This paper concerned the existence of positive solutions to the second order differential systems with strongly coupled integral boundary value conditions. By using Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem, we prove the existence of positive solutions according to the parameters under the proper nonlinear growth conditions.

In this paper, a second-order system of multi-point boundary value problems in Banach spaces is investigated. Based on a specially constructed cone and the fixed point theorem of strict-set-contraction operators, the criterion of the existence and multiplicity of positive solutions are established. And two examples demonstrating the theoretic results are given.

This paper is concerned with a kind of boundary value problem for singular second order differential systems with Laplacian operators. Using a multiple fixed point theorem, sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of at least three positive solutions of this kind of boundary value problem are established. An example is presented to illustrate the main results.

In this study, the effect of a telecommunication company's safety management system on workers' safety awareness and safety behavior was empirically verified. The main findings are as follows: First, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and level of industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on workers' safety awareness. Second, workers' safety awareness was observed to exert a significant positive effect on their safety behavior. Third, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on the safety behavior of workers. Fourth, although the telecommunications safety management system factors, such as management supervisors' capability and industrial accident investigations, were found to have a positive effect on workers' safety awareness, they had no mediated effect on workers' safety behavior through safety awareness.

In this paper, the magnitude of undershoot and overshoot in a prototype second order system with one positive real zero is computed by the analytic methods. Also, it will be shown that the peak times of the undershoot and overshoot can be calculated using the impulse and step response of the second order system. Three different cases are investigated: underdamped(p<ζ<1), critically damped(ζ=1) and overdamped(ζ>1) cases. We deal with the undamped(ζ=0) case as a special case of the underdamped. And a compensation method is proposed to reduce undershoots of the nonmininmun phase system using feedforward compensator.

The static and dynamic phenomena of a model for the metabolic control system with positive feedback are discussed with the static and dynamic renormalization group theory. Then, the explicit results for the static and dynamic exponents are obtained up to the second order of ${\varepsilon}$-expansion, ${\varepsilon}$ being 4-d, where d is the space dimensionality of the system.

In this study, variables were constructed based on prior research to examine the impact of information system quality (information quality, system quality, service quality), customer value and satisfaction in hotel comparison site. The samples consist of 205 survey data drawn from hotel comparison site users. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. According to results of the reliability and validity test, all were found reliable, and all items were included. The results are as follows: first, Among the information system quality (information quality, system quality, and service quality) of the hotel comparison site, the information quality and service quality have positive effects on customer value. Second, the information system quality(information quality, system quality, and service quality) of the hotel comparison site has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, the customer value of the hotel comparison site has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This work was carried out for the measurement of vibration and rotation temperature using the optical emission spectroscopy of nitrogen second positive system in the small plasma torch. Among emissions $N_2$ SP systems, the emission of $N_2$ SP(0-0) was so strong. Emission peaks of SP system increased until the position of 12.5[mm] from the end of plasma torch, after that it decreased. However, vibration temperature decreased from 1540[K] to 1000[K] at the position of 12.5[mm]. In addition, rotational temperature was about 400[K] at the position of 10[mm] and it increased a little as much of 420[K] at 12.5[mm]. Consequently, the plasma torch discussed in this work is possible to apply in the surface treatment process under the low temperature.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of ethical management on job performance. For the study, CEO's will, ethical management system and external ethical activity are selected as subordinate variables of ethical management. Therefore, the concrete purpose of this study are four issues: (1) to examine the effects of CEO's will on organizational trust,. (2) to examine the effect of ethical management system on organizational trust, (3) to examine the effects of external ethical activity on organizational trust, (4) to examine the effects of organizational trust on organizational performance. The sample for this empirical study is collected from 334 employees of 5 different companies executing ethical management. The results of analysis are as follows. First, there is a positive effect of CEO's will on organizational trust. Second, there is no effect of ethical management system on organizational trust. Third, there is a positive effect of external ethical activity on organizational trust. Last, there is a positive effect of organizational trust on organizational performance. Based on the results of this study, we suggested implications for business strategies and effective alternatives for ethical management.
