In a construction project, process planning is an important factor in determining the success or failure of a project. In particular, it is necessary to systematically establish a process plan in the early stage because the finishing work of an apartment house involves more interference than the foundation work or the frame work. First, in this study the problems of Tact process management were identified, Based on the data from the case project, conventional Tact process management and compositive Tact process management were compared and analyzed. Second, cost analysis was performed on applicable plastering work to suggest the necessity and direction of compositive Tact process management. Third, the appropriateness of manpower according to the number of construction households is analyzed through cost analysis. Through this, the validity and effectiveness of compositive Tact process management were verified based on the results derived from this study.

Poor usage of work-continuity for planning and management is one of the leading causes of decreased productivity in high-rise and complexity construction projects. For efficient finish work, tact scheduling method needs to be implemented according to tact time. But there are the studies about zoning of work area, daily construction information and tact planning and management, there are not the studies about tact time yet. The purpose of this study is to help implementation of tact scheduling by tact time and adjusted work-plan. The main contents of this study are as follow; (1)Tact time has been calculated as coordination of work-plan between a general contractor and specialties. (2)Project-plan can be without delay by tact time calculation method.

The tact switch is widely used in electric and electronic products. The dome type tact spring is produced by stamping. Stamping of the tact spring and operation of the tact switch have been simulated by the elasto-plastic finite element method. The operating characteristics of the switch may be given by the relation between the operating force and stroke. For a given material, this is affected by two main factors. One is the geometry of dome spring which is determined by the geometry of stamping dies and the stamping pressure, and another one is the dimension of switch. From the calculation, it was possible to obtain the stamping conditions and switch dimension for a predetermined force-stroki relation And, the hoop stresses and effective strains distributions due to the stamping and during the operation of the switch indicate a possibility of cracking in the center and rim of dome spring.

This study determined tact process paths by separating the finish works according to the properties of work areas and work relations in order to apply the tact schedule management to the finish works. In addition, by suggesting preparing and sharing the workflow charts, the experiments can be shared between the executors and any possible frictions between the specialist works can be identified in advance. In addition, any errors on the plan can be reviewed and modified through the measurement stage of tact plan attainment rate. The process of tact schedule management is improved with such tools and methods and the efficiency of the process through the application of cases was verified.

TACT process reengineering is applied to the finish work of apartment buildings and extra tall buildings to conduct efficient process control in Korea. Non-systemized information on the performances, however, causes difficulties in building a database for such records and it takes long time to find the relevant information. In order to solve such problems, scientific and quantitative understanding on the construction information and data is required to perform TACT process reengineering satisfactorily and also proper management plan should be provided for the working level staff to understand the required information and data more easily. In this regard, this paper reorganizes the TACT process reengineering based on the general process control and classifies the items of required information to redesign. Redesigned process was verified by specialists making use of work-information matrix. As a result, paper contributed to increasing comprehension level of the working level people and when the persons in charge are transferred to other duty, it makes them understand all the working procedure faster, which enables the departments involved to carry out their cooperation and adjustment more efficiently.

As the recent construction projects have been carried out as a mixed-use complex project that includes architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, and landscape, as well as become bigger and high-rise with the increased repetitive works, the TACT technique has received more attention as an effective method for achieving a target completion date by securing the continuous works. Although the TACT technique can maintain a steady flow without the interruption of works in order to utilize the resources of the repetitive works, it can not be considered as the systematic scheduling technique because the schedule computations are not possible as well as a critical path can not be recognized. This paper proposes the applicabilities of scheduling and monitoring the TACT schedule by the BDM technique as comparing and analyzing the methodologies for apartment finish works by the Excel, the Primavera(P6) based on the PDM technique, and the Beeliner based on the BDM technique that is a new networking technique, respectively.

Construction projects are being more complicated in proportion to the economic development. Process management is a critical issue in the construction that decides success of a project. Especially, a TACT method which divides and manages resources to repeat each activity is more important. Although becoming an issue dealing with the delay at winter season, it is not property developed. This paper suggests 'activity priority method' and 'TACT unit method' through case study. We validate necessity and efficiency of the TACT method through simulations and a survey. We expect cost reduction by decreasing unnecessary spending.

Purpose: Year of 2020, COVID-19 has been changing the people's everyday life to ways never been thought of before all over the world. The IT and electronic industry, the methods of supplying goods and services have been changed from contact to un-tact environments based on un-tact systems very rapidly. COVID-19 has been striking the tourism and the travel industry, especially the airline and hotel industry of which services are provided by human. For the passenger service of airliner, automation has been propelled and un-tact style of service has become mainstreams except cabin service since 2000's. For passenger transportation, due to traffic regulations and exclusions etc., switching to new ways is not easy. However, under the new environment made by COVID-19, kiosk check-in, web check-in and mobile check-in has become more important. In this study, the characteristics of airline customers using mobile goods are investigated to find ways to raise the rate of utilizing mobile check-in and to increase the efficiency of boarding process. Research design, data, and methodology: Considering the COVID-19 environment, survey was done by online research company. The research model is designed to integrate the user characteristics and usage/purchase motive and technology acceptance theory. Especially considering infectious diseases prevention, concern of safety is adopted as one of the usage motive variable. Results: Extraversion or conscientiousness characteristics prefers counter check-in(contact service), while openness characteristics prefers mobile check-in(un-tact service). Concern of safety for infectious disease shows strong non-preference on counter check-in. Conclusions: Regarding service type regardless of type of the industry, automation and un-tact have been mainstreams due to high costs of labor, efficiency and standardization issue, etc., and COVID-19 has given impetus to them. For airliner, un-tact service including boarding process service has been more and more important. To raise the rate of un-tact service use, the characteristics of the user should be analyzed first. The study results indicate that for extraversion or conscientiousness, some kinds of methods to induce them to use un-tact service more are needed.

This paper begins with the question of whether "on-tact" Christian education, which has become the most new-normal phenomenon since Corona 19, will remain as a decisive form of Christian education even in the post-Corona era. In order to answer that question, this study explored whether on-tact Christian education has its own domain of experience and educational elements that cannot be replaced by face-to-face education, specifically focusing on "types of on-tact Christian Education", "discussion of digital church" and "digital epistemology". Through research on "types of onn-tact Christian education," it confirmed that, when viewed on the basis of 'participation' or 'communication', on-tact Christian education has an independent field of experience and educational elements. Through contemplation on "digital ecclesiology", it found that on-tact education is the decisive channel for Christian education to reach digital generation. It also found a new metaphor from the "network" concept for the public church and the Kingdom of God. This paper also found that we experience the perception of the body that is expanded through the combination between the body and technology in the digital world, and that this is a unique epistemology that occurs only in the digital world. Based on the above points, it affirmed that on-tact Christian education is not simply a means of supplementing face-to-face education in the era of COVID-19, but is a Christian education that has an independent field of experience and educational power that face-to-face education cannot replace. Thus it foresees that on-tact Christian education will continue to expand as a center and form of Christian education even in the post-corona era.

Recently, the construction companies show lots of interest in reducing the construction duration of apartment housing project in Korea. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the success factors of scheduling using the TACT technique in wall type apartment house construction for managing the construction schedule effectively. For appling the tact scheduling technique to wall type apartment house construction, the success factors can be summarized as follows : (1) zoning the horizontal and vortical work area properly, (2) preparing the flow chart of finishing works, (3) minimizing the undefined activity like chipping off the concrete wall, (4) reordering the construction activities for keeping up the continuity of works in winter season, (5) dividing the amount of work for minimizing the delay time of any activity, etc.
