A Study on Activating a Producing Organization by Analyzing the Difference (산지유통조직의 차이점 분석을 통한 산지조직화 활성화 방안 연구)

  • Purpose - Distribution of agricultural products is collapsing due to recent changes in the environment balance between retailers and producers. Further, the increase in the imports of agricultural products due to free trade has caused revenue problems for producers. Agricultural producers are faced with increasing difficulties, and the organized producing center's importance is growing each day. Korean organized producing centers' policies have been conducted since 2000, and have thus been sustained for more than 10 years. Organizing a producing center's business is focused on agricultural cooperative and farming association corporation this has already have been carried out. In addition, it has achieved significant results through these organizations, but it still has many problems. Research design, data, and methodology - Organized producing centers were classified for each type. The survey covered 90 organizations, based on factor analysis, analysis of balance, and logistic regression analysis. The results of the conducted factor analysis are as follows. Production, marketing, human resources management, organizational skills, post management, safety, and scale were classified as the seven kinds of factors. These are the factors that affect the organized producing centers through the variance analysis and logistic regression analysis. The purpose of such research and analysis is to suggest the direction for the future organized producing centers' policies. Result - Results of the analysis of the variance are listed below. Items by type, production, marketing, human resource management, and organizational skills are shown to depict differences between the factors. Organization form results show that production and marketing showed a difference between the factors. The size of the organization, production, and marketing showed the difference between the factors. The factors affect organized producing centers differently depending on the type shown, as seen from the results. In contrast, the logistic regression results of the analysis are as follows. Considering the results by the type of item, and the horticulture type of marketing, human resource management has a (+) influence. Grain type and production showed a (+) influence. New types of income affecting organizational skills have a (+) influence. Considering the results for each type of organization, the agricultural cooperative type of marketing and human resource management have (+) influence. Farming association corporation type of production has a (+) influence. As a result, the size of the organization is as follows. Large organizations are production, expressed in marketing with a (+) impact. Medium-size organizations are expressed with their size factor having a (+) impact. Small organizations are expressed with a safety factor having a (+) impact. Conclusions - The types of factors display different effects. One factor is that the type of a (+) represents the influence of other factors (-) as per factor symptomatology. Therefore, the type of measures to organize a strategy to maximize the benefits of your organization should be pursued. In addition, based on the support for small organizations, improving the quality of the producer organization should be considered.

  • This article is concentrated on the organization for labor exchange in producing hemp cloth at Geumso-ri, Imha-myoun, Andong city. The organization is called "Sam-dool-ge", and it is different from the organization for labor exchange in producing rice because it is managed by women mostly. ln harvesting hemp, same amount of labor and expenses are invested. Especially, labor is supplied in equal condition. In spinning hemp cloth, the work is shared on the basis of same tech level. In threading the warp and fastening hemp cloth. the work conducted collaborately under the best engineer's direction. "Sam-dool-ge", a gil-sam labor exchange, also presents cultural creativity which produces and inherits the folkloric tradition, and also has the quality as a rite of passage. Nowadays, producing hem cloth is for pursuiting of profits than for making clothes as it used to be. This tradition will be lasted at least for a while because some young generations are beginning to participate in and old generation is teaching them good.

In this study, previous studies refer to the recent changes in agricultural retail environment, background and needs of organization·scaled, Determine the status of the domestic in producing area organizations and derived Problems, look into Domestic and overseas of in producing area organization with best practices for enhancing the competitiveness of the proposed improvement are intended to. In the future, in producing area distribution policy would like to provide direction to the development. The results of the study showed the follwing : 1) enhance utilization and orrganized through the diversification of the agricultural Collection systems. 2) Scaled to achieve through Items of specialized a wide area marketing. 3) Management operating units, such as installation and operating that overseas the best practices " Comite Economique Agricole Regional 'Fruits et Legumes' de Bretagne". 4) To establish a support system that in producing area distribution organization model development for appropriate domestic. In particular, in case of domestic in producing area distribution organization, through the analysis of various case study that a successful organization and scaled. The process of the various challenges arising in organizational scaled and generalization, and by the way he goes about trying to overcome is required.   • Job and organization analysis of producing institutes is a task that identifies the history of transition and major business functions for various record-producing institutions and must be performed in common within the archives, and many workers must jointly refer to the relevant knowledge. However, in the field, a limited number of people in charge are individually performing by manual work, and the results are not shared. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the work burden of workers through the automation of the job and organization analysis process and build basic resources that can be commonly used by the archives. This study subdivided the task of job and organization analysis into manual, semi-automation, and automation parts by performing FGI with the practitioner of the archive and suggested ways to realize it. In addition, we derive the basic analysis data that can be commonly referenced in the electronic records management process, and by verifying the results through practitioners, efficient use of knowledge resources is suggested. Furthermore, by establishing a standardized work process, we intend to lay the foundation to support consistent and systematic work performance.

Effect of Globalization on Coffee Exports in Producing Countries: A Dynamic Panel Data Analysis

  • The aim of this research is to examine how globalization affects coffee exports in the producing countries. This research used secondary data obtained from the International Coffee Organization, Pen World Table, World Bank, Food and Agricultural Organization, and KoF Globalization Index to achieve its goals. We used secondary data from 1990 to 2018 from various foreign databases. The research used a two-step system GMM (sys-GMM) to analyze the effect of globalization on coffee export in twenty-four producing countries. We found that export lag, gross domestic product (GDP), exchange rate, and the political globalization index (PGI) positively and significantly impact coffee exports. Meanwhile, coffee exports were unaffected by the level of export prices and the human capital index. Surprisingly, the trade globalization index has a negative impact on coffee exports. This demonstrates the unpreparedness of coffee-producing countries to face tough competition in trade globalization. The political globalization index, the final variable, has a positive impact on exports. With the opening up of world politics, it seems that the environment of democracy in producing countries is increasing. As a result, governments in these countries have adopted a policy of aggressively supporting coffee exports.

  • The main purpose of this study is to answer a question that how a company can be a learning organization producing useful knowledge by applying neuro-cybernetics approach. This approach borrows its working principles from the human body systems. The current study urges that the principles can be applied to build a learning organization. System 1 to 5, the core parts of neuro-cybernetics, are explained. And it is explored that how these systems can be designed for a company to be a learning organization. Limitations of the current study are discussed at the end of the paper.

  • In recent years, organizations have chosen a team-organization as a standard activity level and it leads a significant change in process of knowledge producing. Nevertheless team-organization for building up effective performance and a good communication in organization has influenced knowledge management performance, the empirical analysis and survey have not proved yet. This study, therefore, makes an analysis that the change of organization base on team activity influences knowledge management performance. This study, based on 312 data by using LISREL as a model for studying, provides a result that a team-based activity positively influences knowledge management efficiency.

The Principles of Records Classification : Compares with Librarian Materials (기록물분류의 원리 : 문헌분류와의 비교)

  • The classification of records is basically different from that of librarian materials because records have a nature of spontaneous and correlated product made during the process of work, as well as a value of proof and information. Hence the main task of archival management institute is to classify those records through the process of transfer and receipt for the purpose of reservation and utilization of their value. Therefore, the records should be classified by the manner, which reflects the function and organization of producing institute, and in turn, the principles of producing site and original record order should be maintained for this purpose. The characteristics of librarian materials and records and the tasks of management institutes form the basis of very different principles. The records can present the characteristics of producing institute and maintain the value made by the correlated nature as they are classified, managed and preserved by the above principles, In addition, it is known how and why they were produced and utilized, as well as they can be preserved in original form and effectively arranged, recorded and managed.

A Study on the Heavy Metal Contents of Common Salts in Korea (우리나라 일부 소금의 중금속 함량에 대한 조사연구)

  • In order to determine the content levels of trace metals in common salts, 64 bay salt samples were collected from three producing districts and 33 bay salt samples, 32 remade salt samples and 5 fine salt samples were collected from 7 major cities in Korea, from August to September 1987. These were analysed for content levels of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn and Mn using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The results were as follows: 1. Lead contents in three type salts were N.D. - 1081.9 $\mu$g/kg and fourteen percent of the 114 samples exceeded the World Health Organization(WHO) criteria of 100$\mu$g/kg. Cadmium contents of samples were N.D.- 382C.5 $\mu$g/kg and five percent of the 114 samples were over the Spanish criteria of 500 $\mu$g/kg. Copper contents of samples were 8,9-214.9 $\mu$g/kg and there was not a sample over the World Health Organization(WHO) criteria of 500 $\mu$g/kg. Zinc contents ranged N.D. - 342.9 $\mu$g/kg and Manganese contents ranged N.D.- 8.31 mg/kg. 2. The comparison of heavy metal contents among the bay salts from three producing districts was significantly different in Pb, Cd and Cu contents. 3. The comparison of heavy metal contents between the bay salts and remade salts was not significantly different in Pb, Cd and Cu contents. 4. The contents of Pb, Cd, Zn and Mn in fine salts were much lower than those of bay salts and remade salts.
