  • Social manufacturing architecture is based on information delivery through social media and SNS, PLM and social platform, crowd source and knowledge base on whole phase of product life cycle. Although advanced social manufacturing issues are rising globally, its technology emerging into domestic industry is likely to be slow. We focused to review technological changes and R&D trend, patent issues, and then suggest assignments and advices to be practiced for social manufacturing modeling.

  • The rapid changes in consumption patterns and the manufacturing industry environment are both a threat and an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea because it lacks innovative capacity compared to large conglomerates. In this new manufacturing environment, social manufacturing is an innovative business model that can create new business opportunities for these companies. However, there are not that many proven models of platforms where products are created jointly with consumers. Some conceptual analysis of the success factors and operation strategy of co-creation platforms have started to be released but there are almost no empirical studies conducted on this matter today. In this study, the social manufacturing platform business concept and its components were studied; various factors that affect the willingness to participate in consumer-led co-creation platforms were considered; the factors were surveyed on potential consumers; a study was carried out to analyze the relationship of these factors; a model of these factors were set up and proven.

  • 월드 와이드 요구자를 위한 융복합 소셜 앱 제작 플랫폼은 집단 협업 개발 방식으로 프로젝트 참여자의 의견을 상호 교환하여 소프트웨어의 생산성 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 하지만 융복합 소셜 앱 제작 플랫폼 기반의 집단 협업은 참여자의 평가가 공정하게 이뤄지지 않을 경우 많은 참여자가 이탈하게 된다. 기존 연구에서는 프로젝트 참여자 간의 공정한 동료 평가를 실시하기 위해 다양한 통계적 기법을 바탕으로 동료 평가 점수의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 기존 동료 평가 기법은 프로젝트 활동율을 고려하지 않았다. 그래서 프로젝트 작업의 성격이 반영되지 않아 프로젝트 참여자의 기여도 평가 점수는 신뢰성이 떨어지거나 왜곡되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 참여자의 작업 수행율을 고려한 프로젝트 참여자의 개발 기여도 평가 방법을 제시하였으며 동료 평가 점수의 공정성과 일관성이 보장된 동료 평가 방법을 연구하였다.

Research on Gamification Incentive Mechanism of E-commerce Platform

  • As a new marketing tool, gamification design has been used in marketing practice by e-commerce platforms, aiming to motivate consumers to participate. Based on this, by sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature, analysis of actual business cases, in-depth interviews with users, experiments and data analysis, this study extracts and describes in detail the elements of the e-commerce platform gamification incentive mechanism. Draw conclusions through research: (1) The incentive mechanism of gamification design of e-commerce platform contains four main dimensions : The richness of symbols, The fun of gamification, The contagiousness of Social and The seduction of achievement. (2) The four elements are closely related, and these can work on a system at the same time and have significant mutual effects. (3) Achievement and fun can bring intrinsic motivation to consumers, while sociability and symbols can bring external motivation to consumers and promote internal motivation through external motivation. (4) The seduction of achievement and the richness of symbol are most closely related.

통합기술수용이론 요인 기반 국내 화물운송 플랫폼 수용의도에 관한 연구 (A study on Factors Affecting to Domestic Cargo Transportation Platform Adoption Using the UTAUT Model)

  • This study is to examine the perception and difference of existing market participants on the intention of accepting domestic cargo transportation platform and analyze the effect of the intention on acceptance using UTAUT. Through the analysis, we can quantitatively examine the expectation of the cargo transportation platform expected by the participants in the transportation market and suggest implications. As the results of the analysis of variance conducted to understand the difference according to the variables of each industry, it was found that there was no difference in attitude according to the cargo transportation platform for workers of various companies such as transportation, distribution, and manufacturing. The results of the test showed that performance expectation, effort expectation, significance influence, and social impact had a positive (+) effect on acceptance intention. However, the hypothesis that perceived risk would have negative (-) effects on acceptance intention was not significant and was rejected.

  • Human rights at poor working condition is the severe problem in modern manufacturing system. The industrial dual-arm robot is being developed to meet these social issues fundamentally. The dual-arm robot can work instead of human workers. We developed the new dual-arm robot for manufacturing mobile phone and TV. It has advantages such as the solo controller for both arms, the human sized body and arms. The software platform for the industrial dual-arm robot is being developed which has strength in its convenience and intelligence compared to conventional the robot software platforms. Here the development of the dual-arm robot software platform is introduced.

빅데이터 분석을 이용한 패션 플랫폼과 패션 스마트 팩토리에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Fashion Platforms and Fashion Smart Factories using Big Data Analysis)

  • This study aimed to grasp the perceptions and trends in fashion platforms and fashion smart factories using big data analysis. As a research method, big data analysis, fashion platform, and smart factory were identified through literature and prior studies, and text mining analysis and network analysis were performed after collecting text from the web environment between April 2019 and April 2021. After data purification with Textom, the words of fashion platform (1,0591 pieces) and fashion smart factory (9750 pieces) were used for analysis. Key words were derived, the frequency of appearance was calculated, and the results were visualized in word cloud and N-gram. The top 70 words by frequency of appearance were used to generate a matrix, structural equivalence analysis was performed, and the results were displayed using network visualization and dendrograms. The collected data revealed that smart factory had high social issues, but consumer interest and academic research were insufficient, and the amount and frequency of related words on the fashion platform were both high. As a result of structural equalization analysis, it was found that fashion platforms with strong connectivity between clusters are creating new competitiveness with service platforms that add sharing, manufacturing, and curation functions, and fashion smart factories can expect future value to grow together, according to digital technology innovation and platforms. This study can serve as a foundation for future research topics related to fashion platforms and smart factories.

소비자 맞춤형 삼차원 프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위한 탐색 (Preparatory Research prior to the Development of Consumer-Tailored 3D Printing Service Platform)

  • 삼차원(3D) 프린터의 개발과 보급에 따라 현대의 소비자들은 자신이 원하는 제품을 집에서 3D프린팅 할 수 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 3D프린팅을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 제작이 활성화되기 위해서는 3D프린터와 호환되는 디지털 설계도를 소비자 스스로 제작할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 최적의 프린팅 재질과 온도를 설정할 수 있어야 하고 3D프린터의 유지보수에 비용을 감당해야 한다. 더하여 혹시 있을지 모르는 디자인에 대한 지식재산권 문제에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 실상 소비자가 이러한 문제들에 대응하기는 어렵기 때문에 소비자가 원하는 방향으로 3D프린팅을 대행해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 개발될 필요가 있다. 이런 동기에서 출발한 본 연구는 소비자가 원하는 3D프린팅 서비스 방식이 무엇인지에 통찰을 얻기 위해 세계적인 온라인 3D프린팅 제품판매 업체인 Shapeways (www.shapeways.com)에 대한 사용자 경험을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하였다. 그 결과 Shapeways의 사용성, 검색과정, 가격 적절성, 재방문의도, 디자인의 다양성, 디자인 만족도에 대한 양적 평가에서 전반적으로 낮은 평가를 받았다. 또한 다양한 언어지원, 제품 제작과정 공개 및 온-오프라인 사이트 동시운영, 디자이너 중심의 소비자 맞춤형 제작 서비스, 배송 안전성과 제품 내구성에 대한 확신을 줄 수 있는 서비스, 표면의 마감처리 서비스가 필요하다는 건설적인 의견을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 3D프린팅 서비스에 대한 통찰을 획득하였다. 본 연구가 3D프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발뿐 아니라, 관련된 산업 및 연구에도 폭넓은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Korea is changing from a labor-intensive industry to a technology-intensive industry in order to occupy a competitive edge compared to other countries. Recently, a lot of investment has been made not only in technology-intensive industries but also in information industries. Therefore, it is developing in various forms such as special technology, platform industry, and virtual reality as a technology-intensive industry and information industry field. In this social phenomenon, the necessity of starting a business using new ideas and technologies is increasing. Therefore, universities also need entrepreneurship education for their students, and it is necessary to investigate how the contents of the university's start-up education support, individual achievement needs, and the degree of acquisition of start-up knowledge affect the establishment of business strategies necessary for start-ups.

  • 4차 산업혁명은 초기 단순 제조업 혁신에서 사회 및 경제분야에서 다양한 기술적 융합 방향을 이끄는 메가 트랜드로서 국가별로 진행하고 있다. COVID-19와 같은 감염병의 유행은 디지털 중심의 비대면 비즈니스를 경제 운영에서 전환되고 있으며 온라인화 확산을 위해서는 개인 맞춤형서비스를 위한 AI와 빅데이터 기술의 활용은 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 4차산업혁명을 주요한 기술 특징 및 정부에서 추진하는 디지털 뉴딜의 효과적 이행을 위해 핵심 기술인 인공지능기술의 적용을 중심으로 사례를 분석하고 재난대응 분야에서의 활용 사례를 기술한다. 재난대응 활용사례로서 AI 조력자는 긴급호출에서 신고자의 상태에 따른 적절한 대응책들을 제시한다. 이를 위해 AI 조력자는 적응적 대응을 위한 음성인식 데이터 기반 분석 및 변환 텍스트의 재난 분류를 제공한다.
