중환자실에서 전문간호사가 제공하는 교육상담의 국민건강보험 급여화에 대한 일반인의 인식조사 연구 (Public's Perception of Reimbursement for Advanced Practice Nurses' Education and Counseling in Intensive Care Units by the National Health Insurance)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the public's perception of reimbursement for the education and counseling services provided to advanced practice nurses in intensive care units. Method : This was a secondary data analysis study. The original data were collected utilizing an online panel. The sample comprised 615 individuals aged between 19 and 49 years nationwide. The study variables included the public's perception of reimbursement for education and counseling services, age, gender, education level, income, and health status. Variables such as past experience of being admitted to an intensive care unit by self, family, or relatives and the recognition of advanced practice nurses were also examined. Results : The mean of the perception score was 3.15 on a 4-point scale ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 4 (strongly agree). Among the participants, 89.2% answered "somewhat agreed" or "strongly agreed" to the question about the education and counseling services being covered by the National Health Insurance. Moreover, education level, past experience of being admitted to an intensive care unit by self, family, or relatives, and recognition of advanced practice nurses were significantly associated with the perception score. Conclusion : Efforts should be made to publicize the need for the education and counseling services that are provided to advanced practice nurses in intensive care units.

노인상담에 대한 노인들의 내적 지각 탐색 - CQR-M 방식을 활용하여 - (Searching for the Elderly's Inner Perception of Elderly Counseling - Using the CQR-M method-)

  • 본 연구는 상담에 대한 지각 및 상담 서비스를 이용하는데 있어서의 장벽, 상담에 대한 기대를 노인들의 직접적인 보고를 통해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내에 거주하고 있는 56명의 노인들을 대상으로 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 합의적 질적 연구 수정본(CQR-M)을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 고민거리에 대한 대처 방법, 상담에 대한 느낌이나 생각, 상담에 대한 동기, 상담이 꺼려지는 이유, 상담자에 대한 기대, 상담효과에 대한 기대라는 6개의 영역이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해, 사례관리 및 상담영역의 확대, 진정성 있는 인간적 관계 형성, 활동을 병행한 상담 방식 고려, 전문성 강화 등 노인의 상담 숙고 및 참여도를 높이기 위한 노인상담 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

여성노인의 집단상담 경험을 통한 섹슈얼리티 인식변화에 관한 분석 (An Analysis of the Perception of Elderly Women about Sexuality through their Group Counseling Experience)

  • 본 연구는 집단상담 프로그램을 통해 여성노인의 섹슈얼리티에 관한 인식의 변화를 알아보기 위한 질적 사례 연구이다. 이를 위해 D시에 거주하는 65세 이상의 유배우자 여성 노인 8명을 선정하였고, 집단상담 프로그램을 8회기 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 사례 연구 접근으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 섹슈얼리티에 관한 여성노인의 인식은 '현재 삶 만족', '화합을 위한 관계형성', '기쁨, 이완, 능동적 자기표현', '성적 관계'로 관찰되었다. 프로그램 참여 후 참여자들은 섹슈얼리티에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 생기고, 노인기 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 섹슈얼리티를 증진시켜야 한다는 생각을 하게 되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 긍정적인 성 인식, 적극적인 부부관계, 자존감 증진 등 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 섹슈얼리티 연구의 기초자료로 제공될 것이다.

일부 치위생과 학생의 상담효과에 관한 연구 (A study on the effects of counseling on some dental hygiene students)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of dental hygiene students about the necessity and effects of counseling. The subjects in this study were 273 sophomores, juniors and seniors at a college located in a rural community. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 13.0 program. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. They gave a mean of 3.53 when they were asked about the effects of counseling, which indicated that they had a high opinion on that. 2. They didn't receive counseling often, as they got a mean of 3.22. The largest group of the students who accounted for 64.5 percent received counseling once or twice. 3. They didn't hope to take a lot of counseling on school life. They gave a mean of 3.37 to that. 4. They wanted to receive counseling on employment the most(45.4%), followed by academic standing(29.3%). Counselors should inform students of how to study to boost academic achievement when they provide counseling, and they should treat them with sincerity. In addition, students should be advised that not only specific students but everybody are eligible for counseling.

4차산업시대에 상담코칭전문가의 인식에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Recognition of Counseling & Coaching Experts in the Fourth Industrial Age)

  • The purpose of this study is to help Counseling & Coaching(C&C) service and marketing by understanding C&C professionals' perception about the fourth industrial age. The qualitative research method of phenomenology was utilized in this study. In-depth personal interviews of 5 C&C Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the C&C service setting were conducted using the records from May, 2018 to July, 2018. Content analysis was done using the Colaizzi' phenomenological method. The results based on the data analysis, 20 descriptive statements and 5 themes were confirmed. The 5 themes were as followed; 'A growing interest', 'Psychological burden of change' 'New hope through convergence', 'Do not move to action', and 'Think about new strategies'. This study helps to recognize counseling coaching professionals who are preparing for the fourth industrial age. The results can be used as a starting point for identifying the knowledge ecosystem and activating the counseling coaching service in the fourth industrial age.

약국업무시 고충에 관한 개국약국 약사의 인식에 관한 연구 (Community Pharmacists' Perception of Barriers to Pharmacy Work)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate barriers to pharmacists' routine work in community setting. A survey was given to 281 pharmacists who enrolled in 16-week clinical pharmacy educating program in continuous education center for advanced pharmacy at Seoul National University. Three main questions that pharmacists were asked to answer were: (1) difficulties on dispensing prescription, (2) difficulties on communicating with doctors, (3) most difficult disease on patients counseling. The response rates for the survey were more than 60 % for each three questions (62.63 %, 63.7 %, and 64.41 %, respectively). The top three barriers to dispensing prescription were lack of professional knowledge about medications, prescription error and its solving ability and patient counseling. The top three barriers to communicating with doctors were lacking of opportunity to discuss about patients' medication due to unavailability of doctors, doctors' attitude using authoritative manner, and a pharmacist's lack of knowledge. The top 4 most difficult diseases on patients counseling were cardiovascular disorders, dermatologic disorders, endocrinologic disorders, and psychiatric disorders.

기업상담에 대한 기업경영 전문가의 인식과 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스 연구 (The Perception of Corporate Management Experts on Corporate Counseling A Study on Marketing Mix for Revitalization)

  • 기업상담이 기업수익에 기여하고 근로자의 효과적인 복지향상이라는 연구결과들로 많은 기업들이 운영 및 도입하고 있는데 상담을 제공하는 기업입장에서 연구한 자료는 부족하여 기업상담에 대한 인식과 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스에 대해 기업경영 전문가를 대상으로 연구하였다. 연구문제로 첫째, 기업상담에 대해 기업경영 전문가들 간에 인식의 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 기업상담 활성화를 위한 중요한 마케팅 7P믹스는 무엇인가? 셋째, 마케팅 7P믹스에 대해 기업경영 전문가들 간에 중요도에 대한 차이가 있을 것이다. 양적연구를 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 기업경영 전문가들은 기업상담의 도입의향과 필요성에 대해 긍정적 인식을 지니며 분야별로는 생산관리보다 마케팅이 높았다. 상담모델은 외부모델을 선호하며 대상기업으로는 중견기업과 중소기업을 대상산업으로는 서비스업과 제조업을 선택하였다. 주제로는 대인관계와 직무스트레스 등이라고 인식하고 있다. 둘째 가격믹스, 제품믹스, 사람믹스, 프로세스믹스 등이 중요한 마케팅믹스라고 인식하고 있는데 기업은 가격믹스를 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있다. 셋째 촉진믹스와 프로세스에서 기업경영 전문가들 간에 차이가 나타났는데 마케팅은 촉진믹스를 재무관리는 프로세스믹스를 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 그러나 이를 제외한 믹스들은 분야별 차이가 없어 마케팅믹스에 관한 인식은 유사하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 기업상담에 대한 인식 및 활성화를 위한 마케팅믹스의 시사점을 기업측면에서 제시하는데 의의를 둔다.

The Effects of Counseling about Death and Dying on Perceptions, Preparedness, and Anxiety Regarding Death among Family Caregivers Caring for Hospice Patients: A Pilot Study

  • Purpose: This pilot study aimed to examine the influence of death counseling on perceptions, preparedness, and anxiety regarding death and dying among family caregivers of hospice patients. Methods: Death counseling developed based on the SPIKES model was provided to 37 family caregivers in a hospice and palliative care unit. Perceptions, preparedness, and anxiety regarding death were assessed with a self-administered structured questionnaire, and participants' scores before and after counseling were compared using the paired t-test. Results: Significant changes were found in perceptions, preparedness, and anxiety regarding death after counseling. Compared to before counseling, the scores for perceptions of death (t=-4.90, P<0.001) and preparedness for death and dying (t=-16.23, P<0.001) improved, while anxiety (t=3.72, P=0.001) decreased after counseling. Some changes were also found in the types of support that family caregivers needed to prepare for the death of their family members in the hospice care unit. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate that death counseling could help family caregivers prepare for the death of their loved ones. Hospice and palliative care providers should play a key role in supporting family caregivers of hospice patients by developing strategies for counseling.

아동상담에서 부모와 치료자간 치료관계에 대한 연구 (Therapeutic Relationships Between Parent and Therapist in Child Counseling)

  • The Korean version of the therapeutic relationship scaled for parents was administered to 156 Korean parents and 51 therapists. Statistical analysis of the data showed that highly educated parents who graduated from university had the most negative emotional perceptions against therapists. Working class parents made more positive therapeutic helping relationships as assistants though they also had negative emotional relationships. Differences in perception of emotional relationships between parents and therapists were found even when there were no differences in the therapeutic helpfulness of the relationship. That is, when effectiveness of the therapeutic relationship was held constant, perceptual disagreement about the emotional relationship between parents and therapists was more prevalent than agreement about the emotional relationship.

나노기술 응용식품에 대한 리스크 커뮤니케이션 전략 및 사회적 수용 방안 모색을 위한 대학생의 인식도 및 구매의도 분석 (Analysis on the Perception and Willingness to Purchase of College Students for Strategy for Risk Communication and Social Acceptance of Nanotechnology-Based Foods)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and willingness to purchase of nanotechnology-based foods to find out the strategy for risk communication and social acceptance. The data were collected from 253 college students in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. Frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted by SPSS Windows V.20.0. The level of concern about nanotechnology was relatively low, and the level of the perception about necessity for the development of nanotechnology-based foods was average. In addition, the respondents showed somewhat positive thoughts for the development of nanotechnology-based foods with beneficial effect, but they were worried about the risk for it. Percentage of correct answers on knowledge of nanotechnology and nanotechnology-based foods was not high, and the level of willingness to purchase them was average. According to the result of multiple regression analysis, factors affecting the willingness to purchase of nanotechnology-based foods were concern about health, perception about importance of food safety, perception about necessity for the development of nanotechnology-based foods, and perception about the development of nanotechnology-based foods with beneficial effect. On the basis of these results, it is necessary for consumers to offer the exact and reliable information on nanotechnology-based foods.
