The purpose of this paper is to evaluate environmental friendliness for facilities of national park to improve naturalness of national park. We have evaluated environmental friendliness of the facilities in Chirisan national park in terms of resource conservation and environmental integration, which are consisted of 9 and 8 evaluation indicators, respectively. Environmental friendliness of the small facilities was not good due to not using locally obtained materials and natural material, and that of large and complex facilities was bad in the field of excessive damage during construction, inadequate maintenance, use of natural material, locally obtained material, environmental integration with surroundings. In evaluating environmental attributes, new facilities is better than the older ones. The small facilities appeared to be worse than those of the complex, and the large facilities are the worst in terms of environmental friendliness. In general, environmental friendliness turned out to be lower in the light of the facilities in the clustered area than those of the facilities of the other area. In the future, It is required that criteria for evaluating environmental friendliness of natural park facilities is established.

After the twenty-first century, the university emphasize on the role of knowledge creation facilities, and for this, various social and educational requirements are changing the environment of higher education. These change makes university that has old facilities difficult to correspond environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to review the facilities manual of Establishment and Management of university and to suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university by exploring the university educational environment and facilities plan to respond various changes. We reviewed division of university studies, classification system of facilities, Area Standard of building and site in th provision for university establishment and operation, based on studying domestic university facilities standards, space management standards, facilities condition of national/private university and doing a survey of university facilities satisfaction and propriety of facilities standard in 120 universities. According to this study on validity and propriety of rules, we suggest amendment of Establishment and Management of university that can respond changing higher education environment.

The major issues that higher education has recently faced are the shortage of students of school age, the changing environment of higher education and the evolving technology. These challenges have urged the university facilities and space to be managing more efficient and more effective. This study assures that the strong strategy is to operate more like business while retaining unique higher education values and a sound facilities management system and appropriate budget help to ensure that university facilities are good for student and teacher's demand. With such faith, this study explores the facilities/space maintaining status and the facility management system of national universities and collages. It finds that there are some problems to adapt new managing methodologies in national universities and that there are also some gaps and perceived constraints to effective space management. This study proposes the alternatives for the facilities managing system that involves the improvement of manpower structure, the expansion of budget scale and the establishment of appropriate facility management system. Finally it provides the practical tools for the effective space and facilities management such as space charging, space standards, central timetabling, space utilisation survey and facilities performance indication.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual conditions of the use and the plan of lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 8 lifelong education facilities in national university of industry. The results of this study are summarized as follows; 1) Needed spaces should functionally designed considering that basic and culture lecture, occupation skill and expert education, hobby/amusement/leisure, health/sanitation/sports, tradition culture understanding education among education programs of lifelong education facilities in universities are mainly constituted and occupation skill and expert education among theses are occupied with the most ratio. 2) Expansion of facilities is agent considering the number of students and lectures to be 3.0% from 1.7% of average ratio of continuous dimensions lifelong education facilities of each universities and composition following scale of the lecture room is set by organizing the number of students per lecture to small groups.

The study surveys the university institution of 57 national university campuses in order to estimate the present condition of the national universities by the campus type. The result are as follows: 1) The university institution floor area of the comprehensive type and mixed type campuses is larger than that of other type campuses. 2) The area ratio of educational facilities and attached facilities shows a lot of differences among the scientific and engineering type campuses. 3) The educational type campuses have enough the support facilities that is library, gymnasium and etc.

As almost community facilities in korean rural village have being showed signs of decrepitude, and have a lot of problems on scale and function, it hasn't made full use of almost community facilities. To resolve these problems, it is time to make different plan considered of elements, scale and function in community facilities. In this study, after being researched the present condition and interviewed local residents on target 25 administrative districts, it was sought diverse problems about community facilities and researched satisfaction measurement, activity of local residents. With Being based on this, we also drove from essential element about community facilities in korean rural village and sorted problems of community facilities as general disposition-structure-outdoor facilities-behavioral use. Therefore, it was applied to study area and ascertained the existence of problem. Thus, we found out the improving way for appropriate community facilities in korean rural village. It will be useful to make different plan for community facilities in korean rural village.

본 연구는 산림복지시설과 이용객 특성 간 연관성 및 결합 양상을 파악하기 위해 「2022 산림복지 시설·공간 이용객 실태조사」 결과를 활용하여 국립자연휴양림, 국립숲체원, 국가숲길, 국립치유의숲 등 4개 시설을 대상으로 범주형 자료분석인 대응분석을 실시하였다. 교차분석 결과, 산림복지시설별 연령대, 월평균 가구소득, 교통수단, 동반유형, 정보습득 경로, 방문목적은 고도로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.001). 대응분석 결과를 요약하면, 숲체원과 치유의숲이 연령대, 월평균 가구소득 등 인구통계학 특성에 따라 그 외 산림복지시설과 구별된 이용 양상으로 나타났다. 그리고 숲길 이용객의 교통수단은 그 외 산림복지시설과 차이점을 보였으며, 숲체원은 공적인 성격의 단체방문 유형과 관련기관 및 시설 홈페이지 및 온라인 포털사이트로부터 정보 습득, 그리고 교육 및 학습·체험교육 프로그램 참여 목적과 연관성을 보이는 등 동반유형, 정보습득 경로, 방문목적이 그 외 산림복지시설과 구별된 양상으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 산림복지시설과 이용객 특성 간 연관성과 결합 양상이 확인되었으며, 대응분석을 통해 산림복지시설 이용객 자료 활용성의 범위를 확장하였다고 판단된다.

Children's play facilities have changed over a decade from the traditional play facilities in the front yard to the new type of commercial play facilities which install more exciting and enjoyable facilities, such as Kids Park. The more diversified in the type of facilities, the more difficult in the safety management by the existing system. The 'Safety Management System of Children's Play Facilities' of MOSPA(Ministry of Security and Public Administration) has provided the safety information uni-directly by government sector to the private communities. Recently, multi-directional information sharing methods, such as community mapping are adopted actively in the social activities which have common purpose for making the better community by information sharing with government and private sector. On the purpose of citizen's participation for safe play facilities and preventing accidents, this study investigated the status of child accidents and safety standards, especially focused on the children's play facilities. And the way for sharing safety information among the communities with the GIS mapping skills is suggested in the respect of more easily monitoring and practically inputting the comments on the status of management of play facilities by real users based on their experiences. It is expected that more activities from the private sector would participate to the safety management of children's play facilities by realizing the suggested system.

HANARO is a multipurpose research reactor located at the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). Since the commencement of its operation in 1995, various neutron irradiation facilities, such as rabbit irradiation facilities, fuel test loop (FTL) facilities, capsule irradiation facilities, and neutron transmutation doping (NTD) facilities, have been developed and actively utilized for various nuclear material irradiation tests requested by users from research institutes, universities, and industries. Most irradiation tests have been related to national R&D relevant to present nuclear power reactors such as the ageing management and safety evaluation of the components. Based on the accumulated experience as well as the sophisticated requirements of users, HANARO has recently supported national R&D projects relevant to new nuclear systems including the System-integrated Modular Advanced Reactor (SMART), research reactors, and future nuclear systems. This paper documents the current state and utilization of irradiation facilities in HANARO, and summarizes ongoing research efforts to deploy advanced irradiation technology.

According to the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's 2018 Education Statistics, there are 4,692 schools in Korea, and most of them were built before 1985 and the aging of facilities due to earthquake and external environment has reached a serious point and are vulnerable to safety. The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education designated 2,561 buildings with floor space of 1,000 square meters or more under the "Special Act on Safety and Maintenance of Facilities (2018.1.18. Full Revision)" and conducted regular safety inspections. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evaluation of school facilities according to the results of a regular safety inspection and to propose a maintenance plan for educational facilities for future defects according to the conditions of the facilities.
