에 해당하는 방동리 취락에서는 주거지, 환호, 수혈유구, 소성유구, 분묘, 대형의 공공주거지 등의 대규모 원형 점토대토기 취락이 조사되어 청동기시대 후기의 문화양상과 성격 및 취락구조를 파악할 수 있는 자료를 제공해 주었다.

중앙아시아에서 연해주 정착촌으로 재이주한 재소한인 가족의 주거생활 사례연구 (Case Study of Yunhaju Settlement for Korye Saram Migrated from Middle Asian Countries)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the push and pull factors of migrants from middle Asian countries to Yunhaju, Russia, and housing situations in settlements as well as housing intentions to behave. Four female Korye Saram in Cremobo settlement and Woojung village and 10 male and female elderly in ordinary residences were interviewed during April 22-25, 2003. Changes in national formal language from Russian to lout languages was played the most prominent push role, while availability of settlement and agricultural land and emotional attachment as the second hometown pulled them to migrate into Yunhaju. The housing situation in Cremobo settlement was very poor and almost settlers had already left. The rest settlers wanted to move into Woojung village. The resident in Woojung village hoped to get the formal contract to rent the dwelling and agricultural land. Family adaptations were progressed to solve the housing deficits among settlers both of Cremobo settlement and Woojung village. This research explored a part of the 140 years residential history of Korye Saram.

농어촌지역 하위정주체계 모형의 대안설정 (An Alternative Model on Hierachial Settlement System in Rural Areas)

  • In rural settlement planning, its spatial development framework should be constructed on the basis of the hierachial settlement system. However, up to now, there does not exist widely - accepted model on rural settlement hierachy. In this study the basic planning principles and directions on the modelling of the settlement hireachy in rural areas have been consolidated through theoretical study and situational analysis on planning environments. And also, a new yardstick on the grading of the middle - level centers between villages and rural towns has been tried to find out. The research resulted that the existance of periodical rural market might be used as a simple and innovative yardstick on the hierachial ordering of rural settlement system. Based on the above results, an alternative 4 - step model of rural settlement hierachy was proposed ; Rural Town(county hall sitted) -Market Center(having standard periodical market) - Village Center(having no market) - Village. Finally, because the conclusion has been made by very limited case studies and several previous works, there should need continuous studies and checks in future for full reasoning of the proposed model.

점토(粘土) 지반상(地盤上)의 성토(盛土)의 압밀침하(壓密沈下) 분석(分析) (Analysis for Consolidation-Settlement of Embankment on Clay Layers)

  • Generally, in case of constructing the embankments on the soft clay layers, one-dimensional consolidation settlement under the assumption of a middle position stress in a single layer makes a great difference with the integral value, ie. the final settlement. Consequently, to find how many equal segments of the soft clay layer are needed to converge into the integral value and which position should be taken as a position of mean stress, authors compared the theoretical value of the settlement due to one-dimensional consolidation with the practical value of the settlement due to two dimensional consolidation. The obtained results are as follows. 1) The practical value of the two-dimensional consolidation settlement can be estimated by the 74-83% theoretical value of the one-dimensional consolidation settlement. 2) When the soft clay layer was cut into 8-16 equal segments according to the depth, one-dimensional consolidation settlement converge into the integral value. 3) Assuming a total soft clay layer as a single one, the depth of a mean stress position is 0.29-0.37 of the thickness of the total soft clay layer. 4) The Hyperbola Method which presumes the long-term settlement from the short-term practical value of settlement is credible, because all practical value of the settlement are in safe side of the standard error of estimation and the correlation coefficient is up to 0.95.

저소득층 아동의 주거환경 (Home and Neighborhood Environment of Children: Based on Socio-economic Status and Settlement Character)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the regional differences of 0-12 aged children's environment based on their parents' socioeconomic class and on the character of the settlement. One thousand and two hundred households were investigated and the results are as follows. It is revealed that families in low socio-economic class are more likely to be exposed to noise and home crowdedness. Families living in spontaneous settlement are deprived of natural light and the roads to their homes are steep and narrow. Low income families face a housing affordability crisis. Most of them pay housing rent on monthly basis. The basic infrastructure of low income neighborhood is lacking convenient facilities like shopping centers, public transportation systems, banks, public parks, and libraries. This lack of facilities is more severe in spontaneous settlement. Instead, bars and taverns are located in their neighborhood. Accessibility to parks and resource centers is an important factor that makes both middle and low income families consider their neighborhood to be positive and this condition is counted better in social housing area than in spontaneous settlement. On the contrary, social networks like friends and relatives are strong in spontaneous settlement and families in poverty value these relationships. Such networks are weak in social housing area and this difference is not related to their residential period. Low income families living in social housing area are more pessimistic about their future and this view might result from their counterpart middle class neighbors and the weak social networks.

자중압밀지반에 대한 침하예측기법의 적용성 (Applicability of Settlement Prediction Methods to Selfweight Consolidated Ground)

  • Applicability of existing methods of predicting consolidation settlement was assessed by analyzing results of centrifuge tests modelling self-weight consolidation of soft marine clay. From extensive literature review about self-weight consolidation of soft marine clays located in southern coast in Korea, constitutive relationships of void ratio-effective stress-permeability and typical self-weight consolidation curves with time were obtained by centrifuge model experiments. For the condition of surcharge loading, exact solution of consolidation settlement curve was obtained by Terzaghi's consolidation theory and was compared with the results predicted by currently available methods such as Hyperbolic method, Asaoka's method, Hoshino's method and ${\sqrt{S}}$ method. All methods were found to have their own inherent error to predict final consolidation settlement. From results of analyzing the self-weight consolidation with time by using those methods, Asaoka's method predicted the best. Hyperbolic method predicted relatively well in error range of 2~24% for the case of showing the linearity in the relationship between T vs T/S in the stage of consolidation degree of 60~90 %. For the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ showing the lineality after the middle stage, error range from Hoshino method was close to those from Hyperbolic method. However, Hoshino method is not able to predict the final settlement in the case of relation curve of T vs $T/S^2$ being horizontal. For the given data about self-weight consolidation after the middle stage, relation curve of T vs T/S from ${\sqrt{S}}$ method shows the better linearity than that of T vs $T/{\sqrt{s}}$ from Hyperbolic method.

  • This paper is a study of rural settlement and housing planning in North-Korea. All the housing facilities belong to the government in North-Korea. which leads to the system in which the North-Korea government controls all the housing problems. The North-Korea government actively engages in the settlement of housing problems have close relations with and effects on the urban housing ones. The government has designed to make the rural areas self-sufficient in matters of the rural housing arrangement. They try to make an axis in the middle of each village uniformly and heighten its symbolism of the rural. They place all the symbolic structures in the center to express the ideas of the ruler's. thus making the whole village a study hall where the villagers are forced to learn the ruler's ideas as a way of brainwashing the people.

  • In this study, an aspect of settlement, developed from different ground improvement method like suction drain method using vacuum pressure and vertical drain method using overburden pressure, was compared each other. In order to analyze settlement tendency of each method exactly, the finite element analysis program was used. The analyses of vertical settlement and lateral displacement for suction drain method and vertical drain method were conducted independently during the solving stage. The initial condition of drainage zone was fixed with 25m depth and 21m width. After the program analyses, the settlement condition had a different tendency with the ground improvement method. Especially, in the results of vertical drain method, the disparity of settlement between the middle of improved zone and unimproved zone. In the case of suction drain method, however, the difference of settlement was smaller than that of vertical drain method.

Numerical simulation of the effect of confining pressure and tunnel depth on the vertical settlement using particle flow code (with direct tensile strength calibration in PFC Modeling)

  • In this paper the effect of confining pressure and tunnel depth on the ground vertical settlement has been investigated using particle flow code (PFC2D). For this perpuse firstly calibration of PFC2D was performed using both of tensile test and triaxial test. Then a model with dimention of 100 m × 100 m was built. A circular tunnel with diameter of 20 m was drillled in the middle of the model. Also, a rectangular tunnel with wide of 10 m and length of 20 m was drilled in the model. The center of tunnel was situated 15 m, 20 m, 25 m, 30 m, 35 m, 40 m, 45 m, 50 m, 55 m and 60 m below the ground surface. these models are under confining pressure of 0.001 GPa, 0.005 GPa, 0.01 GPa, 0.03 GPa, 0.05 GPa and 0.07 GPa. The results show that the volume of colapce zone is constant by increasing the distance between ground surface and tunnel position. Also, the volume of colapce zone was increased by decreasing of confining pressure. The maximum of settlement occurs at the top of the tunnel roof. The maximum of settlement occurs when center of tunnel was situated 15 m below the ground surface. The settlement decreases by increasing the distance between tunnel center line and measuring circles in the ground surface. The minimum of settlement occurs when center of circular tunnel was situated 60 m below the surface ground. Its to be note that the settlement increase by decreasing the confining pressure.

가족갈등과 자기통제가 초기 청소년의 학교부적응에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Family Conflict & Self Control on School Maladjustments of Early Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of family conflict and self-control on school maladjustments of early adolescents. Subjects of this study consisted 662 middle school students drawn from 4 middle schools in Cheong-ju city. The results of this study were as follows: First, younger students' maladjustment to teachers was influenced by variables such as school year, economic levels, conflict strength between parents, conflict settlement between parents, reliability between parents and children, communication between parents and children and self-control, etc. In other words, students' maladjustment to teachers was high at the students in the 2nd year rather than in the 1st year, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents that younger students perceived, low conflict settlement between parents, low reliability between parents and children, high hostility between parents and children and low self-control. Second, younger students' maladjustment to the class was influenced by variables such as gender, school year, economic levels, conflict strength between parents, reliability between parents and children, communication between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, young students' maladjustment to the class was high at the 2nd year students rather than at the 1st year students, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents, low reliability between parents and children, poor communication between parents and children, and low self-control. Third, younger students' maladjustment to rules was influenced by variables such as school year, economic level, conflict level between parents, hostility between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, younger students' maladjustment to rules was high at the 1st year students rather than the 2nd year students of middle school, low economic level, high conflict strength between parents, high hospitality between parents and children and low self-control, etc. Fourth, younger students' maladjustment to friends was influenced by variables such as conflict strength between parents, conflict settlement between parents, hospitality between parents and children, and self-control, etc. In other words, younger students' maladjustment to friends was high at high conflict strength between parents, low conflict settlement between parents, high hospitality between parents and children and low self-control, etc. In the study, self-control was found to be the most important variable at younger students' maladjustment to teachers, class and rules, etc, and conflict settlement between parents was found to be the most significant variable at younger students' maladjustment to friends.
