중소기업 학습조직 활성화가 생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the influence of Productivity improvement of middle and small sized company's learning organization on productivity)

  • In knowledge information society entering global unlimited competition era, our middle and small sized companies are the base of national and enterprise competitiveness and core base of national economy as an origin of jobs. The competitiveness of middle and small sized companies is so important to decide the level of the competitiveness of the whole industries, but the gap from big sized company is much low in comparison with advanced countries from angles of important factors of enterprise growth, productivity and technological competitiveness, so, it's urgent to improve the competitiveness through productivity enhancement. The purpose of this research is to do a positive study on effects of learning organization management outcomes of middle and small sized company on enterprise productivity among various types of outcome brought for strengthening of enterprise competitiveness. It confirmed learning organization has functions and usefulness as a management tool bringing positive effects on enterprise productivity through the Productivity improvement.

개인용 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 수용저항에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors on User's Adoption Resistance to Personal Cloud Computing Service)

  • Recently, the personal cloud computing service has been being spotlighted as an individual tool of productivity enhancement. However, compared to the rosy forecast, its diffusion rate in the domestic (Korean) market is much slower than expected. In order to find the reason for the slow growth of personal cloud computing service, we attempt to identify influencing factors on user's adoption resistance, while most prior research has focused on the factors affecting its adoption. Based on both the person-technology fit model and the privacy calculus model, we propose technostress and perceived value as key antecedents of adoption resistance. In addition, we identify (1) technical (pace of change and complexity) and personal (self-efficacy) influencing factors on technostress, and (2) beneficial (perceived mobility and perceived availability) and harmful (perceived vulnerability) influencing factors on perceived value. To validate our research model, 133 individual samples were gathered from undergraduate and graduate students who had actual experience of using at least one of personal cloud computing services. The results of the structural equation modeling confirm that both technostress and perceived value have significant effects on adoption resistance, but they have different influencing mechanisms to different types of adoption resistance (indifference, postponement, and rejection). Theoretical and practical contributions are discussed in the conclusion.

Through the analysis and study of special measures and health education in the country catering to propose measures and methods for this. Current analyzed and summarized to find a special health and safety training relevant provisions appear in the national legislation. Survey research methods to analyze the documents and government publications and research through an Internet search. Survey Research conducted a self - survey on new knowledge and attitude toward the concessionaires to sanitation target, the attitude of the sanitary administration, attitudes to hygiene education and hygiene practice Conditions received health education carried out by catering Federation regularly. Health education is a systematic settlement system for the external reality of professional education. Health and health administrators to establish an organizational structure strengthening phase. Employers and health care workers are raising awareness. Employers have a responsibility to prevent industrial accidents. Consequently, special health education targeted construction workers changed to fit the content-driven information on the species and the proper arrangement of time "based health education" currently being conducted.

MODELING THE TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER PROCESS IN THE THAI CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: A PILOT STUDY

  • Technology transfer (TT) has been defined as the shared responsibility between the source and the destination for ensuring that technology is accepted and at least understood by someone with the knowledge and resources to apply and/or use the technology. The adoption of TT in construction industries is necessary for economic growth to occur in developing countries such as Thailand. This process should provide numerous benefits for the host sector in areas such as increased productivity, enhancement of product quality, cost savings, improvements in market share and entry to new markets. However, there are many factors, which may impact on the TT process and its subsequent outcomes for Thai construction firms and individuals, including, the transfer environment, learning environment, transferor characteristics and transferee characteristics. The performance and interaction of these enablers will influence the degree of value added to the local construction sectors in areas such as economic advancement, knowledge advancement and project performance. This paper presents a conceptual framework for international TT that accommodates the numerous factors believed to impact on the processes effectiveness. Through a Pilot Study, where 27 industry professionals from Thailand were interviewed, the significant factors which impact on the TT process have been identified along with the strength of interrelationship between individual and groups of factors. Future research seeks to target a greater sample of respondents with the view to validate the conceptual model and apply it on a number of large Thai projects where international TT was incorporated into the project agreement.

BIM기반 골조공사의 시공성분석 업무 적용사례에 관한 연구 (A Case Study of BIM-based Framework on Constructability Tasks)

  • 오늘날 건설 프로젝트는 초고층화, 복잡화, 인텔리전트화 되면서 그에 따른 관리 및 생산성 향상을 위해 린 건설과 같은 업무의 통합 관리 시스템이 요구된다. 특히 건설 정보 통신기술 (Information Technology) 분야에서는 건축물의 전 생애주기 동안에 필요한 데이터를 생산하고 관리하는 프로세스인 건축정보모델링 (Building Information Modeling) 에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있고, 기술적 측면에서는 프로젝트의 목적인 비용-공기-품질을 최적화하기 위해 시공지식과 경험의 통합을 달성하기 위한 시스템인 시공성분석(Constructability)에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 진행되는 시공성분석 업무는 기존의 2D 도면이나 문서로 수행되어 각 분야 전문가들이 업무에 활용되는 정보의 일관성과 정확성이 부족하고, 분석된 업무내용을 공유하기 어려우며, 생산된 정보의 활용이 효율적이지 못하다. 본 연구에서는 건설 프로젝트 단계 가장 긴 공기를 차지하는 건축공사의 골조공사단계로 연구범위를 한정하여 골조공사 단계에서 설계와 시공의 협업을 통한 BIM 기반 시공성분석 업무를 실 프로젝트 중심으로 분석하여 업무개선 방법 및 효과를 제시하고자 한다.
