The purpose of this study is that pre-service teacher are able to design creative instruction based on NFTM-TRIZ for building up their continuous creative thinking and promoting their creative instruction activities. NFTM-TRIZ is a educational technology system to form and develop creative thinking from child to adult continuously based on TRIZ theory. TRIZ is the thinking technique of creative problem solving that can be the tool of inventory solutions by finding and get over the key of contradiction that is necessary to obtain ideal final results of suggested problems. The subjects for this study were 90 pre-service teachers who are attending third and fourth graders of Teachers' College in G university and are taking 'Curriculum and Educational Evaluation'. The creativity program for this study was carried out for ten minutes at the end of lectures. The verification for this study results were performed two faces. First, pre-service teachers presented teaching and learning plan for one time used 8 Steps' Teaching and Learning Model based on NFTM-TRIZ. Second, researcher got feedback from them about this creative program.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to improve teaching and learning in specialized high schools by investigating the relationship between creativity and class satisfaction in classes using the NFTM-TRIZ model for specialized high school students. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, first, the differences between the applied effects, experiments, and control groups were analyzed when the NFTM-TRIZ model was applied. Second, when the NFTM-TRIZ model was applied, it was analyzed whether there was a significant difference in creativity and class satisfaction by group size. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, as a result of comparing the preand post-tests of the experimental group and the control group applying the NFTM-TRIZ model through the t-test, the experimental group showed significant differences in creative spontaneity, identity, attachment, curiosity and class satisfaction. Second, in experimental groups with the NFTM-TRIZ model, the size of groups of 4 and 6, rather than the size of groups of 2, had positive effects on class satisfaction. Therefore, the NFTM-TRIZ model based on collaborative learning was effective as a teaching and learning method that promoted creativity and satisfaction of students in specialized high schools.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of creativity instruction activities on academic motivation and career maturity of university students and the relationship between these factors. The subjects of this study were university students who took creativity liberal arts based on NFTM-TRIZ creativity education model for a term. The research scales were the self-efficacy scale and failure tolerance scale of academic motivation tests and the Career Maturity Inventory Attitude Scale. The results of this study were as follows : First, creativity instruction activities had a positive influence on academic motivation and career maturity. Especially the effects on self control efficacy, task preference level, career decisiveness and compromise showed significantly(p<.01). Secondly, academic motivation showed positive relationship with career maturity(p<.05).

본 연구는 지속적인 창의 인성교육을 위한 수업설계모형을 구안하기 위하여 NFTM-TRIZ를 활용하는데 그 목적을 두었다. NFTM-TRIZ는 TRIZ에 기반하여 유아에서 성인에 이르기까지 '지속적인 창의성 교육'을 할 수 있도록 개발된 교육프로그램이다. TRIZ는 주어진 문제의 모순을 찾아내고 이를 극복함으로써 혁신적인 해결안을 얻도록 하는 창의적 문제해결방법론으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 G 대학교의 교직과목으로 개설된 "교육과정 및 교육평가"를 수강한 3, 4학년 남, 여 학생들을 대상으로 매주 10분씩 창의성 수업을 하고 이에 대한 산출물로 창의적 수업안을 만들고 창의성 수업에 대한 후기를 작성토록 하여 연구결과를 모색했다.
