저온소결 $Al_2O_3-TiO_2$ 세라믹의 마이크로파 유전특성에 관한 연구 (Low Temperature sintering of $Al_2O_3-TiO_2$ ceramics)

  • $Al_2O_3-TiO_2$(AT)ceramics shows great promise as a dielectric material for millimeter-wave use. The sintering temperature of AT ceramics was approximately $1450^{\circ}C$ and decreased to $900^{\circ}C$ with the addition of BaCu(B2O5) (BCB) ceramic powder. The presence, of the liquid phase was responsible for the decrease of the sintering temperature. The liquid phase is considered to have a composition similar to the BaO-deficient BCB. The Q-value initially increased with the addition of BCB, but decreased considerably when a large amount of BCB was added, because of the presence of the liquid phase. Good microwave dielectric properties of $Q{\times}f\;=\;16,200\;GHz$, ${\varepsilon}_r\;=\;9$ and ${\tau}_f\;=\;-4\;ppm/^{\circ}C$ were obtained for the 20.0 mol% BCB-added AT ceramics sintered at $900^{\circ}C$ for 2 h.

간호대학생의 현장실습적응, 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향 (Impact on department adaptation of field practice adaptation, college adaptation, and awareness of death of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 현장실습적응과 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 전공적응과 현장실습적응 및 죽음에 대한 인식을 높이기 위한 대책 마련의 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 C시, J시 간호학과 3.4학년 252명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 C 대학교 IRB의 승인을 받은 후부터 2018년 4월 30일까지였고, 자료분석은 IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression를 사용하였다. 대상자의, 현장실습적응은 평균 3.58점, 대학적응은 평균 3.33점, 죽음에 대한 인식은 평균 3.15점, 간호학과 학과적응은 평균 3.38점이었다. 대상자의 학과적응과 현장실습적응(r=.56, p<.001), 죽음에 대한 부정도(r=-.15, p=.016), 생명존중의지(r=.33, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계가 있으며, 현장실습적응과 대학적응(r=.48, p<.001), 생명존중의지(r=.16, p=.009)과 상관관계가 있었고, 대학적응과 생명존중의지(r=.32, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 현장실습적응, 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학적응이었으며(F=171.67, p<.001), 이 모형은 67.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 죽음에 대한 긍정적 태도 변화를 위해 학부 과정에서 죽음에 대한 긍정적 태도 및 인식 변화와 관련된 교육과정이 제공되어야 하며 생명존중의지 프로그램 실시 후 간호학과 적응 효과에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제언한다.

말기암 환자에 대한 간호사의 부담감과 태도 연구 (A Study of Nurses Burden and Attitude on Terminal Cancer Patients)

  • This study was to investigate the degree of the nurses' burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients, as well as the relationship between two variables using questionnaire. The non-randomized convenient samples were 252 nurses with the experiences in caring the terminal cancer patients more than 1year in 5 university hospitals in Seoul and Inchon city. The cross-sectional one time survey was conduced by using the modified questionnaires on the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients at October, 2000. n SPSS for Window, the demographic information and the degree of the burden and the attitude of subjects were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation coefficiency was used to investigate the relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude from subjects. The additional analysis were performed to examine the differences the degree of the burden and the attitude by the general characteristics of the nurses using t-test and ANOVA. The result was as follow: 1) The degree of the nurses' burden on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 2.91 ranged from 2.08 to 3.96. 2) The degree of the nurses' attitude on the terminal cancer patients was the mean of 3.52 ranged from 1.83 to 4.68. 3) There was no significant relationship between the degree of the burden and the attitude on the terminal cancer patients(r=.08, p=.23). However, the burden and. the nursing environment among 4 aspects of the attitude showed a significantly positive relationship each other (r=.16, p=.01). 4) The degree of the nurses' burden was different by the nursing specialties (F=2.79, p=.03) and the professional perspectives on nursing(F=3.52, p=.02). 5) The degree of the nurses' attitude was different by the age(F=5.33, p=.01), the married status(t=3.93, p=.05), nursing specialties (F=7.42, p=.00), the amount clinical experience(F=2.85, p=.04), the job satisfaction (F=10.58, p=.00) and, the professional perspectives on nursing (F=6.30, p=.01).

전북지역 양호교사의 업무수행과 자신감과 그에 영향하는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors of the school health Teachers' Self-confidence Affecting the School Nursing Activities in Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the school health teachers' self-confidence. This study was conducted with 87 school health teachers working in Jeonbuk province, from September to December, 1986, The results are follows; 1. Demographic characteristics of school health teachers 1) Age mean ; 34, range; 23-54 2) School Nursing experience mean; 11 years, range; 0-24 3) Clinical experience mean; 1.5 years, range: 0-13 2. Status of school health resources & nursing activities 1) Personnel resource school health teacher: pupils : 1 : 1,436 'classes=1:31 'general teacher=1:39 2) Budget Total school operating budget: School health budget : 100 : 4.2 (52.2 thousand Won) Half of the school health budget expend on medicine. 3) Clinic 80% of all schools have health clinic seperately. 71.32 of all schools have less than $35m^2$, 23.9%, $36-66m^2$. 4) Only 20% of all schools have organization for health 5) Average of clinic visitor for 1 year; 2,084 Major problem is on digestive system. And other problem: respiratory, skin, musculo - skeletal system, dental problem, etc... 6) Literal message for 1 year; 12 times. Need for use the health clinic seperately, adequate facilities and free utilization by visitors.

미숙아와 어머니의 인구사회학적, 임상적 특성과 산후우울과의 관련성 (Relations of Postpartum Depression with Socio-Demographic and Clinical Characteristics of Preterm Infants and Mothers)

  • 목적 본 연구의 목적은 미숙아의 퇴원 시점에 미숙아 어머니의 산후우울 정도를 확인하고 미숙아와 어머니의 인구사회학적, 임상적 특성과 산후우울과의 관련성을 조사하는 것이다. 방법 본 연구는 자가 보고식 설문조사 방법과 의무기록 조사 방법을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며 연구 대상자는 서울시 2개 대학병원과 시립병원, 강릉시 1개 종합병원에서 미숙아로 출생하여 신생아중환자실에 입원한 환아 중에서 퇴원이 예정된 환아와 그 어머니 80명이다. 결과 미숙아 어머니의 산후우울 점수의 평균은 $9.75{\pm}5.06$점이었고 산후 우울의 위험이 있다고 판단되는 12점 이상군은 전체의 30.0%였다. 산후우울과 관련된 변수는 어머니의 교육 수준(F =3.493, p =.035)과 가정 내 월 소득(F=5.828, p =.004), 다태아 여부(t=2.141, p =.037), 융모양막염(t=2.349, p =.021), 양수과소증(t=-2.226, p =.029), 기관지폐이형성증(t=2.085, p =.040), 배기질출혈(t=2.259, p =.027) 여부, 개정판 NBRS 점수(t=-2.772, p =.007)였다. 그리고 산후우울과 미숙아의 입원 시 주요 건강문제의 개수의 합(r=.252, p =.024)과 개정판 NBRS 점수(r=.316, p =.004)와는 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 미숙아 어머니들의 산후우울의 위험에 대한 관심이 요구되며 미숙아의 객관적 건강 상태뿐 아니라 사회경제적 수준 등 산후우울에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다양한 변인을 고려하여 미숙아 어머니의 산후우울 정도를 감소시키기 위한 중재 전략이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

Cu와 DyF3 분말의 혼합이 Nd-Fe-B 소결자석의 보자력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cu and DyF3 Powder Additions on the Coercivity of Sintered Nd-Fe-B Magnets)

  • Effect of Cu and $DyF_3$ powder mixing with Cu-free (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B jet-milled powder on the magnetic properties of sintered magnets was investigated. The coercivity of a magnet prepared from the Cu-free (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B powder was about 10 kOe even though the alloy powder already contained some Dy (3.5 wt%). When small copper powder was blended, however, the coercivity of the magnet increased almost 100%, exhibiting about 20 kOe. On the contrary, the coercivity enhancement was moderate, about 4 kOe, when dysprosium content in the sintered magnet was simply increased to 4.9 wt% by the addition of small $DyF_3$3 powder.

당뇨병환자의 신체상과 우울과의 관계 (Relationship between Body image and Depression of Diabetes Mellitus Patients)

  • The purpose of study was to identify relationship between body image and depression of diabetes mellitus patients. The subjects of study were 120 diabetes mellitus patients who were B hospital in Pusan. Data were collected from 15th April to 20th August, 1998. The instrument used for this study were Osgood's body image scale and Zung's depression scale. The collected data were analyzed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients. The results were as follows: 1. The mean score of body image was $68.91{\pm}18.04$, and the mean score of depression was $56.18{\pm}11.58$. 2. The score of body image according to marital status(t=-2.434, p=.016), economic status (F=6.252, p=.001), reason of different regular hospital visiting(F=3.017, p=.014), treatment method of diabetes mellitus(F=3.048, p=.013) were significantly difference. ere significantly difference. 3. The score of depression according to sex(t=2.353, p=.020), occupational status(F=4.657, p=.002), marital status(t=-2.325, p=.022), economic status(F=5.536, p=.001), regular hospital visiting(t=2.081, p=.040), reason of different regular hospital visiting(F=3.352, p=.007), treatment method of diabetes mellitus(F=3.102, p=.012), paticipation of diabetes mellitus(t=3.726, p=.000), paticipation of diabetes mellitus visiting(F=4.819, p=.003) were significantly difference. 5. Body image and depression was a significant negative correlation(r=-.679. p=.000). Conclusion: From this study, a relationship between body image and depression inpatients with diabetes mellitus was idetified. Therefore, nursing intervention are needed to promote body image and depression in patients with diabetes mellitus.

임상간호사의 역할지각 및 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Role Conception and Job Satisfaction of Clinical Nurses)

  • This study was to analyze role conception and job satisfaction of clinical nurses by using questionnaire as designed by Corwin and Paula. For this study questionnaires from 422 nurses working at three university hospitals in Seoul were collected during September 11 to 24, 1995. Statistical analyses were done by the SPSS. The techniques used in this study inclued Chi-square test, Pearson correlation coefficients, t-test, ANOVA. For the reliability of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Role conception of the subjects Five Likert scale variables were used to measure role conception including professional aspect, task aspect, and bureaucratic aspect. The variables measured and their means are as follows; Total mean score for role conception was 4.2. Role conception from professional aspect(4.29); task aspect(4.18): bureaucratic aspect(4.09). 2. Job satisfaction of the subjects Five Likert scale variables were used to measure job satisfaction. The variables measured and their means are as follows; Total mean score for job satisfaction was 2.98. Job satisfaction from interaction (3.49): professinal status(3.19): autonomy(3.17): nurse-doctor relationship(2.90): task requirement(2.82): administration(2.32): salary (2.12). 3. The relationship between general characteristics and role conception. There were statistically significant differences in age(F=5.465, p<.000). merrital status(t=-2.70, p<.007), education(F=3.252, p<.022), work department(F=4.186, p<.003), work experience(F=4.457, p<.001), job position(F=8.141, p<.000). 4. The relationship between general characteristics and job satisfaction There were statistically significant difference In education(F=4.043, p<.003), work department(F=4.218, p<.002). job position(F=8.141, p<.000). 5. The correlation between role conception and job satisfaction It showed positive correlation that there was increased role conception, there was increased job satisfaction(r=.3092, p<.001). There were positive correlation in bureaucratic aspect, task aspect, and professional aspect in order.

간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력, 인수인계 경험이 인수인계 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Communication Competence, Clinical Competence and Experience of Handover on Self-efficacy of Handover Reporting among Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력, 인수인계 경험, 인수인계 자기효능감을 파악하고 인수인계 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여 인수인계 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 연구방법은 서술적 조사연구로서 G시에 소재한 4년제 2개교 간호대학생 255명을 2019년 6월부터 9월까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficents 그리고 단계적 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생들의 의사소통능력은 57.3점(100점 만점에 76.4점), 임상수행능력은 69.8점(100점 만점에 73.5점), 인수인계 자기효능감은 33.8점(100점 만점에 51.2점)으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 인수인계 자기효능감은 성(F=4.60, p<.001), 연령(F=16.72, p<.001), 학년(t=-6.39, p<.001), 임상실습 만족도(F=3.68, p=.027), 인수인계 교육 경험(t=26.44, p<.001), 인수인계 경험(t=4.84, p<.001), 인수인계에 대한 두려움(F=16.97, p<.001), 환자안전에 있어서 인수인계 중요도(F=6.42, p=.002)에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력, 인수인계 자기효능감 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 인수인계 자기효능감은 의사소통능력(r=.249, p<.001)과 임상수행능력(r=.426, p<.001) 간에 유의한 순 상관 관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 인수인계 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 인수인계에 대한 두려움(β=-.294, p<.001), 임상수행능력(β=.252, p<.001), 학년(β=.191, p=.001), 인수인계 경험(β=.185, p<.001), 성별(β=.150, p=.003), 인수인계 교육 경험(β=.126, p=.017)순으로 모형의 설명력은 40.0%이었다. 결론적으로 간호대학생들의 인수인계 자기효능감을 높이기 위해서는 임상수행능력을 향상시키고 임상실습 시 인수인계 경험을 포함한 인수인계 교육을 제공하여 인수인계 두려움을 감소시키는 인수인계 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

  • The effect of calcination temperature(1st and 2nd calcining at 110$0^{\circ}C$ , 120$0^{\circ}C$ and 130$0^{\circ}C$ respectively) on physical properties of BMNT Ceramics ware investigated. The optimum 1st and 2nd calcination temperature were 120$0^{\circ}C$ , and sintering temperature was 155$0^{\circ}C$. In this condition, the sintering density was 7.53 [g/㎤] and the dielectric constant, Q.f$_{0}$ and $\tau$$_{r}$ were 26, 80, 300[GHz] and +1.5[ppm/$^{\circ}C$] respectively in the microwave range.e.e.
