콘크리트 다층바닥판 구조의 구조거동에 관한 해석적 연구 (Study on Structural Behavior of Multi-layered Concrete Floor Structure)

  • In this paper, the structural behavior of R.C. multi-layered floor structure including foam concrete layer is numerically analyzed. For the analysis, 3D interface element has been implemented to finite element analysis program to consider the interfacial behavior of multi-layered floor structure which consists of rubber layer, foam concrete layer and mortar layer on RC slab. Based on analysis results on multi-layered structure, its structural behavior is analyzed according to geometrical and material properties of foam concrete. Optimum material property of each layer of the floor structure is proposed to get optimum multi-layered concrete structure.

  • The prediction of effective properties of heterogeneous material like concrete is of primary importance in design or analysis. This paper os about micromechanice-based evaluation of elastic moduli of concretes considering composite material behavior. In this study, micromechanixe-based schemes for the effective elastic modui of the lightweight foamed concrete and the normal concrete are proposed based on averaging techniques using a single-layered inclusion model and a multi-phase and multi-layered inclusion model. respectively, For the verification's sake, elastic moduli evaluated in this study are compared with experimental data and results by existing formula.

완충재의 구성에 따른 동탄성계수 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Stiffness of Multi-layered Damping Materials)

  • Many kind of damping materials are generally used on concrete slab in apartment building to reduce floor impact noise level. Lately, multi-layered damping material that is consist of several materials are used to improve the effect of floor impact noise insulation. In this study, dynamic stiffness of multi-layered damping material that is consist of common materials such as expanded polystyrene(EPS), expended polyethylene(EPE), ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) and polyester was investigated. It was found that dynamic stiffness of multi-layered damping material could be estimated if know value of each layer that compose whole structure. And it was found that dynamic stiffness of whole structure did not change even if change order that build layer.

Numerical modelling of the damaging behaviour of the reinforced concrete structures by multi-layers beams elements

  • A two-dimensional multi-layered finite elements modeling of reinforced concrete structures at non-linear behaviour under monotonic and cyclical loading is presented. The non-linearity material is characterized by several phenomena such as: the physical non-linearity of the concrete and steels materials, the behaviour of cracked concrete and the interaction effect between materials represented by the post-cracking filled. These parameters are taken into consideration in this paper to examine the response of the reinforced concrete structures at the non-linear behaviour. Four examples of application are presented. The numerical results obtained, are in a very good agreement with available experimental data and other numerical models of the literature.

  • 도로포장의 구조평가 및 유지관리를 위하여 매우 효율적인 장비로 알려진 Dynaflect의 이용이 날 로 증가하고 있어, 이에 대한 연구가 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로포장에 사용되는 재료의 탄성계수에 따른 해석모질을 설정하고, 이를 다층토 이론에 근거한 콤퓨터 프로그램을 통하여 Dyn select의 처짐곡선을 산출함으로써 표층 두께와 탄성계수에 따른 분산도의 특성을 연구하였다.

  • To overcome the drawbacks of conventional load-control method and displacement-control method, the so-called volume-control method was developed by utilizing a pressure node added into a layered shell element. The pressure node has an increment of pressure as an additional degree of freedom of the shell element. In this study, the hollow RC columns are discretized with multi-layered shell elements and a modeling technique utilizing the volume-control analysis for various hollow RC column structures is introduced. The results of the nonlinear analysis using the modeling for hollow RC columns subjected to lateral reversed cyclic loading as well as lateral loading under compression are shown. Validity of the modeling technique is also verified by comparing the analysis results with experimental results and other analysis data.

Dynamic Analysis of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Structure

  • A new solution for the dynamic analysis of as asphalt concrete pavements under moving loads has been developed. The asphalt concrete pavement can be modeled in elastic or viscoelastic medium of multi-layered structure. The subgrade can be modeled as either a rigid base or a semi-infinite halfspace. The loads may be constant or arbitrary circular loads into one direction. The method utilizes the Complex Response Method of transient analysis with a continuum solution in the horizontal direction and a finite-element solution in the vertical direction. This proposed method incorporates such important factors as wave propagation, inertia and damping effects of the medium as well as frequency-dependent asphalt concrete properties. The proposed method has been validted with the full-scale field truck test, which was conducted on instrumented asphalt concrete section on a test track at PACCAR Technical Center in Mount Vernon, Washington. Comparison with field strain data from full-scale pavement tests has shown excellent agreement. 다층구조확산을 고려한 제설제에 노출된 콘크리트의 염화물 해석 (Analysis for Chloride Penetration in Concrete under Deicing Agent using Multi Layer Diffusion)

  • 콘크리트는 경제적이며 고내구성 건설재료이지만, 염해에 노출된 경우 매립된 철근의 부식으로 인해 내구성에 대한 문제가 발생한다. 최근 들어 동절기에 제설제가 많이 사용되고 있는데, 제설제의 사용은 콘크리트 표면에 미세균열과 박리를 증가시키고 용해된 제설제는 매립된 철근의 부식을 야기한다. 기존의 염화물 지배방정식인 Fick's 2nd Law의 해석기법은 표면이 열화된 콘크리트의 염해특성을 평가하지 못하므로 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 다층구조 확산 모델과 시간의존성 염화물 확산을 이용하여 제설제에 노출된 콘크리트의 염화물 해석기법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 18년 경과된 콘크리트 도로교의 염해실태를 분석하였으며, 역해석을 통하여 표면열화깊이 및 열화된 콘크리트 층의 증가된 염화물 확산성을 평가하였다. 제안된 기법은 30MPa 콘크리트에서 12.5~15.0mm 열화깊이와 2배 증가된 열화층의 염화물 확산성을 나타내었다. 본 해석기법은 표면열화 및 표면 강화 등 2개의 다른 확산성을 가진 콘크리트의 염화물 거동을 평가하는데 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다.

  • This paper presents results of nonlinear analyses for underground structures including both the soil-structure interaction and nonlinear behavior of concrete material. For this purpose, a hybrid method is employed, in which a dynamic analysis technique for a linear soil-structure interaction system and a general purpose FE program are combined in hybrid and practical manners. A couple of nonlinear analyses are carried out for framed structures in multi-layered half space soil medium. The yielding of concrete structure is considered by a multi-linear stress- strain relationship. The numerical results suggest that ductile design fur the intermediate columns in the underground framed structure is substantially important in aseismic design.

  • Depths of the vertical cracks in the concrete were determined by the time of flight of the ultrasonic waves. The ultrasonic waves are diffracted at the crack tip, and the arrival time of ultrasonic waves are dependent on the crack depth and speration distance between transmitting and receiving ultrasonic transducers. The vertical cracks with 0.2-2mm width and 10-100mm depth were examined by multi-layered ultrasonic transducers. It was found that the time of flight of ultrasonic waves were proportional to the depth of vertical cracks. The depth of vertical cracks in the range of 20-100mm depth could be determined by the transient time of the diffracted ultrasonic waves
