위험물 수송 탱크 차량의 국내외 안전기준 비교 연구-유류 차량 중심 (A Study for the Safety Regulation of Tank Car for the Hazardous Material - General Oil Tank Car)

  • 최근 들어 철도차량 안전과 관련하여 국내에서 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 연구는 여객을 수송하는 일반 객차, 전동차, 고속열차 등을 중심으로 행해지고 있으며, 화물 특히 위험물 수송 화물차량에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 위험물질을 수송하는 탱크차의 안전기준을 개발하기 위하여 유류를 중심으로 국내외 관련된 안전기준을 비교 분석하여 국내 위험물 수송 탱크차 안전기준 개발의 기초를 마련하고자 한다.

  • In order to prevent the global warming, Korea has had a ratification to the Kyoto Protocol which is specified the air pollution level should be lower the condition of the year 1990 until the year 2012, in hence the traffic system produced mostly the air pollution has been faced to big change. According to the reinforcement of higher level for environmental condition, alternative way to the conventional traffic system is required, so that is fuel cell technology of commercialized R&D program used by hydrogen fuel, and further for the optimized high energy efficiency it has been considered the advanced development of traffic system used the conventional railroad system. But it is moreover expected the huge amount of initial investment, so at the current, next new traffic system is needed. This study is for the improvement of urban traffic system in domestic which should be seriously changed for environmental friendly through the reduction of air pollution by fuel gases of vehicle and human convenience to be easily approached. In hence it is proposed the development of superior high efficiency-'Fuel-cell Rubber-tired Tram' system manufactured by the composite car-body.

  • 철도차량 옥상 정비시 산업재해를 방지하기 위해서는 안전성을 확보한 철저한 준비 및 검토가 선행 되어야한다. 차량의 정비시 공정별 위험요소 및 제반 문제점을 도출하여 해결함으로써, 산업 재해를 방지 할수 있다. 차량의 중 정비시 추락 재해는 옥상 작업인 차량의 옥상에서 발생한다. 정비의 특성상 차량을 분리하고, 차량의 대차를 분리 한후, 받침대 위에 차량을 올려놓은 상태에서, 옥상 작업은 안전 시설의 효과적인 설치 및 활용이 어렵다. 4M 에 의한 분석을 통하여, 옥상 작업시 차량의 지붕에 안전 난간을 설치하여, 추락 재해를 방지하고, 심리적 불안감을 해소하여, 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 방안을 연구 하였다.

  • We studied the cost-volume supply characteristic of public transportation systems focused on Bi-modal Tram in the main cities to analyze the applicability and status for the new transit system Bi-modal Tram as public transportation system. The operation cost considering the characteristic of vehicle, facilities, operation and average cost for respective public transportation system and the time cost considering the travel and transfer time are defined to the social cost, and the cost-volume supply curve is based on this social cost. The cost-volume supply characteristic between public transportation modes in the city is determined on the basis of cost-volume supply curve. Through the comparison between cost-volume supply characteristic of main transportation systems, it is analyzed about the relation between public transportation systems in the city and the characteristic for proper service provision. The application of Bi-modal Tram in the city is concluded that it is effective to reduce the social cost on the existing public transportation system.

주행 중 철도 차량의 결함 위치 추정 방법 (Fault localization method of a train in cruise)

  • Faults of rotating parts of a train normally generate unexpected frequency band or impulsive sound[1] which has a period when it moves with a constant speed. The former can be detected by the moving frame acoustic holography method, which visualizes sound field that is generated by a moving and emitting pure tone or band limited noise source. We have attempted to apply the method to the latter case: the periodic impulsive sound which generate different signal compared with what can be measured by the band limited noise. The signal to noise ratio which determines the success of early fault detection must also be studied with the impulsive and moving signal. This research shows how the problems related with these issues can be resolved. The main idea is that periodic impulsive signal can be expressed by infinite set of discrete pure tones. This enables us to obtain lots of holograms that visualize periodic impulsive sound field including noise by using the moving frame acoustic holography method. Therefore holograms can be averaged to improve the signal to noise ratio until having reliable information that exhibits where the impulsive sources are. Theory and experiment by using the miniature vehicle are described [Work supported by BK21 & KRRI].

  • A bi-modal tram has been developed to offer an advanced transportation service compared with existing vehicles. The All-Wheel-Steering system is applied to the bi-modal tram to satisfy the required steering performance because the bi-modal tram has extended length and articulated mechanism. An ECU for the steering system is essential to steer wheels on 2nd and 3rd axles by the specific AWS algorithm with the prescribed driving condition. The Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation(HILS) system is planned for the purpose of evaluating the steering system of the bi-modal tram. There are kinematic links with the hydraulic actuator to steer wheels on each 2nd and 3rd axles and also same steering mechanism as the actual vehicle is in the HILS system. Controlling the movement of hydraulic actuator which reflects the lateral steering reaction force on each wheel is the key to realize the HILS system, but the reaction force is continuously changed according to various driving conditions. Therefore, the simulation through the multi-body dynamics model is used to obtain the required forces.

  • 한국철도공사는 고속철도의 운행을 계기로 선진철도 정비방법의 습득과 더불어 기존차량에 대한 검수주기 및 방법에 대한 과학적이고 체계적인 시행을 위해 철도차량 RCM적용에 관한 연구를 시행 중이다. 그 동안 철도차량의 부품과 시스템에 대한 기술의 발전이 급속히 이루어지고 있는 것에 비해 정비방법의 발전은 상대적으로 느렸다고 할 수 있다. 이에 한국철도공사에서는 부품과 시스템의 기술발전에 앞서는 정비방법의 적용은 물론이고 차량의 기술적 발전을 리드할 수 있는 정비체계를 구축하고자 노력하고 있다. 고속차량인 KTX를 제외한 기존차량은 전동차, 전기기관차, 디젤기관차, 디젤동차, 객차, 화차 등으로 구분하여 운행되고 있다. 그 중 객차, 화차를 포함한 기존차종에 현행 시행되고 있는 검수 주기 및 방법을 분석하여 개선방향을 찾아 최적의 차량정비 주기 및 방법을 적용하고자 한다.

  • Vibration caused by railroad vehicle including subway train running raises a lot of problems to the neighboring buildings. Therefore lots of methods to isolate the railway vibration have been studied and practically applied to sites. As one of them, specially designed vibration isolation device was installed in the some section of Seoul subway. This device is installed between the rail and track slab. Because the process of installation is relatively simple, this method can be applied to the existing railways in servicing. We measured the vibration and noise to check the effectiveness of this device before and after the installation. The result showed that the vibration level of the slab and platform was reduced to 7 - 10 dB. Expecially high frequency component was reduced to a large amount. From this result, we can conclude that these kind of devices are useful to the reduction of the railroad vibration, expecially the high frequency vibration which can cause structure born noise.

  • In electric motor coaches, the rolling stocks move by the adhesive effort between rail and driving wheel. Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the weight of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a re-adhesion control algorithm which uses the maximum adhesive effort by instantaneous estimation of adhesion force using load torque disturbance observer. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the re-adhesion control is performed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.

  • This paper proposes a new anti-slip re-adhesion control system fur electric railway vehicle driven by inverter-fed induction motors. This paper introduces an instantaneous tangential farce coefficient estimator between driving wheel and rail, which is based on disturbance observer. The torque command of proposed system regulates to exceed this estimated tangential farce coefficient in order to avoid undesirable slip phenomenon of driving wheels. We have already proposed the anti-slip re-adhesion control system based on disturbance observer for simplified one wheel equivalent model successfully. This paper extend to this system to the actual bogie system, which has four driving wheels driven by two induction motors fed by one inverter. In order to apply anti-slip re-adhesion control to the actual bogie system a new anti-slip re-adhesion control based on both disturbance observer and speed sensor-less vector control of induction motor with quick response are combined. The experimental results and the numerical simulation results prove the validity of the proposed control system.
