The Effects of Logistics Technology Acceptance in the Fourth Industrial Revolution on Logistics Safety Performance: The Moderated Mediating Effect of Logistics Safety Behavior through Safety Culture

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings - Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value - This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

  • 본 연구는 기대불일치이론을 토대로 위치기반 서비스에 대한 개인의 사전 기대와 성과 평가 간의 불일치 정도를 살펴보고, 기대불일치가 서비스 만족도와 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 SPSS 19.0과 Amos 21.0를 활용하여 스마트폰 위치기반 서비스에 대한 기대불일치, 만족도, 지속 사용 의도 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 기대불일치가 서비스 만족도와 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 기대불일치가 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향력이 만족도에 의해 매개될 수 있음이 확인되었다. 셋째, 서비스 신뢰에 의해 기대불일치, 만족도, 지속 사용 의도의 관계가 조절될 수 있음이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 위치기반 서비스의 지속 사용 의도를 향상 시키거나 감소시키는데 기대불일치와 만족도가 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 향후 연구에서는 위치기반 서비스에 대한 소비자들의 기대 요소들을 세부적으로 파악하여, 어떠한 기대 요소들이 만족도와 지속 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 연구가 필요하다.

결혼불만족과 외로움, SNS중독의 관계 - 사회자본의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Relationship among Marital Dissatisfaction, Loneliness and SNS Addiction - The Moderated Mediating Effect of Social Capital -)

  • 본 연구는 기혼자의 결혼불만족이 외로움을 통해 SNS중독에 미치는 매개효과가 연구 대상자가 지각하는 사회자본의 크기 및 구성 장면에 따라 차이를 보이는 지, 즉 조절된 매개효과를 나타내는 지 확인하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전국 20~40대 성인 기혼 남 녀 714명이다. 온라인 전문 리서치회사에 자료 조사를 의뢰해 인구통계학적 비례에 따른 할당 표집을 기본으로 임의 선택의 과정을 거쳐, 연구자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구모형 검증을 위해 구조방정식을 사용한 조절된 매개효과 분석 절차를 따랐다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외로움은 기혼 성인의 결혼불만족과 SNS 중독 사이를 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히, 독립변수와 종속변수 간 관계가 비유의적인 것으로 나타나, 매개효과의 완전 혹은 부분 여부를 경쟁모형 비료를 통해 확인한 결과, $x^2$을 비롯한 다양한 적합도 지수가 상대적으로 양호한 완전매개 모형을 최종적으로 채택하였다. 둘째, 결혼불만족과 외로움, SNS 중독 간 매개모형에서 사회자본 크기가 조절된 매개효과를 나타냈다. 구체적인 경로를 살펴보면, 자신의 사회자본을 상대적으로 크게 인식하는 집단이 작게 인식하는 집단에 비해 외로움에서 SNS중독에 이르는 과정과 결혼불만족에서 SNS중독에 이르는 경로의 효과 크기를 더 크게 인식했다. 이와 함께, 사회자본 형태별로 비중 차이에 따른 조절된 매개효과도 확인했다. 즉, 사회자본의 형태를 면대면 그리고 SNS 장면으로 구분해 각각의 비중 차이에 따라 면대면 우세, SNS우세 집단으로 구분해 매개모형의 다집단분석을 실시한 결과 각 경로 간 효과크기에 차이가 나타났다. 자신의 사회자본이 면대면 보다는 SNS 온라인 상에 더 편중되었다고 느끼는 집단에서는 외로움이 SNS 중독에 미치는 영향을 더 크게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 면 대 면과 SNS 사회자본 사이의 불균형이 결혼불만족과 외로움, SNS 중독 간의 관계에서 위험요인으로 작용함을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 기혼 성인들의 SNS 중독에 대처하기 위한 정책적, 실천적 대응방안을 제언하였다.

유아의 영상미디어 시청시간과 취침시간이 집행기능곤란에미치는 영향: 유아의 채널 선택권과 부모의 제한형 미디어중재의 조절된-조절된 매개효과 (The Effect of Children's Screen Media Time on Bedtime and Executive Function Difficulties: A Moderated-Moderated Mediation Effect of Children's Media Content Selection and Parental Restrictive Media Mediation)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the moderated-moderated mediating effects of children's media content selection and parental restrictive media mediation on the relationship between children's screen media time and executive function difficulties. Methods: A total of 693 parents of children aged 5~6 years participated in this study and were asked to answer all survey questions. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using SPSS 27.0. Model 11 of PROCESS macro 4.3 was used to examine the moderated-moderated mediation model. Children's gender, age, childcare enrollment status, and household income were included in the analyses as covariates. Results: The moderated-moderated mediating effects of children's media content selection and parental restrictive media mediation were found to be significant. Specifically, bedtime mediated the relationship between screen media time and executive function difficulties only when parents did not appropriately implement restrictive mediation and children freely selected media content. Conclusion/Implications: It is recommended that parents understand the importance of implementing restrictive media mediation and selecting appropriate media contents for their child to prevent executive function difficulties in early childhood. Also, child education or day-care centers should offer education program about appropriate media use to reach more parents.

청소년의 소외감과 스트레스 반응의 관계에서 스마트미디어 중독과 행동활성화체계(BAS)의 조절된 매개효과 (Moderated Mediating Effects of Smart Media Addiction Caused by Behavioral Activation System (BAS) on Adolescents' Alienation and Stress Responses)

  • 본 연구에서는 청소년의 소외감과 스트레스 반응 간의 관계를 확인하고, 소외감과 스트레스 반응을 스마트 미디어 중독이 매개하는 모형에서 행동활성화체계(BAS)의 조절효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 참여자는 수도권에 위치한 중·고등학교에 재학하고 있는 361명의 남녀 학생들이다. 조절된 매개효과는 PROCESS Macro 3.5 모델 7로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년의 소외감과 BAS는 스마트미디어 중독이나 스트레스 반응과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 스마트미디어 중독도 스트레스 반응과 정적 상관이 있었다. 스트레스 반응에 대한 조절된 매개효과 분석에서는 소외감과 BAS의 상호작용효과가 유의했으며, 소외감의 조건부 간접효과는 BAS 수준이 매우 낮은 집단에서는 유의하지 않았다. 이런 결과는 소외감을 느끼는 청소년이 스마트미디어 사용에 몰입하여 스트레스 반응을 경험할 가능성이 크다는 것을 시사하며, 그런 영향은 BAS 수준이 높을수록 더 심각하다는 것을 암시한다.

중학생의 학업스트레스와 자살생각 간의 관계: 속박감과 또래로부터의 정서적 지지의 조절된 매개효과 (The Relationship between Academic Stress and Suicidal Ideation among Middle-school Students: The Moderated Mediating Effects of Entrapment and Emotional Support from Peers)

  • This study examined the moderated mediating impact of entrapment and emotional support from peers in the relationship between academic stress and suicidal ideation among middle-school students. The participants consisted of 214 middle-school students in the first to third grades from four middle schools located in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, Chun-cheon, and Jeonnam. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and the Process Macro Model versions 4, 1, and 14. The results of this study were as follows. First, academic stress did not directly influence suicidal ideation; however, entrapment mediated the relationship between academic stress and suicidal ideation. Second, emotional support from peers moderated the mediating effect of entrapment in the aforementioned relationship. This means that if students perceived emotional support from peers, then academic stress had a smaller impact on suicidal ideation through entrapment. These findings highlight the importance of decreasing levels of academic stress and entrapment to prevent suicidal ideation among middle-school students. They also suggest that enhancing students' emotional support networks with their peers could be an effective way of reducing suicidal ideation when students feel high levels of entrapment and academic stress.

Moderated Mediation of Anticipatory Hope between Green Fashion Advertising Appeals and Word of Mouth -The Role of Perceived Consumer Effectiveness-

  • Based on the stimulus-organism-response model, this study investigated the effects of three types of green performance appeals (i.e., before-, after-, and before/after-appeals) on consumer word of mouth (WOM) mediated by anticipatory hope. As the degree of consumer susceptibility to advertising varies by individual, individual perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) was examined as a moderated mediating variable. A total of 191 responses were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 for analysis of variance and PROCESS procedure. Results showed the mediating role of anticipatory hope between advertising appeals and WOM: participants reported greater anticipatory hope when they viewed the advertisement with after- and before/after-appeals. This mediation was moderated by participants' PCE. The effect of green performance appeals on WOM was mediated by participants' anticipatory hope when their PCE was low; however, when participants' PCE was high, the mediation was not significant. The findings show that advertising appeals highlighting the effectiveness of green performance can attract consumers who do not believe that product consumption affects a sustainable environment and spread WOM. This research provides insights to fashion brands by suggesting effective green advertising strategies that can increase consumers' voluntary information-sharing behavior.

중학생의 SNS 상향비교가 우울에 미치는 영향: 자기비하의 매개 효과와 인지적 유연성의 조절된 매개효과 (Effect of Upward Social Comparison in SNS on Depression among Middle School Students: The Mediating Effect of Self-Deprecation and the Moderated Mediating Effect of Cognitive Flexibility)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of middle school students'self-deprecation in the relationship between upward social comparison in social network service (SNS) and depression and the moderated mediating effect of cognitive flexibility. The participants were 288 middle school students, in the first to third grades from four middle schools located in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Jeonnam. The date were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients and the Process Macro Model 4, 1, and 14. The results of this study are as follows. First, an upward comparison in SNS has a significant positive influence on students'depression, and students' self-deprecation of students mediated the relation between two. Second, the level of control, which is a sub-factor of cognitive flexibility, moderated the mediating effect of self-deprecation. That is, if students are more likely to perceive difficult situations as controllable, upward social comparison in SNS mediated by self-deprecation has smaller effect on depression. Based on these results, we suggest practical interventions to reduce depression among middle school students by decreasing upward social comparison in SNS and self-deprecation. In addition, helping students perceive difficult situations as controllable could be another effective way of reducing depression among those students who have a high level of self-deprecation in upward social comparison in SNS.

일반고 학생의 자아인식 및 수업태도와 진로성숙의 관계에 대한 연구: 부모와 대화에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과 검증 (A Study on the Relationship between Self-awareness and Class Attitude and Career Maturity of General High School Students: Verification of the Moderated Mediating Effect on Career Exploration Efficacy through Conversation with Parents)

  • 본 연구는 일반고 학생들의 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해 사회인지진로이론에 근거하여 자아인식과 수업태도가 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 과정에서 부모와 대화 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 일반고 2학년에 대한 연구를 위해, 한국교육고용패널(KEEP) II의 1차년도 설문 결과에서 일반고(자율고 포함) 5943명의 자료를 SPSS 22와 PROCESS macro의 모델 7번을 사용하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정적인 자아인식과 수업태도는 진로성숙에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 진로탐색효능감은 자아인식 및 수업태도와 진로성숙을 매개한다. 셋째, 자아인식과 진로성숙의 관계에서 부모와 대화의 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과가 나타나지 않는다. 넷째, 수업태도와 진로성숙의 관계에서 부모와 대화 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 대립조절된 매개효과가 나타난다. 이러한 연구에 기반하여 일반고 학생들의 진로성숙을 위한 시사점과 향후 과제를 제안하였다.

서비스 종업원의 진정성, 소비자의 감성지능, 레포 그리고 고객충성도 : 조절된 매개모형 (The Effect of Employee Authenticity on Customer Loyalty via Rapport : A Moderated Mediation Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty. This study also examined whether rapport positively mediated the above relationship. In addition this study address the moderating role of customer emotional intelligence in the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport. By developing moderated a mediation model, we addressed indirect conditional effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty via rapport. Methods: The survey data was collected by customers who used various services in Korea. The main hypotheses were tested using a cross-sectional design, with questionnaires administered to 292 customers. Results: The result of empirical analysis has shown that employee authenticity was significantly positively related to customer loyalty. We have also found that rapport positively mediated the relationship between employee authenticity and customer loyalty. While there was a significant moderating effect of customer emotional intelligence on the relationship between employee authenticity and rapport, the moderated mediating role of customer emotional intelligence was found. Conclusion: The results provide useful theoretical and practical implications to the organizations and managers who want to improve customer loyalty. Future research directions with the limitation of the study were discussed.
