This study aims to identify the types and type-specific characteristics of subjectivity on complementary alternative therapy of nursing students using Q-methodology and to provide them as basic materials for nursing education. Q-methodology provides a scientific method for identifying perception structures that exist within certain individuals or groups. Thirty C college nursing students' classified 35 selected Q-statements into 9 points standard, according to the level of agreement or disagreement by forced normal distribution. The collected data was analyzed by using a QUNAL PC program. Resultingly, the attitude of nursing students regarding complementary alternative therapy was divided into three types. Type 1 is positive recognition. The students who think the therapy contributes to maintaining and improving health, and is a way to protect human body and improve welfare by enhancing immunity. Type 2 is objective acceptance. The students who think the complementary alternative therapy is effective when it is properly used for specific constitutions in discussion with medical teams after its effects are scientifically reviewed. Type 3 is popularity consideration. The students who put focus on its popular use and regard the therapy as very useful for not only patients but also ordinary healthy people because it is based on the natural and human approach. In conclusion, proposed are studies on influence factor of nursing students' awareness about the complementary alternative therapy and reviews on the effects of the complementary alternative therapy that is applied as nursing intervention.
The present research set out to further validate the results that Stromborg (1976) obtained in which a correlation (r= .22, p < .001) was found between the femininity of woman nursing students and their image of nursing. In addition the experimenter set out to elucidate any possible differences in the image of nursing according to (a) religion, (b) the motivation for choosing nursing as well as, (c) the particular area in which the students hoped to work after graduating. The research was conducted by presenting questionnaire type scales including a femininity scale and a nursing image scale, to 301 graduating students attending 4 Three-year nursing schools located within Seoul from November 21st, 1978 to November 30th. The results: 1. There was clearly no relation between femininity and the image of nursing as such (r= .01, p > .43). But upon analyzing the results along five subdimensions of the nursing image variable it was discovered that : (a) if femininity is low, the nursing student tend to view the educational preparation for becoming a nurse in a more positive light (r= -.10, p < .05), and (b) if femininity is high, the students tend to perceive their social role with a positive frame of mind (r= .15, p < .005). 2. There was a significant difference found in the image of nursing as related to the religion of the nursing students, The means ranked as follows (high scores indicate a positive image of the nursing profession). Catholic > Protestant > no religion > Buddhist 3, The difference in the nursing image according to motivation for sellecting the profession emerged as quite significant (F=6.92, p < .001). The rank of the means when the subject group is divided along the dimension of motive is as follows (ranking begins with the most positive nursing image): (a) The profession itself seemed good; (b) after marriage one can do a social type of activity; (c) significant others’advice: (d) the profession matches their high school grade record; (e) it matches the economic situation of the student; (f)no particular reason for their choice: (g) it's easy to get a nursing job after graduation. 4. The particular area of nursing one intended to go into after graduation varied significantly in terms of the image of nursing (F=3.03, p < .005). The means when ranked starting with those having the most positive image of the profession: (a) nurses helping deliveries; (b) hospital nurses: (c) nursing education; (d) school nurses: (e) government nurse supervisors: (f)public health nurses: (g) (students not going into any profession); (h) (students not going into the nursing profession but into some other area).

This study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey study that confirms the effect on subjects that prefer clinical practice in order to prepare basic data for efficient clinical practice guidance for nursing college students. The study participants were 201 students attending C University, and the data collection period was from October 1 to October 15, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 as descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, Chi square test, ANOVA test, and Multiple regression test. As a result of the analysis, it was found that clinical decision-making and critical thinking were correlated under the statistical significance level (r=.730, p<0.01). The most favorite clinical practice department was community nursing, and male students preferred community nursing the most (Male=45.6%, χ2=.000), female students were found to prefer similar levels of practical subjects with child nursing , adult nursing, and maternal nursing(χ2=000).Clinical decision-making was found to be higher in students who preferred community nursing at a statistical significance level than those who preferred child nursing (F=4.91, p<0.01). Critical thinking was higher among students who preferred adult nursing than those who preferred other subjects (F=4.65, p<0.01). Through the analysis results, it was found that general characteristics vary, but clinical decision-making ability and critical thinking affect the preference of clinical practice subjects. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the professor of clinical practice suggests the development of a program to foster clinical decision-making and critical thinking to make students interested in clinical practice subjects.

Purpose: This descriptive study was done to identify factors that influence stress related to clinical practice for nursing students. Methods: Structured questionnaires were used to collect data from 278 students from two nursing colleges located in G metropolitan city and one nursing college in C region. Results: The factors that most influenced stress for the nursing students during their clinical practice were critical thinking disposition, clinical competence, year, and gender. Especially, the result showed that higher critical thinking disposition and clinical competence correlated with lower stress in clinical practice. Conclusion: The results indicate that improving nursing students' critical thinking ability and clinical competence would help to relieve stress during clinical practice and increase the ability to cope with stress efficiently. The development of a variety of teaching and learning strategies and education in both theoretical and clinical practice education would be necessary to achieve this goal.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among grit, academic resilience, and psychological well-being among nursing students. Methods: The participants were 271 nursing students, enrolled in C university. Data were collected from September 5 to 30, 2016 and analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The mean scores for academic resilience were above average. The mean score for grit and psychological well-being presented an appropriate level. Psychological well-being in nursing students was significantly correlated with academic resilience (r=.65, p<.001) and grit (r=.52, p<.001). The significant predictors of psychological well-being for nursing students were academic resilience (${\beta}=.47$, p<.001), grit (${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), and major satisfaction (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001) which explained 53.1% of the variance in psychological well-being. Conclusion: The results indicate that it is necessary to develop grit and academic resilience enhancement programs to improve the psychological well-being of nursing students.
