This paper will be introduce a new paradigm and prospects for energy supply system in near future which produces electric and district heat cogeneration with dispersed power grid with small nuclear power units. Recently, in nuclear field, a lot of effort has been done in nuclear major countries to develop small and medium reactor for enhancement of nuclear peaceful use as like in district heating, electric power generation, seawater desalination or hydrogen generation. This paper presents a new way and prospects for power source in distribution system by using the distributed & remote cogeneration system using small reactor.

The purpose of this study is to investigate awareness of librarian's job prospects, and to do this a survey was conducted with 502 college students in 14 Departments of Library and Information Science around Korea and 753 librarians in libraries and related agencies. The study results are as follows. First, satisfaction with educational curriculum was higher in students than librarians. Second, both students and librarians regarded workplace based practical training as employment requirements and also evaluated certifications and academic performance as important requirements. Third, both groups asked that information on employment rates be available in a timely manner, and perceived that the librarian's job prospects were not bright. Therefore, in order to improve employment of librarians, it will be necessary to establish a job information system, reorganize the current educational curriculum into a practice-oriented curriculum, and introduce the national curriculum statements (NCS)-based curriculum.

본 연구는 근로능력이 있는 빈곤층의 삶의 경험과 탈수급/탈빈곤 전망을 혼합방법론 중 순차적 탐구전략을 활용하여 질적 양적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 우선 한국복지패널 연계 질적패널의 1-3차 웨이브 중 근로능력이 있는 14인의 빈곤 가구주의 인터뷰를 분석하여, 이들이 3년간 경험한 삶의 변화를 탈빈곤 전망 맥락에서 제시하였다. 이후 질적분석에서 도출한 가설을 양적분석으로 확인하는 순차적 탐구전략에 따라, 빈곤층의 교육수준이 생활전망 및 자존감을 매개로하여 탈수급/탈빈곤 전망에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정하고, 한국복지패널 7차년도 자료를 활용하여 변량분석과 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 교육수준은 그 자체가 아니라 생활전망이라는 심리적 요인을 매개로 하여 탈수급/탈빈곤 전망에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었고, 이는 향후 탈빈곤정책이 물질적 지원 외에도 빈곤층의 생활전망을 제고하는 심리적 차원을 고려해야 한다는 함의를 제시하고 있다.

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 아동간호학 실습 후 아동간호사와 간호직전망에 대한 인식을 조사하여 교육프로그램의 기초자료를 얻고자, 간호학과 3학년 143명을 대상으로 시행된 서술적 융합조사연구이다. 수집된 자료를 SPSS 21.0으로 기술통계, 평균비교, 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 아동간호사에 대한 전문적인식이 5점 만점에 $4.09{\pm}0.61$점으로 전통적인식이나 사회적인식보다 높았고, 간호직전망은 5점 만점에 $3.31{\pm}0.65$점이었다. 성별, 연령, 간호학만족도, 실습병원유형에 따라 아동간호사 인식에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고, 간호학만족도가 보통인 대상자의 간호직전망인식이 높았다(p<.002). 아동간호사에 대한 인식의 하위영역과 간호직전망 인식 간 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.287~.510, p<.01), 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 아동간호사에 대한 전통적인식, 사회적인식이 간호직전망에 영향을 미치는 요인이었고, 변수들의 설명력은 29.2%이었다(p<.001). 결론적으로 아동간호사에 대한 전통적 및 사회적 인식을 높임으로써 간호직전망에 대한 인식을 높일 필요가 있다.

OLED commercialization has been led in mobile market by Samsung since 2007, but more suppliers in Korea, China and Japan are joining the market. However, there remain some challenges in expanding its application to large size TV and flexible displays, especially in competition with dominant LCD products. This talk will discuss future prospects of the OLED technology after brief review of the progress.

벤처 창업이 크게 늘었으나 단기 성과로 성공여부를 판단하기는 어려우며, 지속적인 성장 전망을 보여주지 않고서는 기업의 생존을 담보할 수 없다. 벤처기업의 성장 요인으로 기술사업화역량 수준과 경쟁전략에 따른 경쟁력 수준이 중요하게 다루어지는 가운데 최근에는 혁신적인 비즈니스모델의 등장이 새로운 사업기회를 창출하면서 수많은 벤처 스타트업들의 성장을 견인하고 있다. 본 연구는 기술사업화역량 및 경쟁전략이 벤처기업의 성장전망에 미치는 영향관계에서 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 벤처기업정밀실태조사 원데이터를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기술사업화역량의 제품화, 생산화, 마케팅 역량 및 경쟁전략의 원가우위, 차별화 수준은 성장전망에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 생산화역량을 제외한 모든 요인과 성장전망 간에 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과도 검증되었다. 본 연구는 단기적 기업성과 외에 장기적 성장전망에 미치는 영향요인을 새롭게 조명하고 비즈니스모델 혁신이라는 새로운 매개변수를 밝히는 등 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 향후 연구에서는 객관적 측정도구의 개발, 산업특성에 따른 차이 규명이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

In this study, factors affecting undergraduate students' dropout intentions consisted of aptitude and career fit of student's major, employement prospects of student's major, and graduation attitude were presented in the structural equation model and the moderating effect of academic year on the path coefficeint presented in the research model was verified. Undergraduate students are grouped into senior year (3rd and 4th grades) and junior year(1st and 2nd year) by the year in the university, As a result of analyzing 454 undergraduate students (105 in the junior group and 349 in the senior group), it was found that graduation attitude had a negative (-) effect on the dropout intention in both junior and senior group. The effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was not found in the junior group. However, in senior group, the effect of employment prospects, and major aptitude and career firt on graduation attitude was found to have a positive (+) effect, indicating that moderating effect of academic year does exist.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing prospects toward for the metaverse in both the public and private sectors, focusing on the perspectives of millennials and generation Z that were rarely examined in previous studies. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed an online survey as its research methodology utilizing factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test the formulated hypotheses. Results: The findings of this study reveal that factors such as citizen/customer relationship management, the application of metaverse in both in the public and private sectors. Moreover, the effect size of applying the metaverse to cities on prospects toward the Metaverse was notably higher in the public sector. The effect size of metaverse management for customer relationship management showed a greater impact in the private sector. Conclusions: The results carry significant managerial and policy implications. They shed light on how millennials and generation Z perceive the applications of the metaverse in relation to cities, products, and brands. Notably, the results suggest that application of the metaverse for cities and management of customer relationships for products and brands emerge as key factors influencing the prospect of the metaverse in the public and private sectors.

Current food sanitation systems for meat and livestock in Australia ar underpinned by HACCP-based quality assurance. HACCP-based quality assurance programs have been implemented by all australian red meat industry sectors, from 'farm-to-fork'. These quality assurance programs are (along with other quality and food safety considerations) the collection of a series of sanitation steps and strategies that aim to ensure that only healthy, clean livestock are presented for slaughter; those healthy, clean animals enter a clean processing plant; contact of carcase surfaces with potential sources of contamination is avoided; carcase surfaces are decontaminated before chilling; and subsequent growth of potential contaminants is avoided. Prospects for food sanitation systems for meat and livestock in Australia lie largely in enhancing current and applying new sanitation strategies and procedures within our HACCP-based quality assurance framework. Prospects include increased focus on actual (Versus perceived) risks; on-farm/feedlot pathogen elimination; increased implementation of existing (or new) decontamination technologies; and an improved cold chain.
