이 연구는 우리나라 사회복지사의 수행 직무 특성을 고찰하고 사회복지사 1급과 2,3급의 직무유형을 제시하기 위하여 911명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 직무의 수행 빈도와 직무수준을 조사하였고, 이 두 가지 요소를 함께 고려하여 1급과 2,3급의 직무를 유형화하였다. 사회복지사의 수행 직무 특성으로는 시설관리, 직접 서비스 제공, 접수, 문서관리 등 수준이 낮게 인식된 직무의 수행 빈도가 높은 반면, 인력관리, 기획 및 재정관리 등의 행정적 직무와 업무형성과 유지, 평가 및 종결 등 수준이 높게 인식된 직무의 수행 빈도는 낮게 나타났다. 직무유형에 대안 분석 결과, 85개의 요소업무 중 유형 I의 업무(1급 사회복지사의 수행업무)는 53개였으며, 유형IV의 업무(2,3급 사회복지사의 수행업무)는 11개로 분류되었다. 또한 1급이나 2,3급이 실천현장이나 분야의 특성에 따라 탄력적으로 수행할 수 있는 업무유형 II, III의 업무는 31개가 제시되었다. 이 연구는 사회복지사 급수별 직무를 제시함으로써, 직무 할당의 근거로 활용하고 그에 따른 전문적 서비스를 제공하기 위함인데, 직무 할당이 급수별로 보다 명확하게 이루어지기 위채서는 현행 사회복지사 자격 제도가 함께 정비되어져야 한다. 이 연구가 자격제도 정비의 근거로 활용되고, 책임 있는 사회복지서비스의 제공근거로 활용되길 바란다.

The purpose of this study is to derive implications for effective management of the public social worker by investigating the relationship between social support, job attitude and self-esteem of the public social worker. In order to accomplish this research purpose, social support of the public social worker as independent variables, job attitude as a dependent variable, and self-esteem as a parameter were analyzed and the relationship between these variables was analyzed. As a result, emotional, evaluative, material, and informational support, which constitute the social support of the public social worker, have a significant effect on job attitude, and self-esteem has a mediating effect on the relationship between these variables. Based on the results of this analysis, the importance of social support of the public social worker was suggested.

이 연구는 사회복지사의 직무특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 고찰함으로써 사회복지사의 직무 설계 시 고려해야 할 요소를 밝혀내기 위해 시행되었다. 설문은 사회복지관의 사회복지사와 의료사회복지사 240명이 응답한 결과를 토대로 분석하였다. 연구결과 사회복지기관 사회복지사의 직무만족에는 자율성, 피드백, 정체성, 전문성, 필요성의 직무특성과 자기효능감이 영향을 미쳤으며, 의료사회복지사의 직무만족에는 필요성과 자기효능감, 성별, 직위만이 영향을 미쳐, 직무특성요인이 부분적으로 결과변수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 핵크맨과 올드햄(1975)의 핵심직무특성보다는 정체성, 전문성, 필요성의 직무특성 영향력이 보다 강한 것으로 나타나, 사회복지사의 지식과 기술, 기법 외에 관점이나 정체성, 필요성 등을 강조하는 접근이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향력이 다른 변수보다 강하였고, 직무 특성이 직무만족에 영향을 미침에 있어 부분적인 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타나, 사회복지사의 자기효능감을 증진시키기 위한 교육과 지지적인 환경, 수퍼비전 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 핵크맨과 올드햄(1975)의 핵심직무특성 모형을 사회복지조직에 적용한 연구로, 직무설계 시 사회복지실천현장의 특성별로 달리 나타나는 직무특성 요인을 감안한 직무의 설계와 재설계를 통하여 사회복지사 효율성을 도모해야 할 필요성을 제기하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to measure the social worker's knowledge about facts on aging and attitude toward the elderly between Korea and Japan. and to find out the variables that may influence their attitude. Four hundred and sixty two social workers working in nursing homes were given the questionnaire containing the Kyung San Facts on Aging Quiz to measure the level of knowledge about aging and Yoon (1988)'s scale to find the direction of attitude toward the elderly. The results of this study are analyzed as follows: (1) The Korean social worker's level of knowledge about aging was 63.0%, which was lower than Japanese social worker's level (67.6%). (2) Using 5 points scale. mean of the Korean social worker's attitude toward the elderly was 2.2 (44.8%), which was significantly different from the Japanese social worker's attitude 3.2 (63.4%). (3) Using multiple regression analysis, the social worker's level of knowledge about aging was the most significant predictor to explain the social worker's attitude toward the elderly. The other variables that are also statistically significant predictors of the social workers' attitude were country, personal experience with the elderly. and voluntary experience for the elderly. Especially the significant predictors to explain the Korean social workers' attitude were their levels of knowledge about aging. age, and classification of social worker license. On the other hand. the significant predictors to explain the Japanese social workers' attitude were their levels of knowledge about aging and periods of activity, Based on the research results, implications for practice and education methods for making social workers' attitude toward the elderly more positive are also suggested.

Political participation consciousness of social worker is changed and politics participation activity is putting forth with a bud. Currently, the systematic and scientific approach in study of social worker's the political participation is short. This study analyzes the present situation of political participation action and will present political participation action contents and direction in the future. This study may give practical meaning to the social welfare practice and educational scope about what we must do to become a political influence the group. The object of this study is 1229 people in choosing social welfare politics participation investigation committee data. A participation of Korean social worker appeared that a meeting or a demonstration is high when comparing the United States. Also, electioneers, and, government bureaucrat contact, financial contributions is a half experience. The strong variable in explaining social worker's the political participation was a politics efficacy, politics interest. Political efficacy and politics interest, a joining and a political behavior proposal of an association is a influenced factor. Through this result The Civic Volunteer Model is a theory to able to explain social worker's the political participation. Approach growing the political efficacy and politics interest is very important in activating politics participation. Role of a social welfare association or a group was important in order to induce politics participation and concentrate.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between interpersonal stress and job burnout, turnover intention of social welfare worker's in social welfare center and efficient response of welfare worker's. In order to accomplish this study purpose, the interpersonal stress of social welfare worker's in social welfare center as an independent variable, interpersonal stress as a dependent variable of job burnout and turnover intention, and stress coping ability as a moderating variable were selected. The causal relationship between interpersonal stress and job burnout, turnover intention and the moderating effect of stress coping ability were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the interpersonal stress of social welfare worker's showed a significant effect on job burnout and turnover intention. Also, moderating effects of stress copying ability were significant. Based on the results of this analysis, the theoretical implications and policy implications of this study are suggested, and the directions and limitations of this study are suggested.

본 연구는 사회복지학과 4학년생이 인식하는 사회복지사직에 관한 인식유형 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사직을 준비하는 학생들의 교육에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 Q방법을 적용하여, 경상남도와 경상북도 4년제 대학교 사회복지학과 학생 30명을 대상으로 사회복지사직에 대한 주관적인 반응을 객관적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지학과 4학년 학생들의 사회복지사직에 대한 직업관 인식유형은 세 가지로 유형화될 수 있었다. 제 1 유형은 '직무비관적 현실회피형'으로 사회복지사직을 직무소진이 많고 업무량이 높다고 인식하며, 사회복지사직의 의미나 소명에 대해 비관적이다. 제 2유형은 '실천중심적 전문직추구형'으로 사회복지사직의 실천적인 측면을 중요시 여기며 전문직으로서의 사회복지사직을 추구하는 동시에 이를 위한 정책이나 제도에 의존하는 입장이다. 제 3 유형은 '가치지향적 자아실현형'으로 사회복지실천에 있어서 가치나 윤리의 필요성을 중시하며, 사회복지사직을 통한 자아실현을 중요하게 인식한다. 전체적으로 보아 사회복지학과 4학년 학생들의 사회복지사직에 대한 인식이 긍정적이지 못하며, 자아실현이나 전문직으로서의 자부심이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통하여 볼 때 사회복지사직의 가치에 대한 교육이 더 필요하다고 본다.

본 연구는 사회복지 이용시설에 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 인식론적 신념과 지시적 실천정도를 탐색하였다. 인식론적 신념은 지식에 관한 이론으로서 사회복지사에게 실천행위의 근거를 제공해 준다는 의미에서 사회복지실천과 관련성을 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구에서 인식론적 신념은 객관주의와 구성주의 인식론으로 분류하여 분석하였으며, 지시적 실천정도는 Rothman 등이 제안한 클라이언트에 대한 사회복지 실천유형을 근거로 구분하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 인식론적 신념이 지시적 실천정도에 어떤 영향력을 미치고 있는가를 밝히는 것이다. 분석결과 사회복지사의 인식론적 신념은 객관주의 인식론에 비해 구성주의 인식론이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 객관주의 인식론은 사회복지사의 지시적 개입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지 실천과정의 복잡성과 독특성을 고려할 때 사회복지사에게 다양한 인식론적 입장이 필요하다는 것과 객관주의 인식론에 대한 성찰을 요청하고 있다.

본 연구는 사회복지사가 인식하는 사회복지의 가치적합성이 그들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 감성노동(표면행위, 내면행위)의 매개역할을 살펴보았다. 보다 구체적으로 기존에는 주로 조직수준에서 이루어진 가치적합성 연구를 직업수준에서 살펴보면서, 사회복지사가 사회복지의 가치적합성을 인식할수록 그들의 직무만족과 조직몰입 수준이 증가하는지, 그들의 표면행위가 사회복지 가치적합성과 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 관계를 부정적으로 매개하고, 내면행위가 긍정적으로 매개하는지를 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 실증분석의 결과에 의하면, 사회복지사가 사회복지 가치적합성을 인식할수록 표면행위는 감소하고 내면행위는 증가하였으며, 직무만족과 조직몰입의 수준은 높아졌다. 표면행위는 사회복지 가치적합성과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 완전매개하였으며, 내면행위는 사회복지 가치적합성과 직무만족, 그리고 사회복지 가치적합성과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 각각 완전매개하였다. 사회복지 가치적합성에 대한 인식이 사회복지사의 감성노동을 표면행위에서 내면행위로 개선시킴으로써 직무만족과 조직몰입을 증가시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 사회복지 실천에서 사회복지사의 역량강화와 자기효능감 간의 관계를 밝히고, 변혁적 리더십이 이들 관계를 조절하여주는지 살펴보기 위하여 시도되었다. 조사는 서울의 사회복지기관에서 근무하는 사회복지전담공무원과 사회복지사를 대상으로 진행되었으며 390명의 자료가 최종분석에 활용되었다. 조사도구로는 사회복지사 역량강화, 사회복지 자기효능감, 변혁적 리더십 척도 등이 사용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ 12.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 피어슨의 상관관계, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, 다중선형회귀분석, 일반선형모델 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 역량강화와 변혁적 리더십의 정도가 높을수록 사회복지사의 사회복지 자기효능감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 역량강화 하위요소 가운데 전문적 활동과 사회복지사의 사회복지 자기효능감 간의 관계에서 사회복지사가 인지하는 리더의 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 사회복지사가 인지한 리더의 변혁적 리더십의 수준이 높은 집단의 사람들보다는 낮은 집단의 사람들에게서 상대적으로 사회복지사의 전문적 활동이 사회복지사의 자기효능감에 미치는 영향이 높게 나타났으며, 이러한 결과는 전문적 활동을 수행해야 하는 사회복지사와 사회복지기관에 시사해 주는 바가 크다.
