Path Tracking Control Using a Wavelet Based Fuzzy Neural Network for Mobile Robots

  • In this paper, we present a novel approach for the structure of Fuzzy Neural Network(FNN) based on wavelet function and apply this network structure to the solution of the tracking problem for mobile robots. Generally, the wavelet fuzzy model(WFM) has the advantage of the wavelet transform by constituting the fuzzy basis function(FBF) and the conclusion part to equalize the linear combination of FBF with the linear combination of wavelet functions. However, it is very difficult to identify the fuzzy rules and to tune the membership functions of the fuzzy reasoning mechanism. Neural networks, on the other hand, utilize their learning capability for automatic identification and tuning. Therefore, we design a wavelet based FNN structure(WFNN) that merges these advantages of neural network, fuzzy model and wavelet transform. The basic idea of our wavelet based FNN is to realize the process of fuzzy reasoning of wavelet fuzzy system by the structure of a neural network and to make the parameters of fuzzy reasoning be expressed by the connection weights of a neural network. And our network can automatically identify the fuzzy rules by modifying the connection weights of the networks via the gradient descent scheme. To verify the efficiency of our network structure, we evaluate the tracking performance for mobile robot and compare it with those of the FNN and the WFM.

  • In this paper, we propose a modified elman neural network structure for nonlinear system identification. The proposed structure is that all of network output feed back into hidden units and output units. Learning algorithm is standard back-propagation algorithm. The simulation showed the effectiveness of using the modified elman neural network structure in the nonlinear system identification.

신속한 관리정보 전송을 위한 관리 망 물리구조 (A Physical Architecture of Management Network for High-speed Transferring of Management Information)

  • 본 논문에서는 TMN개념을 도입하여 관리 망의 물리구조를 설계하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 통신망의 종합적인 관리를 위한 관리 망의 구조를 계층적으로 분석하여 하위계층에 해당하는 물리계층의 구조를 설계하였다. 특히 TMN개념을 이용하였을 때의 물리구조에 기본이 되는 TMN-DCN을 설계의 대상으로 하였고 신속한 관리정보의 송·수신으로 망 관리의 효율을 높일 수 있는 설계방법을 제안하고 설계를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 물리구조를 구성하는 총 링크설치 비용이 어느 정도(4.8-7.1%, 정도)증가 하지만 관리정보를 가장 빠르게 전송(약 5.0 %)할 수 있었다.

  • Spherical space frame structure with triangular network pattern, which has the various characteristics for the mechanic property, a funtional property, an aesthetic property and so on, has often been used as one of the most efficient space structures. It is expected that this type will be used widely in large-span structural roofs. But because this structure is made of network by combination of line elements there me many nodes therefore, the structure behavior is very complicated and there can be an overall collapse of structure by buckling phenomenon if the external force reaches a limitation. This kind of buckling is due to geometric shape, network pattern, the number of layer and so on, of structure. Therefore spherical space frame with triangle network pattern have attracted many designers and researchers attention all over the world. The number of layer of space frame is divided in to the simgle, double, multi layer. That is important element which is considered deeply in the beginning of structural design. The buckling characteristics of single-layer model and double-layer model for the spherical space frame structure with triangular network pattern are evaluated and the buckling loads of these types are compared with investigation their structural efficiency in this study.

내부 궤환 제어 구조를 갖는 시스템의 네트워크형 분산 제어 (Network Type Distributed Control of a System with Inner Loop Control Structure)

  • In this paper, an idea of a network type distributed control of a system with inner loop control structure will be considered. Generally, in case of a control system with inner loop control structure, it is not easy to implement circuits and programming. Using network type distributed control structure, it will show how it is better than before. CAN(Controller Area Network) protocol which has been known that it has a high reliability on the signal in the various network protocols is used. Also, Arago's Disk System which has a inner loop control stucture is made to validate effectiveness of the proposed method.

지식 전파에 있어 네트워크 구조와 지식 탐색의 상호작용 (Interaction Effect of Network Structure and Knowledge Search on Knowledge Diffusion)

  • This paper models knowledge diffusion on an inter-organizational network. Based on literatures related to knowledge diffusion, the model considers critical factors that affect diffusion behavior including nodal property, relational property, and environmental property. We examine the relationships among network structure, knowledge search, and diffusion performance. Through a massive simulation runs based on the agent-based model, we find that the average path length of a network decreases a firm's cumulative knowledge stock, whereas the clustering coefficient of a firm has no significant relationship with the firm's knowledge. We also find that there is an interaction effect of network structure and the range of knowledge search on knowledge diffusion. Specifically, in a network of a larger average path length (APL) the marginal effect of search conduct is significantly greater than in that of a smaller APL.

  • We propose a new wavelet neural network structure, for which we apply new recurrent nodes to the network, in this paper for the dynamic system identification and control. We will construct the wavelet neural network by using wavelet frame function. The function does not have the best approximation property, but it may be possible to apply some modification to the structure of the network because the constriction of orthogonality is loosened a little. This wavelet neural network we propose can obtain previous state information by its structure of the network without any addition of input, though the conventional wavelet network needs additional previous state input for the improvement of the dynamic performance. In numerical experience, the performance of the new wavelet neural network we propose in the nonlinear system with uncertainity of parameter Is equal to that of the wavelet network which used the additional previous information input, superior to that of the conventional wavelet network.

CO-CLUSTER HOMOTOPY QUEUING MODEL IN NONLINEAR ALGEBRAIC TOPOLOGICAL STRUCTURE FOR IMPROVING POISON DISTRIBUTION NETWORK COMMUNICATION

  • Nonlinear network creates complex homotopy structural communication in wireless network medium because of complex distribution approach. Due to this multicast topological connection structure, the queuing probability was non regular principles to create routing structures. To resolve this problem, we propose a Co-cluster homotopy queuing model (Co-CHQT) for Nonlinear Algebraic Topological Structure (NLTS-) for improving poison distribution network communication. Initially this collects the routing propagation based on Nonlinear Distance Theory (NLDT) to estimate the nearest neighbor network nodes undernon linear at x(a,b)→ax2+bx2 = c. Then Quillen Network Decomposition Theorem (QNDT) was applied to sustain the non-regular routing propagation to create cluster path. Each cluster be form with co variance structure based on Two unicast 2(n+1)-Z2(n+1)-Z network. Based on the poison distribution theory X(a,b) ≠ µ(C), at number of distribution routing strategies weights are estimated based on node response rate. Deriving shorte;'l/st path from behavioral of the node response, Hilbert -Krylov subspace clustering estimates the Cluster Head (CH) to the routing head. This solves the approximation routing strategy from the nonlinear communication depending on Max- equivalence theory (Max-T). This proposed system improves communication to construction topological cluster based on optimized level to produce better performance in distance theory, throughput latency in non-variation delay tolerant.

시내버스 노선망 위계구조의 효율성 분석 (대전시 사례분석을 중심으로) (Efficiency of the Hierarchical Structure for a Bus Network)

  • 대전시를 사례로 위계수준을 달리한 4개의 노선망 대안(대안 1은 위계가 없는 노선망, 대안 2, 대안 3, 대안 4는 각각 초급, 중급, 상급 수준의 위계를 가진 노선망)을 작성하고, 평가지표(차내통행시간비용, 대기시간비용, 환승페널티비용)를 산출하여 대안간 비교를 통해 효율성을 분석하였다. 차내통행시간비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 감소하다가 위계가 매우 높아지면 다시 증가하는 것으로나타났다. 대기시간 비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 큰폭으로 감소하며, 환승페널티비용은 위계가 높은 대안일수록 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 종합적으로 볼 때 총통행비용은 위계가 있는 노선망이 위계가 없는 노선망에 비하여 낮은 것으로 나타나 위계구조를 가진 노선망의 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 위계가 있는 노선망 중에서는 위계가 높을수록 총통행비용이 감소하다가 위계가 지나치게 높아지게 되면 오히려 증가하는 특성을 보임으로써 중급수준의 위계를 가진 노선망이 가장 효율성이 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

전기 기기용 봉지 및 함침 에폭시 복합 재료의 내열성 및 절연파괴 특성 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of thermostability and dielectric breakdown strength for packaging and impregnating epoxy composite materials for electrical machines and apparatus)

  • In this study, it was studied on dielectric breakdown strength and thennostability properties due to the structure variation of matrix resin and treatment of coupling agent of epoxy insulating materials. The interpenetrating network structure was formed by simultaneous heating curing the epoxy resin with single network structure and the methacrylic acid resin. Also inner structure was observed and the glass transition temperature was measured on these three type specimens. Dielectric breakdown properties were investigated by applying DC, AC and impulse voltage. As a result, the glass transition temperature and the dielectric breakdown strength of specimen with interpenetrating network structure was more higher than another two type specimens.
