Purpose:?The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relationship between top management 's leadership and construction quality management activities that affect construction management performance based on construction quality management. Methods:?As its method, the causal relationship between the leadership of top management and the key management factors of construction quality management activities affecting management performance is analyzed by using the structural equation model. The construction companies used in the analysis sample conducted surveys on companies that are conducting ISO, KOSHA, OHSAS, DQC, and so on. Results:?It was revealed that top management's leadership has a great influence on management performance and all management factors of construction quality management activities. However, safety management does not affect the management performance of construction quality management activities. And top management's leadership on management performance are explained by the mediating effect of cost, time, quality and communication among management factors of construction quality management activities. Conclusion:?In the previous study, the quality management activities and the ISO - based integrated total quality management system (TQM) applied in the manufacturing or service industries were presented as empirical results. However, this study presents the results of different studies by presenting empirical study results by selecting time, cost, quality, safety and communication as key management factors of quality management activities of construction companies through reviewing and analyzing previous studies in construction field.

This study was exploratively performed to demonstrate the management behavior of the public software project in korea. In this study, 167 auditing reports on the public software project which were carried out during $1999{\sim}2003$, were employed and surveyed. Survey reveals that quality management was the most neglected in process of software project management relative to other 12 management areas. And configuration management, risk management, time management, and scope management follow up in order in its vulnerability in software project management.

The purpose of this study is to suggest visual resource management methods for the national parks and adjacent areas, where visual impacts by high rise buildings such as hotel, condominium, etc. become serious problems. In this study Soraksan National Park has been selected as a case study for landscape management planning. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Comprehensive landscape management planning for National Parks and adjacent areas is necessary to solve visual impact problems by high rise buldings such as hotel, condominium, etc. 2) It is suggested to investigate visual resources and conceptual landscape management ideas, to select landscape control points and lines, landscape management areas, and to prepare building height control plan for proper landscape management plan. 3) In case of Soraksan national park, the landscape management plan includes three landscape management areas : Landscape preservation area, General landscape management area, and special landscape management area. 4) In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to more effective landscape management.

The purpose of this study is to reconceptualize the homeroom management and classroom management for secondary school teachers. The result of the study is as follows: First, the homeroom management that has been usually miss-presented as 'classroom management' in Korea is the concept comprizing the elements of homeroom management and those of teaching management together. Second is the re-conceptualization of classroom management. As the sub-concepts of classroom management, the homeroom (classroom) management and the teaching (classroom) management are also suggested. The classroom management is defined as 'the conduct or ability to accomplish the educational activities successfully'. Meanwhile, the homeroom (classroom) management is defined as 'the homeroom teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for class students' and the teaching (classroom) management as 'the subject teacher's conduct or ability to successfully accomplish the educational activities for the class'. Therefore, the teachers are asked to have the ability for classroom management - that is, both the homeroom (classroom) management ability as the homeroom teachers and the teaching (classroom) management ability as the subject teachers. Based on the results, this study suggests some school policies such as the sharing of effective classroom management strategies through the change of teachers' culture and the improving of working environment for better concentration to the classroom management.

This study is to devide seven subject organs in the metropolitan area by the Malcolm Baldrige's basis which is global standard of management quality to grip the each activities of management quality, to conduct a survey of the management quality of each organ or persons in charge of similar works. Generally, those surveyed show to recognize on the management quality and to apply to real work. Those surveyed show to be able to improve positively quality and service level in case of appling to work of management quality, and to be positive reaction on the contribution about management performance. This study indicates the predominant view which the researcher have to establish the its vision clearly and to promote in a lump success factors of management quality, and the chief executive have to take a firm faith for it. This study also suggest that recognizing positively about its vision and strategy about present condition of management quality activities is one of the implements which not only judge but also establish a good system of an organization. And there has a significant difference between Public and Private Organizations that those evaluate management quality conducts better management performance. However management quality activities shows to mostly agree to be influencing positively to management performance.

Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

Improving the quality and level of the research of institutional household management is one of major issues in the field of study on family resource management and human ecology In this context the purposes of this study were to develop the scheme for the theoretical reconstruction of the subsystem in the institutional household management and to present the applicational contents focused on the marketing management. This study reached a conclusion that the marketing management has to include more practical contents such as PR(public relations), the development and management of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance the useful community resources.

The management system was designed based on the existing research results and domestic and foreign cases of public service standardization, targeting the entire public service.

Product Liability is concerned with liability of a product itself. But, viewing from the management standpoint, Product Liability may have more significant influence on additional sales of the product after it has been supplied into the market. With regard to this, this study tried to make the following: First, this study examined the concept of 'Product Liability and enterprises' management attitude toward Product Liability. Secondly, through the case-analyses of Product Liability, a correlation study had been attempted to know the influence of corporate cultures and product safety activities on business management. Thirdly, this study tried to find the directions of Product Liability at the level of total management strategy.
