Development of the Keypad Test System using PIC Controller (PIC 컨트롤러를 이용한 KEYPAD 검사 시스템 개발)

  • This paper presents the development or a keypad test system for the improvement or the working environment and productivity improvement using the microprocessor PIC16F877 Chip. In order to detect the fault of keypad products, the design of hardware and software is performed in this system. All controls of the system is implemented by the 8 bit one chip micro-controller PIC. This keypad test system can also recognizes the work process, the work result and the fault position of the keypad which is made by the method of a flexible printed circuit (FPC) and construct the database about test results using personal computer. The experimental results show the effective performance of the keypad test system.

  • This paper is concerned with the digital implementation of the active vibration suppression controller. The digital controllers are often implemented on the DSP board, which is very fast but expensive. There are many low-cost micro-controllers in the market but the feasibility of such micro-controllers for the active vibration suppression has never been conducted. In this study, we selected PIC 16F877 as a proper micro-controller for the digital implementation of the PPF controller. The circuit diagrams are explained in detail. Experimental results show that the low-cost micro-controller can be used as the active vibration controller.

  • This study was carried out develope a temperature control system of temperature control by used K-thermocouple. This system was producted a stable voltage regulator 22Bit of digital converter and 22Bit of resolution. It was producted a micro voltage of 25 times amplification and controlled a DC0.1V~DC4.7V within 0~120$0^{\circ}C$. We designed block-diagram of hardware and software by PIC16C74 in a micro-controller, we are made up of a VFD function and can be used interface of a power block.

  • This thesis focuses on the design of control schemes for highly efficient BLDC motor drive applications using drives with output capacity of 1Hp. The control system was designed and implemented on a PIC micro-controller and applied to an electric vehicle as a viable replacement to the existing a high phase induction motor that is currently being used for these low cost, small traction drive applications. This paper for the brushless drive research has shown the optimization of the drive system for improved drive design and switching techniques that can improve the entire drive system efficiency for electric vehicle both large and small traction applications using sinusoidal PWM techniques for synthesizing the AC waveforms needed to control these traction drives. In addition, Numerical simulation was conducted to evaluate the performance of designed BLDC Motor using MotorPro simulator.

  • Recently as a people recognize a safety more about a high and large buildings the importance of a fire-damper which supplies fresh air into the building in case of fire increases greatly. Therefore, in this paper a fire-damper using a micro-controller is designed and fabricated. In the design of fire-damper a pressure sensor is modeled as a capacitor and the p-spice is used as a circuit simulator PIC16F72 is used as a micro-controller to drive a pressure sensor and to display a pressure value from the pressure sensor and to drive a motor to open and close a damper. A photo-coupler is used to protect a motor from a overcurrent.

  • Biped robot requires that an energy source and a control part should be installed on the body to realize active system. So, we choose the DC motor having high torque in compact size in this study. In the DC motor serve system, we choose power amplifier with analog configuration, developed the module combined the controller and the driver. We applied this module to robot actuator and studied the response characteristics in an action and a return. Main controller with serve system, loading PIC micro controller, can be load on the robot with light weight.

  • 본 논문에서는 음성 신호 처리 IC를 제어하는 임베디드 시스템을 Micro-controller를 이용하여 설계하고 제어 프로그램을 구성/제작하여 기능을 분석한다. 선택한 음성처리용 IC 중에서 ISD2560은 내장된 EEPROM에, T6668은 외부에 D-RAM을 연결하여 음성 메시지를 저장하고 있다. PIC16F84는 음성데이터의 입출력과 저장과 재생, 초기화를 위한 회로의 동작과 순서 제어, 시작과 종료하는 메모리 번지의 생성과 같은 제어 프로그램을 수행한다.

  • In the mechanical system, optimization of motion control is very essential in the aspect of automation technique progress. In the servo system, the function of controller is very important but most of the controllers have played only the role of pulse generator because the controller with main function is very expensive. In this thesis, the system was composed of PC, commonly used driver AC servo motor and a produced control board. The PC transmit a gain, a locus data to a driver and controller. At the same time, it converts imformation from the controller and convert them into data and offer an output with graph. The role of a controller is to trasmit a locus data to a driver and counting the pulse on the phase of an encoder to the PC. We have performed the experiment in order to confirm with variable PID parameter capable of the optimization of gain tuning with the counting of feedback control sensor signal with regard to the external interface into the system, such as torque. Based on the experiment result, we have confirmed as follows: First, it was confirmed that we could easily input control factors P.I Gain, constant $K_P,\;K_I$ into PC. Second, not only pulse generator function was possible, but with this pulse it was also possible to count using software with PIC chip. And third, using the multi-purpose PIC micro chip, simple operation and the formation of small size AC Servo Controller was possible.

  • 본 논문에서는 자율신경망 중 ART2(Adaptive Resonance Theory 2)를 이용하여 지문의 매칭알고리즘에 적용하였다. 지문의 영상을 센서로부터 입력 받아, 전 처리와 후처리 과정을 거친 후 각각의 지문에 대한 특징값을 구하고, 지문 영상을 분류 및 매칭 할 수 있도록 하였다. 다음으로 제시한 알고리즘을 바탕으로 PC(Personal Computer) 없이 독립적으로 사용 할 수 있는 실시간 임베디드 지문 인식 시스템을 구현 하였다. 실시간 임베디드 지문 인식 시스템 설계에 있어 크기와 기능면을 고려해 메인 모듈의 프로세서로 최근 신호 처리에 많이 사용되고 있는 DSP(Digital Signal Processor)를 사용 하였으며, 지문을 입력 받기 위한 센서로는 반도체 지문 센서를 사용하였다. 메인 모듈과 센서를 가지고 간단한 디스플레이 및 통신 테스트를 위해 PIC Micro-Processor를 사용해 컨트롤 보드를 제작하여 간단한 인식 테스트를 하였다. 제작한 보드를 가지고 다양한 어플리케이션이 가능하나, 본 논문에서는 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 개발에 사용 가능한 RDK(Reference Design Kit)를 최종으로 구현하였다.

  • Hub BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor is a multi-pole outer rotor-type high-efficiency electric motors and the Direct Drive Motor having permanent magnet rotor to drive shaft of the wheel, also called wheel-in motor. In this study, we design a speed controller with vector control technique using the dsPIC30f2010 16 bit micro-controller to drive Hub BLDC motor. Especially, we propose vector control method which reduce complex operation time, and design directly MOSFET inverter directly which gain high economics.
