The scope of this paper is to show a risk management plan including how to perform risk assessment and to make a mitigation plan aspects of the communication payload system development. According to system engineering management guide of DoD of USA and risk management plan of satellite communication system, risk assessment and mitigation plan of communication payload system were performed. In this paper, it is indicated the process of risk management and risk assessment procedures as well as mathematical model for risk assessment of DoD guide. It is shown how risk assessment and mitigation plan have implemented in communication payload system development through case study.

With the world in financial recession, the general trend of global trade is declining. As a result, the world leading shipbuilding industries are confronted with an even more difficult task of mitigating various risks associated with the industries. How well the three shipbuilding industries, Japan, Korea and China, can adapt and manage the risks will be crucial. As the youngest of the top three, the Chinese industry faces greater risks. As it happens to share many factors with that of South Korea in 2004-2005, it is necessary to review and evaluate the risk management plan used by South Korea. This paper presents an evaluation of the risk management plan for shipbuilding industry in South Korea during 2004-2005, considering the financial and political environments at that time. This will help us to structure a plan of risk management for the future.

After the IMF shock, some major construction companies in Korea have been motivated to avoid and mitigate various risk factors which could be critical and catastrophic events to corporate revenue and organization internally or externally. It means that they are trying to introduce and set up a risk management plan and system suitable to their organization and culture. L construction co. ltd. is one of major construction companies that have been searching methodologies or technologies to manage various risk factors surrounding corporate marketing and project operation. This paper presents an unique approach to develop a model of risk management plan and system suitable to L construction itself focused on the construction phase.

This research is an empirical case study that suggests the practical practice and output of action plan, the actual performing activity of risk management system established to prevent and respond to risk of the elderly care facility. For this, this research analyzed the action plan practice process and outcome upon 2 years' practice (2014~2015) by A Elderly care facility which has conducted performance activity by establishing risk management system to prevent and respond to danger for the first time in Korea. As the research result, first, risk management system action plan was established in the choice and performance stage of risk prevention and response handling method, the 3rd among 4 staged process of risk management system establishment. Second, as the outcome along with risk management system action plan performance, as the result of comprehending the investigation on risk change for 2 years(2014~2015), risk decreased by 28% in 2015 compared to 2014, displaying effect in risk management activity along with performing action plan. Based on this result, it was determined that action plan for the effective action plan establishment and practice in the elderly care facility should be established with systematic promotion schedule to be well connected with its strategy, achievement goal, and achievement project, etc. based on vision and strategy, instead of being established individually, based on clear matter of responsibility, utilizing such technique as Gantt chart, etc., composing concretely by schematizing in order to view all contents to be practiced clearly.

Recently, intensive urban redevelopment concentrated on new towns has reduced the number of settled population, and weakened various functions such as commercial, culture, education and welfare in old towns, and made the stagnation and declination of the entire or some parts of old towns. Urban regeneration project means renewing cities' functions in terms of physical, environmental, social, cultural, industrial and economic aspects or revitalizing the existing functions through improvement project in the entire or part of a city, which is now drawing keen attention from the public. However, urban regeneration project is huge in scale, needs long construction period and various complex facilities, and also characterized by complicated relations with many stakeholders. Due to such characteristics, there are many risks in the project. Therefore, systematic risk management is absolutely necessary to efficiently manage various risk factors inherent in urban regeneration project. The purpose of this research proposes a basic model to establish risk management plan and work process in order to help project participants to perform risk management more systematically and rationally in the development phase of urban regeneration project.

For minimizing the loss of the life safety, financial and so on caused by the risk, most of company needs a system what can activate the critical incident management plan to prevent, plan for and respond to events that become critical incident. But a lot of company still don't have such a detailed system in our country and almost company has no effective training way for to boot. This paper shows the way to activate the risk management system to work efficiently the plan. The training way, proposed by this paper, is a incident command simulator based on virtual reality and scenario generation software.

The purpose of the establishment of corporation's Business Continuity Plan(BCP) is to maintain corporations' own business and establish the response plan in order to resume operation in a short time period when crisis situations occur due to natural disaster and human error. This study has presented all types of procedures and criteria which are needed to establish the airport crisis response system in order to maintain the business continuity by utilizing BCP technique. Basically the risk response procedures must be established in the process of (1) preparation stage, (2) plan development stage, (3) documentation stage, (4) test & maintenance stage. In this paper, we propose a two-stage group acceptance sampling plan for generalized inverted exponential distribution under truncated life test. Median life is considered as a quality parameter. Design parameters are obtained to ensure that true median life is longer than a given specified life at certain level of consumer's risk and producer's risk. We also explore situations under which design parameters based on median lifetime can be used for other percentile points. Tables and specific examples are reported to explain the proposed plans. Finally a real data set is analyzed to implement the plans in practical situations and some suggestions are given.

Accident prevention plan it a construction site should be analyzed and made with risk evaluation and management, from recent year, in Korea. Accidents occurred in construction site are related to all parties such as owner, main and subcontractor, labour. But analyzing some relationship between main and subcontractor is very important to estimate what risk between then are existed in a site. There are some different aspects concerning with risk management between them. Everywork has its own risk in there, This is the reason why everywork which are made by subcontractor himself should be evaluated for risk level. And main contractor should provide for subcontractor to prevent each risk at the work, all the time.
