  • RPA(Remelt Power Analysis)and RC(Remote Control) System have been researched from former several decade for a various power rate system a efficent power service and rising of personal expenses, etc. But the existing RPA and RC System have disadventage which are complex and high cost to install an individual communication network of electricity company This paper proposed a new type of RPA and RC System using PLC with Internet. and made components for proposal system so we made the PLC modem, the digital watt-hour meter with a build in PLC modem and the softwere on server computer for establishing the proposal system. The bit rate of the proposed system is about 4800bps.

  • In this paper, an experimental investigation of characteristics of developing turbulent steady flows in a square-sectional $180^{\circ}$curved duct is presented. The experimental study using air in a square-sectional $180^{\circ}$ curved duct carryed out to measure axials direction velocity and wall shear stress distrbutions by using Laser Dopper Velocimeter(LDV) system with data acquistion and processing the system of FIND6260 softwere at 7 sections from the inlet($\phi=0^{\circ}$) to the outlet($\phi=180^{\circ}$) in $301^{\circ}$ intervals of a curved duct.

  • 본 논문에서는 BIM TOOL 중 하나인 AUTODESK사의 Revit Softwere를 활용하여 건축물에서 필수적으로 사용하고 있는 전기 설비 중 조명설비를 대상으로 전력소비에 따라 발생하는 온실가스인 이산화탄소($CO_2$), 메탄($CH_4$), 아산화질소($N_2O$) 배출량을 추정하여 건축물 에너지절감의 필요성을 강조하고 증명하고자 한다. BIM을 적용 할 수 있는 설계, 시공, 유지보수 외에 사용자의 전력소비에 따른 배출량을 연계한 데이터를 추출하여 온실가스 감축을 위한 전력절감의 TOOL 활용과 국가 정책, 제도 및 지침에 적극 활용되기를 기대한다.

A Study on Core Competencies of ITS Project Managers Using QFD and AHP (QFD와 AHP를 이용한 ITS 프로젝트관리자 핵심역량 연구)

  • ITS (Intelligent Transportation System) has been more popular but ITS project managements remain complex because of diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary processes of ITS. The multidisciplinary process enforces specialized competencies on ITS project managers comparing to other system integration project managers. In this paper, we derived core competencies of ITS projects from previous researches, built the hierarchy of the competencies, and employed AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) surveying ITS project managers and auditors with the hierarchy. Finally, we analyzed the difference of evaluation model on ITS project manager between project managers and auditors using Mann-Whitney U test. Additionally we suggest a method of building MECE (Mutually Exclusive and Collectively Exhaustive) structure for AHP using the HoQ (House of Quality). We expect our model to give some inspirations for raising capable ITS project managers and selecting a proper project manager for an ITS project.

Development of Detection and Analysis System for Electrogastrographic Signal (위전도신호의 측정 및 분석시스템 개발)

  • Electrogastrography(EGG), the cutaneous recording of the myoelectrical activity of the stomach using surface electrodes, is a non-invasive technique to detect gastric motility disorder, We developed a detection and analysis system for the EGG signal, which consists of hardware(bio-amplifier, filter) and softwere(user interface, analysis algorithm, patient database). The EGG signal was amplified and filtered by 3 channel bio-amplifiers, and simultaneously digitized and stored on IBM PC with a sampling frequency of 16 Hz. The stored EGG signal was analyzed using developed algorithm to extract clinically useful information from the signal. The developed system has tested through animal experiments, and is under clinical evaluation.

Remote Control of Network-Based Modular Robot (네트웍 기반 모듈라 로봇의 원격 제어)

  • A modular robot that memorizes motion can be easily created and operated because it expresses by hand. However, since there is not enough storage space in the module to store the user-created operation, it is impossible to reuse the created operation, and when the modular robot again memorizes the operation, it changes to another operation. There is no main controller capable of operating a plurality of modular robots at the same time, and thus there is a disadvantage that the user must input directly to the modular robot. To overcome these disadvantages, a remote controller has been proposed that can be operated in the surrounding smart devices by designing web server and component based software using wired and wireless network. In the proposed method, various types of structures are created by connecting to a modular robot, and the reconstructed operation is performed again after storing, and the usefulness is confirmed by regenerating the stored operation effectively. In addition, the reliability of the downloaded trajectory data is verified by analyzing the difference between the trajectory data and the actual trajectory. In the future, the trajectory stored in the remote controller will be standardized using the artificial intelligence technique, so that the operation of the modular robot will be easily implemented.
