These day in the Quality Assurance System, it required that computer system is able to utilize SQC and ISO 9000 series, just then. However. because SQC is necessary to special branch of statistical experience, it is very hard to use and have a bound in that apply to practical business. Therefor in this paper, we proposed the software system which is control, at the same time, SQC and ISO 9000 series, in addition to avail without statistical knowledge. For the shake of this point, the substance of this study is largely separated dual part that ISO 9000 system for which is limited to use design of basic system, test, experiment, tracking incongruent part, analysis condemned goofs, and SQC system for which is to limited to use control chart, estimate, statistical testing, design of experiment(DOE) which used to commonly in Quality Control System. Expected efficiency of this paper is to set Qualify Management System, transfer qualify consciousness, satisfy the customer, increase reliability, in particular, it is expected that it is very useful to minor enterprises of manufacturing-centered.

The first aim of this study is to provide QC engineers with the right method of cipher of SQC-charts and to help learn how to analyse SQC-charts. The second aim is to maximize the utility of SQC-charts by introducing some Distribution-free Statistical Tests which is experted to provide some methods of test for null hypothese $(H_0)$ concerning the randomness of manufacturing processes.

Background: The clinicopathologic characteristics of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have been changing. Recently, Positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) has usually been used for diagnosis, follow-up to treatment and surveillance of NSCLC. We studied the pattern of recurrence and prognosis in patients who underwent complete resection for NSCLC according to histologic subtype. Methods: All patients who underwent complete resection for pathological stage I or II NSCLC between January 2005 and June 2009 were identified and clinical records were reviewed retrospectively, especially the histologic subtype. Results: Recurrences were identified in 50 of 112 patients who had complete resection of an NSCLC. Sites of recurrence were locoregional in 15 (30%), locoregional and distant in 20 (40%), and distant in 15 (30%). Also, sites of recurrence were intra-thoracic in 29 (58%), extrathoracic and intra-thoracic recurrence in 15 (30%), and extrathoracic in 6 (12%). In locoregional recurrence, there was 37% recurrence for non-squamous cell carcinoma (non-SQC) and 25% for squamous cell carcinoma (SQC). In distant recurrence, there was 39% recurrence for non-SQC and 18% for SQC. Locoregional recurrence in the bronchial stump was more common in SQC than non-SQC (14% vs. 45%, p=0.025). Prognosis of recurrence was not influenced by histologic subtype and the recurrence-free survival curve showed that the non-SQC group did not differ from the SQC group according to stage. Conclusion: The prognosis for recurrence does not seem to be influenced by histologic types, but locoregional recurrence in the bronchial stump seems to be more common in SQC than non-SQC in completely resected stage I and II NSCLC.

This article deals with statistical quality control (SQC) activities in manufacturing processes, First of all, the sources of variatin in product quality are listed and studied. Next, a typical SQC activity system in manufacturing processes is provided with a flow-chart, and each step in the system is explained. A real case example of a domestic company which follows the SQC activity system is illustrated. Finally, some approaches to activate SQC in manufacturing companies are suggested.

A new NMR method to monitor solvent-localized NMR signals in the two-phase liquid system is suggested. This method based on intermolecular single-quantum coherence (iSQC). Here, we exploited the feature of the local action of distant dipolar field (DDF) effect in order to filter out specific NMR signals dissolved in different solvents. This solvent specific iSQC spectroscopy was carried out on a model two-phase liquid system (D-glucose in water/palmitic acid in chloroform), and showed solvent-localized NMR signals. We believe our approaches might be useful in metabolic analysis such as two-phase liquid extraction scheme for labile chemical species.

Personnel engaged in the medical field have implemented continual improvement by team activities in an effort to construct a system that reduces the risks involved in medical care. Knowledge in total quality management (TQM), especially statistical quality control (SQC) developed for industry, seems to be applicable to medical care. This paper describes the application of SQC to continual improvement in medical care.

In this study, those previous research works are reviewed and summarized in various contexts, and this paper also describes the results of an empirical study done for the sample business workers in Korea, analyzing SQC and consumer's value. The surveyed data are statistically analysed to examine the relationship between SQC acquisition and consumer's value in the lodging industry, considering additional factors of business types of companies as well as the consumer's using purpose of service facilities. The important findings of the study can be summarized as follows: First, the business types of companies is an insignificant factor on the consumer's value by the quality certificated services, while the using purpose of service facilities(Hotel and Pension) is an significant factor. Second, the descriptive result is shown that consumers are willing to pay 21.47～31.24 % more than the un-certificated services for quality-certificated services. On the basis of these findings, some practical implications can be drawn for the effective management of the lodging industry. When a firm decides to establish a business plan, it should be considered the using purpose of service facilities.
