Media company is not a business which sells news and information but a company sells audience's attention. Advertisers estimate audience's quantity and quality which pay attention to media and pay the cost. Thus drawing audience's attention is a natural and instinctive behavior for survival of media company. News doesn't deliver the fact just as it. That's impossible. News is a commodity made by processing and selection of the media company and journalist. On the process, judge of values is involved and limitation of time and place of media is considered. If scientists understand media's character truly, their misunderstanding about media company and journalist may be cleared up. In this society, media is not a being to ignore, particularly for big science like space science which spends huge public capital. Nowadays, space science meets the time to take the leap in Korea. However that can be crisis cause of uncertainty of science activity. When the crisis which no one desires happens, preparation needs for new opportunity. We can take the crisis as a chance. Understanding about media and public will be the first step for this preparation.

This paper describes the design and implementation of the database which is used in Personal Life Log Media system. The database contains information about media that capture personal experiences and enables the user to retrieve the media in a user friendly ways. The implementation of the database design is done by managing video data, which captures user's personal experiences, with its spatial and temporal information. The database enables the user to retrieve the video by mentioning where and/or when the video has been taken.

The incidence of adverse reactions to iodide contrast media was found to have increased owing to their increased use in computed tomography, but the exact reasons were unknown. Based on reported iodide contrast media adverse reactions data, it is recommended to the components of iodide contrast media before use to minimize adverse reactions. It was found that the use of iopromide and iomeprol in iodide contrast media resulted in a higher incidences of death and threat of life resulting from adverse reactions than other ingredients. Patients who are administered iodide contrast media containing iopromide and iomeprol during the computed tomography test should be carefully examined by the relevant medical professional, as the significance of gender and age varies from component to component. As multiple iodide contrast agents are available, the use of an appropriate iodide contrast media will reduce the incidence of iodide contrast media adverse reactions.

The concept of social media is top of the agenda for many business executives and decision makers, as well as consultants try to identify ways where companies can make profitable use of applications such as Netflix, Flixster. The social media is playing an increasingly important role as the information sources for customers making product choices etc. With the flourish of Web 2.0 technology, customer reviews are becoming more and more useful and important information resources for people to save their time and energy on purchasing products that they want. This paper proposes the Bayesian Probabilistic Classification algorithm to mine the social media review, and evaluates it by different splits and cross validation mechanism from the real data set. The explored study experimental results show the robustness and effectiveness of proposed approach for mining the social media review.

The main purpose of the school library is to present the various kinds of instructional media for an effective instruction including not only books, but also audiovisual materials and equipments. But unfortunately our school libraries have only books for the students and faculties at this time. But hereafter school library should house the various kinds of audiovisual media as well as printed media for the promotion of scholarstic achivemint. With a view to promoting the teaching method, and at the same time improving the scholarstic achivement of the students, instructional media were used in the class. To verify the efficiency of the instructional media, transparencies were used in the social science class of the 1st grade in the middle school and the natural science class of the 1st grade in the high school. In consequence, the academic achievement of the experimental class in which instructional media were used is superior to that of controlled class in which the textbook was only used. In < Social Science I >, the mean difference between the experimental class and the controlled class is 4.199 marks. And the difference, 0.032 is verified as a significant value in concordance to the t-test. In < Natural Science I >, the mean difference of the experimental class over the controlled class is 6.333. And the difference, 0.034 is verified as a significant value in concordance to the t-test. As shown in the above experimental research, using various kinds of the instructional media is more efficient than using textbook only. As a result of the questionaire on using the instructional media, most of the students desire to use of them continually because the use of the instructional media induce the interest, promote the comprehension, and entice the development of better memories.

The forest slopes cause substantial local changes in soil properties and an increase in soil erosion after extreme rainstorms. The high soil erosion rates on forest slopes need the effective use of growing media to control the soil runoff. Therefore, we prepared six different lignocellulosic growing media such as peat, perlite, and wood meal as the base materials and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), glucomannan, starch, old corrugated containerboard, and computer printout as the additional materials for the prevention of simulated rainfall-induced runoff. The growing media containing old corrugated containerboard efficiently reduced the percentage of soil runoff; however, it could not completely cushion the influence of crust. The best results for plant growth, except in the leaf area, were also obtained with the growing media containing old corrugated containerboard, suggesting an interesting way of paper recycling and an economic benefit for plant or crop growth in forest slope.

This study analyzes N=181 social media rumors from Bangladesh to find out the most popular themes, sources, and aims. The result shows that social media rumors have seven popular themes: political, health & education, crime & human rights, religious, religiopolitical, entertainment, and other. Also, online media and mainstream media are the two main sources of social media rumors, along with three tentative aims: positive, negative, and unknown. A few major findings of this research are: Political rumors dominate social media, but its percentage is decreasing, while religion-related rumors are increasing; most of the social media rumors are negative and emerge from online media, and social media itself is the dominant online source of social media rumors; and, most of the health-related rumors are negative and surge during a crisis period, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper identifies some of its limitations with the data collection period, data source, and data analysis. Providing a few research directions, this study also elucidates the contributions of its results in academia and policymaking.

The advent of social media has revolutionized the speed of communication between millions of people around the world in various cultures and disciplines. Social media is the best platform for exchanging opinions and ideas, interacting with other users of similar interests and sharing different types of media and files. With the phenomenal increase in the use of social media platforms, the need to pay attention to protection and security from attacks and misuse has also increased. The present study conducts a comprehensive survey of the latest and most important research studies published from 2018-20 on security and privacy on social media and types of threats and attacks that affect the users. We have also reviewed the recent challenges that affect security features in social media. Furthermore, this research pursuit also presents effective and feasible solutions that address these threats and attacks and cites recommendations to increase security and privacy for the users of social media.

In traditional studies on North Korea, conservative media in South Korea generally report and have an attitude toward anti-North Korea. It is a similar context as South Korea's conservatives view the U.S. and Japan more closely and positively than North Korea. This study is about how the reporting frames and information sources on North Korean science and technology in South Korea's conservative and progressive media differ and show trends. As a result of analyzing the reporting frame on North Korean science and technology by conservative and progressive media, progressive media showed similar trends or slightly positive responses to North Korean science and technology. But the reanalyzed result after dividing it into conservative and progressive governments, the opposite result came out. In the conservative government, the progressive media dealt with very positive aspects of North Korea's science and technology, and in the progressive government, there was a clear tendency to report negative rather than positive. What can be inferred from this is that the progressive media of South Korea had at least quite different directions of the progressive government in dealing with North Korean science and technology, but rather close to anti-North Korea. It is difficult to reach a hasty conclusion because this study has not dealt with all the press and only 10 years after the Kim Jong-Un regime. Nevertheless, this study may provide implications in that it is the first study to analyze how South Korean conservative and progressive media frame North Korean science and technology.
