A Comparative Analysis of Practical Test Methods for National Technical Qualification and Course-based National Technical Qualification License for Esthetician (국가 기술자격 미용사(피부) 검정형과 과정평가형 실기시험 평가방법의 비교 분석)

  • This study compares and analyzes the tasks and evaluation methods of national technically qualified Skin Esthetic through systematic literature review of prior studies on qualification tests for Skin Esthetic qualification and process evaluation types that have been reorganized based on NCS. The national technical qualification is based on the ability to work through memorization-oriented theoretical tests and simple repetition of functions, and the Qualified qualification is relatively short in the period of test execution, and the reliability of its internal evaluation at the enforcement agency continues to be reduced. In the future, national technical qualification require innovation in the qualification system to reflect skilled demand at industrial sites, and course-based qualification for require supplementation and improvement of education and training courses so that they can learn skilled skills at the site.

A Study on Improvement Plan of Evaluation Method in National Technical Qualification Exam focus on Information Processing Fields based on NCS (NCS 기반 정보처리 분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes a research for improvement official approval of information processing in national technical qualification. In this paper, we analysis the contents of current exams and propose the new evaluation method of practical exam in information processing fields through grafting new trends of ICT and ability unit, fulfillment criteria in national competency standards(NCS). Also, we have verified the effect of exam through the pilot test. In the future, we will apply the new exams after the revision of guidelines for marking questions by expert group in its duty fields basis on this research

  • The study reviewed the properness of a present job field with 26 items so that the classification system of the national technical qualification can meet the needs of the industrial structure and the technical changes of the 21st century. In addition, it aimed not only to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management and operation of the national technical qualification system but to design a new classification system of the job field to stimulate qualification holders' employment. For the purpose of this study, materials and data relevant to the national technical qualification system were comprehensively collected and analyzed. Besides, a new job field with 13 job items was proposed in this study on a basis of the collective advice of experts on the properness of the job field in the national technical qualification system.

So, This study is purposed to find that a method for recognition of working-career on the national technical qualification system According to, this study is designed to questionnaire with BSC(Balaced ScoreCard), SEM(Structure Equation Model) with the delphi method, and is analysed using the AMOS 7.0 program package. Finally, This study is suggested growing to qualification standard for an examination a degree of master craftsman only under the change of national qualification systematization as a standard to operation and control.

  • Although the national technical qualification scheme has a historical background for thirty-five years, it hasn't any study of an obvious cause analysis, effective counterplan and analysis relation to its historical changes. This paper analyses the internal and external factors of technical qualification policy of the Human resources development service of Korea using PEST and SWOT and surveys the influence on its environment and the variation cause of the ratio of successful applicants to the qualification scheme. This paper also suggests systematically the direction for development of the technical qualification scheme using FMEA. Thus, this study assists to construct rapidly a correspondence system to the environment change simultaneously to determine decision making to the marketing policy.

  • The purpose of this research was to draw implications for preparing utilizing and management course assessment type of national technical qualification based on the awareness of teachers in industrial secondary vocational high schools. To achieve it, this researcher analyzed the awareness about management course assessment type of national technical qualification of teachers at industrial secondary vocational high schools and analyze possibility to introduce course assessment qualification, degree of agreement for expected effects, and importance and necessity for the matters to be considered when introducing management course assessment qualification. Concrete results of this research are as follows. First, the degree of understanding management course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools was common, but the degree of agreement for introducing goal, purpose, and necessities was low. Second, for the expected effects to be obtained when acquiring course assessment qualifications, there were acquisition of qualification at the same time of education, suggestion of studying goal from an angle of concrete and significant performance, systematic education based on NCS, possibility to develop and form training career, and possibility to acquire industrial field-centered knowledge and technology in order. Third, to draw priority of each item to be considered when introducing course assessment type of national technical qualification at industrial secondary vocational high schools, the importance and necessities were analyzed. As a result, for the sectors whose requirements are more than average, there were flexibility of course assessment type qualification classes, preparation of proper measure by NCS revision, relief of edited classes of necessity ability unit, etc.

A Study on Development Skill Framework and Analysis of It's Linkage to National Technical Qualification Items in Machinery Sector (기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석 연구)

  • The goal of this study is an analysis on linkage system between in machinery sector. The development of skill framework and national technical qualification items. This paper researched skills and created the skill level through reviewing domestic & foreign documents, interview with experts and in-depth discussions with expert group focusing on terminologies commonly used in the industrial settings. As a result of skill classification, authors were able to classify skills into three categories in medium-scale classification and 11 categories in small-scale classification, and also into total 42 categories through the re-classification of the small-scale classification. The skill level in the area of machine were classified the skill level in the area of machine into 7 level by reflecting the level system of the korean qualification frameworks, qualification and education course, and skill level in the industrial setting. Based on the skill frameworks, we provided definition of skill and skill group, definition of each different skill, and performance standards by skill and level. also, This paper suggests improving measure of national technical qualification items through analysizing linkage situation between skill frameworks & qualification items.
