This study was carried out to analyze the effect of changes in the light environment caused by the daylight disturbance on the productivity and quality of the standard cut flower rose cultivar 'Monet'. It was artificially shaded to obstruct the sunlight and the productivity and growing characteristics of roses according to the time of daylight disturbance were investigated. The number of cut flowers per unit area (3.3m²) of the cut flower rose 'Monet' was 40 stems in the control, while in the 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour treatments, it was 32, 29, and 25, respectively. As the daylight disturbance time was increased, the number of cut flowers showed a tendency to decrease. In the case of cut flower characteristics related to the quality of cut roses, all characteristics such as flower width, flower height, petal length, and petal width, decreased by 10 to 20% in the 12-hour treatment compared to the control. In addition, growth characteristics such as peduncle length, peduncle thickness, and cut flower height, which determine the marketability of cut roses, also tended to decrease as the daylight disturbance time increased. On the other hand, the number of days to flowering increased by 14.0% from 24.3 to 27.7. The overall growth characteristics were contracted and flowering was delayed as the time of daylight disturbance increased. In the results of this study, as the daylight disturbance time increased, flower size, cut flower length, and fresh weight was decreased. This is due to the decrease in the total photosynthetic amount as the daily average photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) was decreased, resulting in a decrease in the quality of roses. It is judged that it is because they do not receive enough carbohydrates necessary for growth and development.

Cell phenotypes are determined by the concerted activity of thousands of genes and their products. This activity is coordinated by a complex network that regulates the expression of genes. Understanding this organization is crucial to elucidate cellular activities, and many researches have tried to construct gene regulatory networks from mRNA expression data which are nowadays the most available and have a lot of information for cellular processes. Several computational tools, such as Boolean network, Qualitative network, Bayesian network, and so on, have been applied to infer these networks. Among them, Bayesian networks that we chose as the inference tool have been often used in this field recently due to their well-established theoretical foundation and statistical robustness. However, the relative insufficiency of experiments with respect to the number of genes leads to many false positive inferences. To alleviate this problem, we had developed the algorithm of MONET(MOdularized NETwork learning), which is a new method for inferring modularized gene networks by utilizing two complementary sources of information: biological annotations and gene expression. Afterward, we have packaged and improved MONET by combining dispersed functional blocks, extending species which can be inputted in this system, reducing the time complexities by improving algorithms, and simplifying input/output formats and parameters so that it can be utilized in actual fields. In this paper, we present the architecture of MONET system that we have improved.

Before the appearance of luc-media image, art is performed by the hands of man. That was the best of the reality and the absolute standard of reality. However the appearance of luc-media image brings together the scientific thoughts on realism, which gave birth to 'impressionism' where 'light' becomes the most important part in art as well as in luc-media image and analyzed scientifically. In this paper, I'd like to analyze 5 paintings of Monet, a representative of the impressionism, chronically and present the various aspects of luc-media image as follows; 'picture the present moment', 'picture the light', 'picture the sound and movement', 'picture in the several frames', 'picture continuous frames'. These image phenomenon presented in this paper are mainly concerned with the photograph image, because the time when impressionists entered the stage was the age of photograph image, accordingly there are a little difference from digital image.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, people need healing. Research in neuroarchitecture shows that people feel happy and stable when working with nature, and patients heal quickly. Therefore, This study aims to quantitatively analyze the colors that help psychological healing in the painting images depicting nature by setting 'Natural Colors' of Biophilic Design as the subject of research. So the purpose of this study was to measure Biophilic Color and to develop Biophilic Color Palette. We extracted Biophilic colors using Impressionist Monet's Landscape painting. After extracting colors using Photoshop Color Picker, we converted RGB color code to NCS color code and Munsell color code. The results of this study were as follows; The ratio of Y was high in the GY-series and YR-series. This is due to the characteristic of impressionism that expresses the change of color by light in close relationship with light. Y is universally considered to be pleasant, representing happiness, sunshine and optimism. Therefore, it is possible to create an environment that helps psychological healing by utilizing the Y-series color palette. Average Blackness was 28. Average Chromaticness was 34.61. The significance of this study is to propose a biophilic color palette that is useful for psychological healing by quantifying the color code of biophilic colors depicted and expressed with adjective images and idiomatic color names. Quantitative and empirical studies on healing colors are needed continuously and should be actively utilized in healing environment planning.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of storytelling factor, technical factor and exhibition environment factor on the degree of satisfaction, degree of immersion and immersion types in and . Our findings show that the degree of satisfaction not only has a significant correlation with the degree of immersion, but also influences on the holding power and behavioral intention. According to the results of correlation analyses, three factors have an impact on the degree of satisfaction and immersion. Immersion factors influence negatively on Focused Attention and Heightened Enjoyment, however, the factors effect positively on Temporal Dissociation and Curiosity. As the influence of immersiveness on the degree of satisfaction and immersion, and immersion types have been verified, this study offers a fresh understanding of the importance of immersion factors as evaluation criteria for digital exhibitions.

The main physical parameters; the cluster center, distance, radius, age, reddening, and visual absorbtion; have been re-estimated and improved for the open cluster NGC 7086. The metal abundance, galactic distances, membership richness, luminosity function, mass function, and the total mass of NGC 7086 have been examined for the first time here using Monet et al. (2003) catalog.

Recently, it is necessary to process real time sensor data, which is generated from ubiquitous environments. Data, which are written by XML, are small, but, large volumes of data. Therefore, weneed to use an efficient method for processing a large amount of it. An XQuery has two types for sensor data: one is to get sensor identification and value from sensor data; the other is restructuring for user's convenience. Existing XQuery engines don't have efficient method for batch processing of sensor data. This paper proposed the twig query processing over reverse path summary, and we developed and applied restructuring batch processing method for real time processing of a large amount of sensor data. Finally, we do performance evaluation using XMark and RFID EPC data, and comparison analysis with MonetDB/XQuery and Berkeley DB XML.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of 4-value orientations. the 5 money spending styles. and the background variables to the desired money management behavior of high school girls. The samples were selected from 498 high school girls. Cronbach'a and Multiple regression were used as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : Resulting from multiple regression analysis, the desired money management behavior of high school girls had the positive linear relationships with the variables such as financial satisfaction. goal-oriented value. and 4 money spending styles - security. conspicuous. non-monetary. and unconcerned - in five money spending styles. The most influential variable was money spending styles.

This research concurrently conducts literature review and quantitative research methodology in order to compare aesthetic experience of and . From the perspective of viewing attitudes, two types of perception equally coexist in both exhibitions: convergent perception is predominant over distracted perception in IL while distracted perception is higher than convergent perception in MIE. However, the influence of convergent perception on the degree of satisfaction and immersion is proved only in MIE. In terms of roles of viewer, there is a tendency to weigh on passive role in both exhibitions. In particular, it is worth noting that the role is relatively high in MIE. The role of viewer do not correlate with on the degree of satisfaction and immersion, as well as modes of perception. The elements of aesthetic experience are highly rated and the use of previous knowledge acts as a positive influence on the role of viewers in IL. Through this study, we witness the fact that visitors who are familiar with traditional artworks depend upon both modes of perception as well as passive role of viewer in the digital exhibition. In conclusion, remediation through digital technology has blurred the boundary of the dichotomy of a viewing attitude and a role of viewer depending on exhibit media, consequently MIE bears both natures of traditional artworks and digital media.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the art characteristics of Japonism expressed in Art Nouveau jewelry. This study also provided an opportunity to seek for the development direction of contemporary jewelry design for the future. The influence of Japanese arts in Art Nouveau jewelry, was mostly from Ukiyo-e, an art form from the Edo Dynasty in Japan. Japanese arts soon inspired the origination of Art Nouveau across Europe in the late 19th century. And the scope of its infuluence is shown in jewelry which created by contemporary painters and designers. Ukiyo-e, a folk painting was created from multi-color wooden printmaking emerged many Japanese art collectors, including Samuel Bing and Arthur Lasenby Liberty. This became a source of new inspirations for Degas, Monet, Gogh and the origin of Japonism. The layout techniques that used perspectives higher than eye level and that extremely cut or expanded major objects for emphasis were typical Ukiyo-e characteristics. The result of this study is found out by showing the evidence that influence of this Ukiyo-e's method came up with specificity as planity, naturality, decoration and express on the Art Nouveau jewelry.
