최근 어린이 통학버스 사용이 증가함에 따라 통학버스 운전자 및 동승 보호자의 과실로 인한 사고도 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 정부에서는 이를 방지하기 위한 다양한 정책들을 내놓고 있다. 이에 우리는 어린이 통학버스 사고 방지 및 안전 관리를 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템을 이용하면 버스 운전자는 각 좌석별 어린이의 착석 여부와 안전벨트 사용 여부를 동시에 쉽게 확인할 수 있으므로 운전 중에도 어린이들의 상태에 따라 빠르게 대처 할 수 있다. 카메라로 찍히는 이미지를 실시간 분석하여 얼굴을 인식하는 기능이 있어서, 어린이들은 각자의 키에 맞게 길이가 자동 조절된 안전벨트를 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 교통사고 발생 시 발생 가능한 2차 상해를 방지할 수 있다. 또한 어린이들이 버스에서 내린 것을 확인하기 위한 슬리핑 차일드 체크 시스템과 실시간으로 어린이의 위치를 부모에게 알려주기 위한 문자 서비스도 제공된다. 라즈베리파이를 기반으로 하여 모터, 카메라, 압력센서, 블루투스 모듈 등을 이용하여 구현되었다. 이것을 버스 모형에 부착하여 일련의 기능들이 정확하게 동작함을 확인하였다.

Purpose: To analyze the health concept and health behaviors in school children through the interview on study groups. To obtain the subjective data for health concept and health behaviors in school children. Methods: This study is a qualitative study applied the interview of study groups. Participants are 12 people and two groups- each of them is 3 males and females, which are $6^{th}$grade of elementary schools located in Seoul city and Kyung-gi Province. The interviews were conducted twice on November in 2005. Results: 83 items are significantly related in health concept for school children. The results are the following; 1) the significant health concept for school children is 15 items and there are 5 areas- strength, comfort, action, compatibility and normal life. 2) the actual health behaviors are 23 items and there are 8 areas-exercising, associating, mentally resting, laughing, releasing stress, well sleeping, well eating and receivingcheck-up. 3) the needed and the wanted health behaviors are 45 items and there are 12 areas-well eating, well cleaning, exercising, playing, comforting, resting, staying in familiar environment, receiving regular check-up, abstaining, associating, enjoying hobbies, and forming environment & facilities. Conclusion: For health concepts, school children consider significantly not only physical activities but also social and mental activities and environment. They also want exercising, abstaining, eating well, checking-up, enjoying hobbies, forming environment & facilities with various activities.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe health problems and psychosocial adaptation in children with cancer and to determine the relationship between these two variables. Method: The data were collected from parents of 61 children with cancer, aged 4-11 years at one university hospital in Seoul. The instruments for this study were the Korea Child Behavior Check List (KCBCL) and a physical symptom checklist developed by the researchers. Result: The major health problems were coughing, sleeping disturbances, fatigue and weakness. The total behavior problem score for children in the cancer group was higher than the score for those in the norm group. The scores on the scales for withdrawal, somatic complaints, social immaturity, and internalizing problems were higher in the children with cancer compared to normative findings. Scores on social and school competence in the cancer group were lower than the norms for healthy children. The relationship between health problems and psychosocial adaptation was significant in the subscales of withdrawal, anxiety/depression, internalizing problems and social involvement in the off therapy group. Conclusions: This study shows the various areas that need further study in caring for children with cancer.

본 논문에서는 영상 및 인체 감지 센서를 활용한 새로운 슬리핑 차일드 체크 시스템을 설계 및 제작 할 계획이다. 그에 따라 아두이노 기반의 주 제어 장치로 인체감지 센서 및 온도 센서의 데이터 수집을 통해 차량 내부에 사람 유무와 특정한 온도에 따라 발생 할 수 있는 차량 내 사고에 대해서 방지 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현할 계획이다. 또한 센서들의 값을 블루투스 통신이나 와이파이 통신 방식과 연동하여 휴대폰에 정보 전송을 하여 어플 화면에 센서값을 텍스트로 출력 할 수 있다. 또한 라즈베리파이와 카메라 모듈을 활용하여 차량 내부에 상황을 디스플레이와 스마트폰 스트리밍 서비스를 구축할 계획이다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서 실험과 연구를 통해 정량적 목표인 인체감지 센서로 차량 내부를 100% 인식하게 함으로써 통학 차량 내 안전사고를 방지 하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다.
