This paper investigates empirically the lead-lag relation between the 'apartment price index' and 'Internet search volume'. This study uses Naver Trend Index as a proxy for Internet search volume. An increase in Internet search volume on the apartment price index indicates an increase in people's attention to an apartment. Different from previous studies exploring the relation between 'the released price index of the apartment' and 'Naver Trend Index', this study investigates the relation of the Naver Trend Index with 'the fundamental price component of an apartment' and 'the transitory price component of an apartment', respectively. The results of the Granger causality test reveal that there are bidirectional Granger causalities between the 'released price' and Naver Trend Index. In addition, the 'fundamental price component of an apartment' and Naver Trend Index have a feedback relation, while 'the transitory price component of an apartment' Granger causes the Naver Trend Index uni-directionally. The impulse response function analysis indicates that the shock of apartment prices increases Naver Trend Index in the first month. Overall, The close relationship between apartment prices and Naver Trend Index suggests that increases in the movement of apartment prices are positively associated with public attention on the apartment market.

Objectives : From January 2020, when the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Korea, the use of health information using the Internet is expected to increase. It is expected that there will be a significant change in the general public's interest in Korean herbal medicines for health care. Therefore, in this study, we tried to confirm the change in the search trend of Korean herbal medicines after the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods : Using the "Naver DataLab (http://datalab.naver.com)" service of a Korean portal site Naver, search volume was investigated with 606 Korean herbal medicines as keywords. The search period was from January 2020, right after the onset of COVID-19, to June 2021. The search results were sorted by the peak search volume and the total search volume. Results : 'Cheonsangap (천산갑, 穿山甲, Manitis Squama)' was the most searched Korean herbal medicine in the peak search volume and total search volume with least bias. Conclusions : The problem of supply and demand of Korean herbal medicines of high public interest was identified. Broadcasting and media exposure were the factors that had a big impact on the search volume for Korean herbal medicines. As it was confirmed that the search volume for Korean herbal medicines increased rapidly due to media exposure, it is necessary to provide correct information about Korean herbal medicines, improve public awareness, and manage stable supply and demand based on continuous search trend monitoring.

Prior studies on technology predictions attempted to predict the emergence and spread of emerging technologies through the analysis of correlations and changes between data using objective data such as patents and research papers. Most of the previous studies predicted future technologies only from the viewpoint of technology development. Therefore, this study intends to conduct technical forecasting from the perspective of the consumer by using keyword search frequency of search portals such as NAVER before and after the introduction of emerging technologies. In this study, we analyzed healthcare technologies into three types : measurement technology, platform technology, and remote service technology. And for the keyword analysis on the healthcare, we converted the classification of technology perspective into the keyword classification of consumer perspective. (Blood pressure and blood sugar, healthcare diagnosis, appointment and prescription, and remote diagnosis and prescription) Naver Trend is used to analyze keyword trends from a consumer perspective. We also used the ARIMA model as a technology prediction model. Analyzing the search frequency (Naver trend) over 44 months, the final ARIMA models that can predict three types of healthcare technology keyword trends were estimated as "ARIMA (1,2,1) (1,0,0)", "ARIMA (0,1,0) (1,0,0)", "ARIMA (1,1,0) (0,0,0)". In addition, it was confirmed that the values predicted by the time series prediction model and the actual values for 44 months were moving in almost similar patterns in all intervals. Therefore, we can confirm that this time series prediction model for healthcare technology is very suitable.

Augmented reality(AR) service as one of the representative technologies in the era of the 4th industrial revolution has gotten people's increasing attention. At this time, this study aimed to examine the determinants affecting service satisfaction of the AR-based camera application service by focusing on Naver's service. Several factors that might have influences on satisfaction of the AR-based camera application service were conceived based on the previous literature. And it was tested whether they had influences on satisfaction of the AR-based camera application service or not empirically. The responses of a sample of 312 people who had experienced using Naver's service were collected by means of an online survey and they were analyzed employing a hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this research indicated that gender as one of demographic variable, perceived interactivity, aesthetic value, trend following motivation as an extrinsic motivation and playfulness as an intrinsic motivation have significant influences on the service satisfaction of the AR-based camera application service. The results in this study have meanings since they can be used as references for AR service providers to develop more satisfactory AR services.

In modern society, various crimes is occurred. It is necessary to predict the criminal in order to prevent crimes, various studies on the prediction of crime is in progress. Crime-related data, is announced to the statistical processing of once a year from the Public Prosecutor's Office. However, relative to the current point in time, data that has been statistical processing is a data of about two years ago. It does not fit to the data of the crime currently being generated. In This paper, crime prediction data was apply with Naver trend data. By using the Web traffic Naver trend, it is possible to obtain the data of interest level for crime currently being generated. It was constructed a modeling that can predict the crime by using traffic data of the Naver web search. There have been applied to Markov chains prediction theory. Among various crimes, murder, arson, rape, predictive modeling was applied to target. And the result of predictive modeling value was analyzed. As a result, it got the same results within 20%, based on the value of crime that actually occurred. In the future, it plan to advance research for the predictive modeling of crime that takes into the characteristics of the season.

Many researches about the effect on politics, economics and Sociocultural phenomenon using the social media are in progress. Authors utilized NAVER Trend most famous web browsing service in korea, NAVER Blog social media, NAVER Cafe service and Open Data(API) and also used temperature, humidity index data of Korea Meteorological Administration. This study analyzed a change of the public's emotion in korea using Cluster analysis of vocabulary of taste among its of feelings and senses. K-means clustering was followed by decision of the number of groups which was used Chi-square goodness of fit test and ward analysis. Eight groups was made and it represented sensitive vocabulary. By Discriminant analysis, eight groups decided by Cluster analysis has 98.9% accuracy. The change of the public's emotion has capability to predict people's activity so they can share sensibility and a bond of sympathy developed between them.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to confirm the consumption trends of Korean medicine for health food consumption of consumers by using the Naver DataLab Shopping Insight service. Methods : In this study, the search data for the category of Korean herbal ingredients in the health food field of Naver Datalab shopping insight site was collected and sorted in order of frequency from August 1st, 2017 to June 22nd, 2022. The frequently searched keywords were organized based on the inclusion of Korean Pharmacopoeia (KP), Korean Herbal Pharmacopoeia (KHP), and Food Code. Results : 67,804 keywords were collected, and the most frequent keywords appearing for more than 200 days among the top 500 were 827 (1.184%). Among the frequent keywords, there were 149 keywords related to traditional medicine names included in the KP and KHP, and five prescriptions were included. 60 keywords were not included in the KP and KHP, and the keyword with the highest search frequency was "kujibbongnamu" (Maclura tricuspidata). Conclusions : The findings of this study provide information on the consumer's interest in traditional korean medicine (TKM) and natural products (NP), and can be used as a basis for understanding the demand for TKM and NP in the online shopping market.

"ESG management" guides companies to prioritize corporate social responsibility and sustainable development as key management objectives, going beyond mere financial performance pursuits. This approach involves creating a sustainable and robust supply chain by urging companies, acting as 'supply chain managers', to implement ESG management practices alongside their 'supply chain partners'. The domestic business community has been quick to respond to this trend, recognizing that failure to adhere to ESG standards set by organizations such as the EU and SEC could lead to severe repercussions, including exclusion from international trade and reputational damage. POSCO and NAVER, two leading Korean companies, are at the forefront of practicing ESG management effectively. They have both produced and publicly disclosed ESG management reports, showcasing their success in enhancing supply chain ESG management. However, as supply chain managers enforce ESG-related obligations on their suppliers, the likelihood of disputes between the parties may increase. In scenarios where supply chain ESG management leads to conflicts between supply chain managers and suppliers, commercial arbitration emerges as a viable solution for dispute resolution. This method offers several advantages, including the arbitrators' expertise, time and cost efficiency, the binding nature of decisions akin to a court's final judgment, international recognition under the New York Convention, confidentiality, and ample opportunity for parties to be heard. Our analysis focuses on the emerging disputes between supply chain managers and suppliers within the context of supply chain ESG management, particularly examining the cases of POSCO and NAVER. By categorizing the expected types of disputes and assessing the appropriateness of commercial arbitration for their resolution, we highlight the effectiveness of this approach. Furthermore, we propose leveraging the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board's role to enhance the use of arbitration in resolving supply chain ESG disputes, underscoring its potential as a strategic tool for maintaining sustainable and harmonious supply chain relationships.

Digital healthcare is a combined area of medical field and IT and various information on digital healthcare is provided in social media. This study aims to find the research trend of digital healthcare by collecting and analyzing data related to digital healthcare through the social media. The data were collected from Naver and Daum's news and blogs from January 2008 to June 2019. Major keywords with high frequency were extracted and visualized with wordcloud and network analysis was used to analyze the relationship between major keywords. Research combining medical field and IT from 2008 to 2001, various convergence research based on medical field and IT from 2012 to 2015, convergence research that applied the 4th industrial revolution technologies such as big data, blockchain and AI were actively conducted from 2016 to June 2019.

Objectives To grasp the trend of constitution medical industry related to the metabolic disorders by analyzing the web resource.Methods Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "http://web.search.naver.com".Results In the search area of news, blogs, cafes and knowledge-in, the number of searched pages retrieved by the word "constitution" was about 1.78 million. In the news 9760 cases of "obesity", 4046 cases of "hypertension" and 3253 cases of "diabetes" were searched. In Naver Web search Korean medicine clinics related to "constitution" were 24.3%. If we multiple 25.3% to 1000, the actual number of herbal hospitals, The constitution related to Korean medicine clinics is estimated to be approximately 3160 places. Among metabolic disorders, "Overweight", "Diabetes" and "Hypertension" were most frequently searched.Conclusions Constitutional industry related to metabolic diseases is very actively created on the internet in various areas. Among metabolic diseases, obesity, diabetes, hypertension were found with high frequency.
