품질관리 담당자의 인식 변화에 따라 실행이 사후관리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: KS 인증 공장심사 평가항목을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Practice on Post-Management According to the Change in Perception of Quality Control Personnel: Focusing on Korea Standards Certification Factory Review Evaluation Criteria)

  • In this study, two things were analyzed for Korean Standards certification factory review evaluation items. First, it was examined whether there is a difference between the Practice of factory review evaluation items and Post-Management according to the change in perception of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel. Second, the moderating effect of the Korean Standards certification personnel's perception of the effect of the Practice of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel on Post-Management was verified. Although there is a statistically significant difference between Practice and Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards personnel, there is no statistically significant difference in the impact (slope) of Practice on Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards certification personnel. As the perception of factory review evaluation items increases, the Practice and Post-Management of factory review evaluation items are increasing, but the impact of the Practice of factory review evaluation items on Post-Management does not affect it. In order to further advance Korean Standards certification, which plays an important role in maintaining the quality level of products produced by companies, efforts to raise the level of perception of Korean Standards certification personnel are considered necessary.

  • After and before the education of business ethics, the recognitive response and interpretation of personnel and information ethics to the standards of business ethics are as follows. 1. In case of personnel ethics, before the education of business ethics, selfishness is at its peak and utilitarianism is in the lowest. It can be understood that it is faithful to the principles of capitalism. 2. In case of personnel ethics, before the education of business ethics, relativism is in the highest level and utilitarianism is in the lowest. Because it means not agreeing on standardized economic equality and the choice of proper ethical standards. It can be understood that the education of business ethics has an effect on ethical making-decision. 3. In case of information ethics, after and before the education of business ethics, righteousness is at its peak and utilitarianism is in the lowest level. I can be interpreted that it means thinking highly of the value of justice and not agreeing to standardized economic equality. 4. The above results show that the education of business ethics has an influence on the recognition of personnel ethics and is effectively used to improve the recognition of personnel and information ethics.

미국 학교도서관 전문직 자격제도와 배치기준 (A Study on Certification Requirements and Personnel Standards for the School Library Media Specialist in the United States)

  • 본 연구는 미국 학교도서관 전문직(School Library Media Specialist : SLMS) 자격제도의 구성과 발전, 자격요건, 명칭, 교육 프로그램, 배치규정 등을 분석하였다. 미국의 SLMS의 자격요건은 주에 따라 다르지만 가장 중요한 요건은 교사자격과 문헌정보학 석사학위이다. 자격명칭 역시 주에 따라 다양하지만 School Library Media Specialist, Library Media Specialist가 가장 일반적이다. 자격제도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 주 교육청, 준비교육기관(대학), 전문직 단체가 있으며, 전국 교사교육 인가위원회인 NCATE가 ALA와 함께 교육프로그램 인가에 깊이 관여하고 있다. SLMS의 배치는 주 교육청 또는 지역 교육기관 인가단체에서 규정하는데 2002년 현재 19개 주가 규정을 갖고 있으며 늘어나는 추세이다. 6개의 지역 인가단체 중 3개 단체는 아주 명확한 규정을 확립하고 있다. 분야별 수석교사 평가제도인 NBPTS와 최근 학교도서관 및 사서교사의 위상을 위협하는 '65% 해법‘에 관해서도 검토하였다.

  • Some confusion in the terminology concerning the weld quality and its assurance seems caused by the different practises currently in use around the world. Qualified welding personnel are not automatically certified personnel. Education and training are the tools to obtain qualification. Flexibility in training and education seems logical and the most cost-effective way to obtain qualified personnel. A third party seems essential for issuing recognised Certificates. Manufacturers of welded products continue to face increased demands and concerns regarding weld quality. The following are the main conditions influencing weld quality: $\bigcirc$ Establishing reliable productions procedures and tests that meet the requirements of established codes and standards. $\bigcirc$ Finding qualified welding personnel capable of reliably carrying out established welding procedures. The issue of hiring and keeping skilled welding personnel has been a crucial consideration for manufacturers worldwide for the past few decades. It will continue to be a concern for decades to come.

안전요원 배치 여부에 따른 무인운전 경전철의 운행중단 시간예측 연구 (A Study on Prediction of Suspension Time of Unmanned Light Rail according to Safety Personal Deployment)

  • The number of unmanned light rail train operators is continuously increasing in Korea. In a failure event during an operation due to the nature of the unmanned operation, recovery is performed based on the remote control. However, if remote recovery is not feasible, safety personnel arrive at the train to resume the train operation. There are regulations on safety personnel and the suspension time of the train operation. However, there is currently no rule for safety personnel deployment. Currently, railway operating organizations operate in three scenarios: safety personnel on board trains, stationed at stations, and deployed at major stations. Four major factors influence the downtime for each emergency response scenario. However, these four influencing factors vary too much to predict results with simple calculations. In this study, four influencing factors were considered as random variables with high uncertainty. In addition, the Monte Carlo method was applied to each scenario for the safety personnel deployment to predict train service downtime. This study found a 17% difference in train service suspension by safety personnel deployment scenario. The results of this study can be used in setting service goals, such as standards for future safety personnel placement and frequency of service interruptions.

  • The NGAP and TRAINAIR PLUS programme goal is to improve the safety and efficiency of air transport through the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of high standards of training and competency of aviation personnel on a world-wide basis and in a cost-effective manner. According to the trend, the approval of training organization must be change. In this study, personnel training system and certification mechanism were studied.

  • 최근, 개인방사선피폭선량평가에 관한 기술기준이 과학기술처에 의해 고시됨에 따라 국내에서도 개인선량계를 이용한 체외피폭선량평가결과의 신뢰성 문제가 크게 대두되고 있다. 한국원자력연구소에서는 이러한 국내의 상황을 인식하고 자체적인 신뢰성 확보를 위해 미국의 Oak Ridge국립연구소의 주관하에 개인피폭선량의 평가에 관한 국제상호비교검증시험(Personnel Dosimet Intercomparison Study ; PDIS)을 수행하였다. 비교검증시험에는 한국원자력연구소에서 사용하고 있는 Teledyne PB-3 열형광선량계가 사용되었으며 선량계산 알고리즘은 Teledyne PB-3 version 1.5-1989를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 실시 된 PDIS의 결과를 요약하고 현재 PB-3 시스템의 개인선량평가성능에 대해 고찰하였으며, 선량평가절차에 대한 문제점 도출을 통하여 직업적 방사선피폭선량 평가능력의 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

표준화행정기구의 변천과정 및 개선방안 (The Changes of Standardization Administrative Organization and Improvement Plan)

  • This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.
