본 연구는 사회적 농업에서 발달장애인의 일자리 가능성을 모색하여 창출방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 해외 사회적 농업 활동 중에서 발달장애인 대상 사례를 참조하였다. 그리고 국내의 사회적 농장 다섯 곳을 방문하여 관찰하고, 담당자를 인터뷰하였다. 연구내용은 발달장애인의 일자리로서 사회적 농업의 의미와 가능성을 파악하고 사회적 농업에서 지속가능한 발달장애인 일자리 창출방안을 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 국내의 사회적 농업은 초기단계 있으며, 발달장애인에 대한 치유와 돌봄 중심의 농업체험 중심의 활동이 대부분이었다. 향후 지속적인 농업교육과 활동을 통해서 발달장애인에게 적합한 농업 일자리로서의 가능성이 충분하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 사회적 농업 분야에서 발달장애인 일자리 창출모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 일자리 창출모형은 크게 치유중심의 체험형, 돌봄 중심의 보호작업형, 사회적 일자리 모형으로 구분하였고, 사회적 일자리 모형에 스마트 팜 모형과 식물공장 모형을 추가하였다.

The purpose of this study was to form a linked model in which local institutions related to lifelong education for the disabled can cooperate based on the Daegu University K-PACE Center. The contents of the study started with recognizing the problem that the adult-centered lifelong education support system does not effectively cope with these factors, even though the independent life of people with developmental disabilities is a major factor determining the quality of life. Regarding this problem recognition, this study primarily emphasized the view that educational support for independent life of people with developmental disabilities should establish the context of the school foundation. The context of the school foundation is established for lifelong education centered on adulthood for people with developmental disabilities because the curriculum is embodied through the standards of subject matter education. In this regard, the Daegu University K-PACE Center, which established a curriculum that supports the independent life of people with developmental disabilities in terms of linking higher and lifelong education, actually reflects the context of the school foundation. As a result, this study prepared a strategy that could be considered as a transition to advance the curriculum organized by the Daegu University K-PACE Center, and the strategy was secondarily reflected as a procedure that could be linked to local lifelong education-related institutions for the disabled. Finally, this study presented a form of transition in which people with developmental disabilities can access the curriculum of lifelong education through the connection of local lifelong education-related institutions for the disabled, centering on the entire life of adulthood.

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 취업이 사회활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 발달장애인의 사회통합 활동 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 391명의 발달장애인을 대상으로 취업 여부와, 사회활동에 대한 설문조사 자료를 통해 교차분석과 상관분석, 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 발달장애인의 취업은 사회활동에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 즉 취업한 발달장애인의 사회활동 참여는 79.7% 미취업 상태는 39.3%로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 특성을 통제변인으로 신중하게 검증한 발달장애인의 취업은 사회활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 5.2배 증가하였다. 연구결과로 볼 때 발달장애인의 사회활동 참여를 위해서는 발달장애인의 적극적인 취업지원과 취업에 대한 정책적 노력이 요구됨을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 지원고용과 장애인 표준사업장 확대, 직무지도원 제도 도입과 관련 기관과의 네트워크 구축을 제언하였다.

The Guarantee of Rights and Support for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Act was enacted and revised in 2014. However, national measures for persons with developmental disabilities remain insufficient. In the film, "Grown Up," director Hyeyoung Jang filmed the daily life of her sister, who has developmental disabilities. She raised not only the issue of institutionalization in people with developmental disabilities in Korea but also the issue of a lack of policies that would be essential to them and their family members. In the future, I hope that as experts, child and adolescent psychiatrists in Korea will pay more attention to the lives of people with developmental disabilities outside the clinic and propose policies to help them and their family members.

이 연구는 발달장애인의 평생교육 참여의사에 영향을 미치는 변인을 탐색함으로써 발달장애인 평생교육 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 2017년 장애인실태조사 원자료 중 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 자료를 활용하였고, 발달장애인의 평생교육 참여의사를 종속변수로 발달장애인의 평생교육 참여의사에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 16개 변인을 독립변수로 각각 설정하여 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 발달장애인의 성, 연령, 장애정도, 가족지지, 생활만족도, 수단적일상생활수행능력이 발달장애인의 평생교육 참여의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 탐색되었다. 따라서 발달장애인 평생교육 활성화를 위해서는 기관, 관련 인력 및 프로그램 확대와 같은 인프라 구축뿐만 아니라 발달장애인이 평생교육에 참여하고자 하는 의지를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안도 함께 마련될 필요가 있다.

이 연구에서는 발달장애인 가족 284명을 대상으로 가족지원 서비스에 대한 중요도와 만족도 인식 수준을 알아보았는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인 가족의 가족지원 서비스에 대한 중요도-만족도 인식 수준은 전반적으로 그리고 하위유형별로 모두 통계적 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 발달장애인 가족의 가족지원 서비스에 대한 중요도 인식 수준은 양육활동 지원, 신체적 물질적 안녕 지원, 가족 상호작용 지원의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 발달장애인 가족의 가족지원 서비스에 대한 만족도는 양육활동 지원, 가족 상호작용 지원, 정서적 안녕 지원의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중요도-만족도 사분면의 특성을 분석하여 현상 유지, 개선 노력, 중장기 전략 필요 등을 제안하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 발달장애인 가족지원 서비스의 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a workwear design that takes into account the characteristics of people with severe developmental disabilities who can engage in vocational activities. The aim was to identify needs according to the specific characteristics of people with severe disabilities to design work clothes and develop products according to universal design guidelines. This research method was conducted through representative interviews from a company employing people with severe dis- abilities in Daegu to determine the requirements for workers-related work clothes, and then applied universal design guidelines to perform appropriate design. The results of the study show that the hygiene and warmth of clothing are important for people with developmental disabilities. Therefore, the use of bright materials is required. Second, people with brain lesions often have low body temperature due to difficulties with blood circulation, for which warmth is a required factor. Third, people with severe developmental disabilities should not be differentiated in comparison to people without disabilities, therefore, it was important to use nondiscriminatory designs. Accordingly, it was more efficient to modify and supplement clothing designed for non-disabled people with hidden functions to suit specific characteristics, rather than to develop specialized clothing. These demands were found to conform to what is referred to as a universal design concept, through which three nondiscriminatory shirt designs and two easy-to-use pants were designed.

본 연구는 대학생들의 발달장애인 선거권에 대한 인식을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 광주광역시의 A대학교와 B대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 편의표집을 통해 최종 370명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 장애관련 강좌를 수강한 적이 있는 경우에 발달장애인의 선거권에 대한 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애관련 봉사 참여 횟수가 많을수록 발달장애인의 선거권에 대한 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 발달장애인의 참정권 필요하다고 응답한 경우가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 선거권의 인식이 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 대학생을 포함한 비장애인들이 발달장애인의 선거권에 대한 긍정적인 태도와 인식을 확립하기 위한 방안 모색이 필요함을 제언하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 차별경험과 취업의 관계에서 가족취업지지의 조절효과를 분석하여 발달장애인의 취업을 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 2019년도 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 4차 조사에 참여한 발달장애인 394명이고, 가설검증을 위해 위계적 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 발달장애인의 차별경험은 취업에 부적영향을 미치고, 가족취업지지는 유의미한 조절효과를 보여 차별경험이 취업에 미치는 부적영향을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 발달장애인 가족의 요구를 반영한 근무환경개선과 취업지원정책의 필요성, 국가 및 지역사회와의 신뢰감 강화의 중요성을 논의하였다.

본 연구에서는 국내에서 시행되고 있는 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과성을 통합적으로 검토하기 위하여, 발달장애인을 위해 시행된 연극프로그램의 효과성 연구들을 메타 분석하였다. 2022년 1월까지 국내에서 발표된 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램들을 검색하였고, 최종 13편의 논문을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 메타분석을 위해서는 통계프로그램인 CMA(Comprehensive Meta-Analysis) software 2.0을 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 평균효과크기는 사회성의 평균효과크기가 0.8335로 큰 효과크기를 나타냈고, 자기표현은 0.6512로 중간효과크기를 나타내었다. 둘째, 발달장애인의 사회성 향상을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과성이 조절변수에 따라 차이가 나는지 검토해 본 결과, '참여자의 연령(발달장애아동>발달장애청소년>발달장애성인)', '총회기수(20~29회>10회~19회>30회 이상)', '연극프로그램유형(연극놀이>교육연극>연극치료)', '진행자 전공(연극놀이>교육연극>연극치료)'에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 국내에서 발달장애인을 위한 연극프로그램의 효과적인 실행방안을 제안하였다.
