  • Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.

  • Trauma to any nerve may lead to persistent paresthesia. Trauma to the nerve sheath can be produced by the needle. The patient frequently reports the sensation of an electric shock throughout the distribution of the nerve involved. It is difficult for the type of needle used in dental practice to actually sever a nerve trunk or even its fibers. Trauma to the nerve produced by contact with the needle is all that is needed to produce paresthesia. Hemorrhage into or around the neural sheath is another cause. Bleeding increases pressure on the nerve, leading to paresthesia. Injection of local anesthetic solutions contaminated by alcohol or sterilizing solution near a nerve produces irritation; the resulting edema increases pressure in the region of the nerve, leading to paresthesia. Persistent paresthesia can lead to injury to adjacent tissues. Biting or thermal or chemical insult can occur without a patient's awareness, until the process has progressed to a serious degree. Most paresthesias resolve in approximately 8 weeks without treatment. In most situations paresthesia is only minimal, with the patient retaining most sensory function to the affected area. In these cases there is only a very slight possibility of self injury. But, the patient complaints the discomfort symptoms of paresthesia, such as causalgia, neuralgiaform pain and anesthesia dolorosa. Most paresthesias involve the lingual nerve, with the inferior alveolar nerve a close second. This is the report of a case, that had the persistent paresthesia care on left lingual & buccal shelf regions after the lingual and long buccal nerve block anesthesia.

  • In this study, the dry etching characteristics of $SrBi_2Ta_2O_9$ (SBT) thin films were investigated by using ICP-RIE (inductively coupled plasma-reactive ion etching). The etching damage and degradation were analyzed with XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) and C-V (Capacitance-Voltage) measurement. The etching rate increased with increasing the ICP power and the capacitively coupled plasma (CCP) power. The etch rate of 900$\AA$/min was obtained with 700 W of ICP power and 200 W of CCP power. The main problem of dry etching is the degradation of the ferroelectric material. The damage-free etching characteristics were obtained with the $Ar/C1_2/CHF_3$ gas mixture of 20/14/2 when the ICP power and CCP power were biased at 700 W and 200 W, respectively. The experimental results show that the dry etching process with ICP-RIE is applicable to the fabrication of the single transistor type ferroelectric memory device.

  • A polymer-based flexible neural probe was fabricated for monitoring of neural activities from a brain. To improve the insertion stiffness, a 5 ${\mu}m$ thick biocompatible Au layer was electroplated between the top and bottom polymer layers. The developed neural probe penetrated a gel whose elastic modulus is similar to that of a live brain tissue without any fracture, To minimize mechanical residual stress and bending from the probe, two new methods were employed: (1) use of a thermal annealing process after completing the device and (2) incorporation of multiple different layers to compensate the residual stress between top and bottom layers. Mechanical bending around the probe tip was clearly removed after employing the two processes. In electrical test, the developed probe showed a proper impedance value to record neural signals from a brain and the result remained the same for 72 hours. In simple in-vitro probe characterization, the probe showed a great removal of residual stress and an excellent recording performance. The in-vitro recording results did not change even after 1 week, suggesting that this electrode has the potential for great recording from neuron firing and long-term implant performance.

  • A 440MHz wireless and passive surface acoustic wave (SAW) based chemical sensor was developed on a $41^{\circ}YX\;LiNbO_3$ piezoelectric substrate for simultaneous measurement of $CO_2$ gas and relative humidity (RH) using a reflective delay line pattern as the sensor element. The reflective delay line is composed of an interdigital transducer (IDT) and several shorted grating reflectors. A Teflon AF 2400 and a hydrophilic $SiO_2$ layer were used as $CO_2$ and water vapor sensitive films. The coupling of mode (COM) modeling was conducted to determine optimal device parameters prior to fabrication. According to simulation results, the device was fabricated and then wirelessly measured using the network analyzer. The measured reflective coefficient $S_{11}$ in the time domain showed high signal/noise (S/N) ratio, small signal attenuation, and few spurious peaks. In the $CO_2$ and humidity testing, high sensitivity ($2^{\circ}/ppm$ for $CO_2$ detection and $7.45^{\circ}/%$RH for humidity sensing), good linearity and repeatability were observed in the $CO_2$ concentration ranges of $75{\sim}375ppm$ and humidity levels of $20{\sim}80%$RH. Temperature and humidity compensations were also investigated during the sensitivity evaluation process.

  • Cu-Cu thermo-compression bonding process was successfully developed as functions of the $N_2+H_2$ forming gas annealing conditions before and after bonding step in order to find the low temperature bonding conditions of 3-D integrated technology where the quantitative interfacial adhesion energy was measured by 4-point bending test. While the pre-annealing with $N_2+H_2$ gas below $200^{\circ}C$ is not effective to improve the interfacial adhesion energy at bonding temperature of $300^{\circ}C$, the interfacial adhesion energy increased over 3 times due to post-annealing over $250^{\circ}C$ after bonding at $300^{\circ}C$, which is ascribed to the effective removal of native surface oxide after post-annealing treatment.

  • Conductive $Sn_xO_y$ thin films were fabricated via RF reactive sputtering using SnO:Sn (80:20 mol%) composite target. The composite target was used to produce a chemically stable composition of $Sn_xO_y$ thin film while controlling structural defects by chemical reaction between tin and oxygen. During sputtering pressure, RF power, and substrate temperature were fixed, and oxygen partial pressure was varied from 0% to 12%. Annealing process was carried out at $300^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour in vacuum. Except $P_{O2}=0%$ sample, all samples showed the transmittance of 80~90% and amorphous phase before and after annealing. Electrically stable p-type $Sn_xO_y$ thin film with high transmittance was only obtained from the oxygen partial pressure at 12%. The carrier concentration and mobility for the $P_{O2}=12%$ were $6.36{\times}10^{18}cm^{-3}$ and $1.02cm^2V^{-1}s^{-1}$ respectively after annealing.

  • In this work, to theoretically analyze the nonlinear charging characteristic, a Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) is adopted. Based on the RBFNN, an charging characteristic tendency of a Linear Type Magnetic Flux Pump (LTMFP) is analyzed. In the paper, we developed the LTMFP that generates stable and controllable charging current and also experimentally investigated its charging characteristic in the cryogenic system. From these experimental results, the charging current of the LTMFP was also found to be frequency dependent with nonlinear quality due to the nonlinear magnetic behaviour of superconducting Nb foil. On the whole, in the case of essentially cryogenic experiment, since cooling costs loomed large in the cryogenic environment, it is difficult to carry out various experiments. Consequentially, in this paper, we estimated the nonlinear characteristic of charging current as well as realized the intelligent model via the design of RBFNN based on the experimental data. In this paper, we view RBF neural networks as predominantly data driven constructs whose processing is based upon an effective usage of experimental data through a prudent process of Fuzzy C-Means clustering method. Also, the receptive fields of the proposed RBF neural network are formed by the FCM clustering.

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effect of chitosan addition on shelf life of bread. Four different molecular weights (MW) of chitosan, 1 kDa, 5 kDa, 30 kDa, and 120 kDa were used. The growth of spoilage bacteria was inhibited depending on MW and concentration of chitosan, and most inhibited conditions were 0.1% of 30 kDa and 120 kDa of chitosans. But the growth of yeast and mold showed very weak inhibition. This showed that yeast would grow normaly in the fermentation process of bread. Shelf-life of bread was improved depending on concentration of chitosans at WM 30 kDa and 120 kDa. Antioxidative effect of chitosan was increased with the larger molecular weight and the higher concentration during storage. The preservation of bread by adding chitosan was improved.

  • Chemical plant's fire and explosion does not only damage to the chemical plants themselves but also damage to people in or near of the accident spot and the neighborhood of chemical plant. For that reason, Chemical process safety management has become important. One of safety management methods is called 'the quantitative analysis', which is used to reduce and prevent the accident. The results of the quantitative analysis could be used to arrange the equipments, evaluate the minimum safety distance, prepare the safety equipments. In this study we make the computer program to make easy to do Quantitative analysis of the accident. The output of the computer program is the magnitude of fire(pool fire and fireball) and explosion(UVCE and BLEVE) effects. We used the thermal radiation as a measure of fire magnitude and used the overpressure as a measure of explosion magnitude. In case of BLEVE, the fly distance of fragment can be evaluated. Also probit analysis was done in every case. As the case study, Buchun LPG explosion accident in Korea was analysed by the program developed. The simulation results showed that the permissible distance was 800m and probit analysis showed that 1st degree bum, 2nd degree burn, and death distances are 450, 280, 260m, respectively the simulation results showed the good agreement with the results from SAFER PROGRAM made by Dupont.
