The UTP cable has been widely used, recently it is being developed for use in the UHF frequency band. One important characteristic of the UTP cable is NEXT. This research is to develop a pitch selection technique for an UTP cable which leads to a satisfactory NEXT. The transmission line model involving mutual inductances and capacitances between line pairs is used, and the simulation was carried out for frequencies from 1 MHz to 600 MHz. With respect to the worst margin of the NEXT for a Cat. 6 cable the simulation and measurement results show a good agreement.

To examine the next following day party and the next following evening party in the Man Kyong Geon, the authors analyzed“Jin Chan Eui Gue”, which is a historical record, published in 1887(King Go-Jong). The results obtained from the study were as follows, 1. The dining tables of next following day party were composed of two types:fixed arranging tables(22), and taking-away tables. 2. The dinind tables of next following evening party were also composed of two types:fixed arranging tables(6), and taking-away tables. 3. Food and flowers were distributed to the 290 attendants at the next following evening party. 5. According to the status or class of the attendants, the pattern or size of table settings were differentiated in the kinds of food, heights of food, flowers china ware etc. 6. Arrangements of the next following day party and the next following evening party were the same as those of the main party. 7. The arranged seat of the Crown Prince was facing the west. 8. In the arrangements of tables for the Crown Prince, the heights of food on dishes as following levels, 1 dish : 1chok(1척) 6 dishes : 8 chon(8촌) 5 dishes : 7 chon(촌)

In this paper present Autonomous Adaptive Digital Over Current Relay which acts autonomous setting using voltage and current measured by relay in the change of power systems. Automation of relay setting is required for distribution automation although manual relay setting is used at present. This paper presents Autonomous Relay Setting which knows change of the power system and acquires setting element using the Recursive Least Squares. Relay setting is very difficult work. But proposed relay is expected to decrease burden of relay setting using acquired information of power system change and autonomous setting. Also fast protective ability is expected according to change of power system.

Currently, various international standard organizations, academic institutes, and private organizations are making efforts to improve and expand the traditional EDI. The next generation EDI has potential to impact on the existing and planned EDI systems. Major objective of this study is to systematically analyze and compare various next generation EDI technologies. In order to accomplish the research objective, this paper presented the following three issues. First, overall development trend and types of the next generation EDI were analyzed. Secondly, basic concepts of a few important next generation EDI technologies were presented. Lastly, models to be used to analyze the various next generation EDI technologies were proposed and results of the analyses peformed based on the proposed models were presented.

In this paper, we present a perspective of the next generation mobile communication services and its characteristics. As a preliminary research work on the next generation mobile communications and services, we exploit the next generation mobile services [1]. We define the next generation mobile services as strata of services consisting of three different service levels, the service areas, the service functionalities, and the service technologies. We derive these service levels by means of the scenario based analysis. Finally, we propose a conceptual network architecture that can support the next generation mobile services by placing network functions and service elements within the network.

This article describes a definition of next generation access network, and introduces the researches about a candidate optical links for the next generation access network, and a trend of standardization of Next Generation Access (NGA). Expansion in reaches of access network enables to the evolutions to the metro-access union system. Also, this paper reviews the access network in Korea, and suggests the requirements for the system in NGA.
