  • The pneumaic systems are widely applied to chemical factory of fire dangry and factory automation. by using compressed air, it is difficult to dynamics action analysis that the pneumatics system acts to nonlinear motion through orifices and valve flow. This paper was studied to a nonlinear chararistics of pneumaic spring, damper and absorber of pneumaic cushion cylinder.

Pressure-relief valve 를 적용한 착륙장치 완충장치 설계 (Design of Landing Gear Shock Absorber Using Pressure-relief Valve)

  • The most landing gear use oleo-pneumatic shock strut to absorb the impact energy during touchdown. The shock strut is composed of the oil damper and the gas spring, especially the oil damper provides resistance force which is proportional to the square of landing speed. In case of high landing speed, the abnormal peak load can be occurred and transferred to the airframe structure. To prevent this, the pressure-relief valve is used to limit the damping force under the specific level. In this paper, it is presented the design process to find optimal damping and analysis results using pressure-relief valve.

  • 현대사회에 이르며 발생한 환경오염으로 인해 산업 전반적인 환경규제가 강화되었다. 따라서 이러한 환경규제를 충족하기 위해 선택적 환원촉매장치(SCR)의 연구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문은 SCR 시스템의 핵심부품인 공압식 댐퍼 밸브(PDV)를 개발하기 위하여 열해석을 수행하였다. 열해석을 위해 우선적으로 재질의 물성치 검증을 실시하였다. 검증은 시편의 열물성시험과 열인장시험을 통해 하였으며 결과를 재질의 물성치에 보강하여 열해석의 신뢰성을 높이도록 하였다. 열해석은 유한 요소 프로그램(Ansys)를 사용하여 PDV가 갖는 사용 조건에 따라 적용된 총 3개 재질(SM400B, SS275, SB410)에서의 PDV가 보이는 열 특성을 확인하고자 하였으며, 이를 통해 PDV가 갖는 구조적 안정성을 확인하고자 하였다.

반능동 현수장치의 실시간 시뮬레이션용 궤도차량 모델 개발 (Development of a Tracked Vehicle Model for Real-time Simulation of Semi-active Suspension System)

  • In this study, a real-time simulation model was developed for tracked vehicles with in-arm type semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspension unit using MATLAB S-functions. Since the vehicle model uses relative coordinates and massless link elements, the developed model has an enhanced analytic time performance. Through the comparison of simulation results with multi-body software(DADS), the vehicle model is verified. A controller using on-off skyhook control algorithm is designed with the pilot-centre]led proportional valve based on conventional damper characteristics. Exploiting the developed tracked vehicle model with other subsystem model such as a controller model, a suspension unit model, and a test road model, computer simulations are carried out. Control simulation results with the developed tracked vehicle model show that the semi-active suspension control system has a better performance than the conventional suspension system.
