Analysis of receptor like kinase (RLK) gene to stress in rice (Oryza sativa L.) using real-time PCR (Real-time PCR을 이용한 스트레스에 따른 벼의 Receptor like kinase (RLK) 유전자의 발현 변화 분석)

  • In plant, Receptor-like kinases (RLKs) are protein family, though its function is not yet understood, consisted of a predicted signal sequence, single transmembrane region, and cytoplasmic kinase domain. RLKs are involved in hormonal response pathways, cell differentiation, plant growth and development, self-incompatibility, and symbiont and pathogen recognition. In this study, expression levels of RLG1, RLG5, RLG6, RLG#6, RLG8, RLG10, RLG17, RLG18 and RLG20 were analyzed by Real-time PCR, when rice (Oryzae sativa) was treated abiotic stress. The expression levels of all RLGs were compared each other by analyzed value of threshold cycles ($C_T$). Consequently, RLGs were suppressed by NaCl as salinity stress, and expression of each RLK genes were showed difference treated salicylic acid and wound, respectively. However, All RLGs were induced under low temperature condition. Therefore, our results indicate protection-function of RLK genes to be an early response of rice against cold weather.

  • In this paper, we describe the RLG current stabilizer circuit for attitude control in the satellite. The RLG makes use of the Sagnac effect within a resonant of a HeNe laser. The difference between two discharge currents causes one of the gyro bias errors. The theoretical background and current stabilizer are introduced. It is verified that the circuit designed is applicable to the test of input voltage and temperature.

  • In this paper, we propose the new method to decrease the navigation error by measurement time synchronization error in RLG Trapping signal processing. There are two methods to eliminate the dither motion in RLG. One is the stripping signal processing method. Another is the trapping signal processing method. This two methods have various error sources in measurement output. We perform the error modelling and analysis for the measurement time synchronization error between angular rate from RLG and acceleration from accelerometer in the trapping signal processing method. And we verify the navigation performance through simulation and experiment. Results of simulation and experiment show that the proposed method is very effective in decreasing the navigation error.

  • Laser Inertial Navigation System(LINS) consists of Ring Laser Gyroscopes(RLG) and accelerometers. RLG has a lock-in region in which there is zero output for input angular rates less than 0.1deg/sec. The lock-in region is generated by the imperfect mirrors in RLG. To avoid the lock-in region, sinusoidal motion which is called dither motion is applied on RLG. Therefore without the fault in LINS, the dither motion must be measured by RLG/accelerometer. In this paper, we propose the method to detect the fault of LINS through checking out whether or not the dither motion is always measured by RLG/accelerometer using the Fast Fourier Transformation(FFT) on the real time. The feasibility of the fault detection method proposed in this paper is verified through the stationary and van test.

  • Laser Inertial Navigation System(LINS) consists of Ring Laser Gyroscopes(RLG) and accelerometers. To avoid the lock-in region, a sinusoidal motion called dither motion is applied on RLG. Therefore this dither motion is measured by RLG/accelerometer even if at a stop state. In this situation, the performance on the initial alignment of LINS can be degraded. In this paper, we analyze the performance on the initial alignment of LINS theoretically and experimentally. Analysis results include how dither motion, the pre-filter and the corner frequency in alignment loop affects the performance on the initial alignment of LINS.

  • 스트랩다운 관성항법장치에 사용되는 대표적인 광학식 자이로인 링레이저 자이로(Ring Laser Gyro ; RLG)는 회전체가 없어 기존의 기계식 자이로가 가지고 있던 g-sensitive 오차가 발생하지 않지만 RLG 내부에 부착되어 링레이저를 반사시키는 기능을 하는 반사경의 산란에 의해 일정 크기의 작은 입력 각속도를 측정하지 못하는 lock-in이 발생한다. 이러한 lock-in을 제거하기 위해 정현파 진동을 RLG 몸체에 인가하며 이 진동에 의하여 자이로 출력에 랜덤워크 성분이 유발되어 RLG 성능저하의 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 RLG 랜덤워크에 의한 관성항법장치의 초기정렬 기법에 따른 초기정렬 성능을 분석하고 이에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 제시한다.

Noncommutativity Error Analysis with RLG-based INS (링레이저 자이로 관성항법시스템의 비교환 오차 해석)

  • In this paper, we analyze a noncommutativity error that is not able to be compensated with integrating gyro outputs in RLG-based INS. The system can suffer from some motion known as RLG dithering motion, coning motion, ISA motion derived by an AV mount and vehicle real dynamic motion. So these motions are a cause of the noncommutativity error, the system error derived by each motion has to be analyzed. For the analysis, a relation between rotation vector and gyro outputs is introduced and applied to define the coordinate transformation matrix and the angular vector.

  • In this paper, we present the requirements specification to develop the small ring laser gyroscope(RLG) which is applicable to the medium-grade inertial navigation system(INS) widely used as a main navigation system. To this end, first we analyse the performance specifications of RLG which is needed to configure the medium-grade INS and then we present the design results of RLG to meet the performance specifications, based on the overseas technology survey and the theoretical analysis. It is also shown in this paper what technology is required to develop a small RLG.

Study of ARS using Ring Laser Gyro (Ring Laser Gyro를 이용한 ARS에 관한 연구)

  • Studies were performed on an ARS using SDINS's RLG and the geomatic sensor. To develop the ARS, experiments were performed to determine the characteristics of the RLG and geomatic sensor. Based on the results, to reduce the angular position errors of the RLG, which accumulate from the angular velocity data, an algorithm was studied that uses the Extended Kalman filter (EKF) to compensate the RLG data and geomatic sensor data. To verify the performance of the developed algorithm for reducing the cumulative angular errors, experiments that included the developed EKF were performed. Through these, it was shown that a drastic reduction in the angular errors of the RLG were achieved.
