$Y_2O_3$$Fe_2O_3$ 첨가에 따른 PSN-PMN-PZT 세라믹스의 전기적 특성에 따른 연구 (A Study on the Electrical properties of PSN-PMN-PZI system ceramics modified With $Y_2O_3$and $Fe_2O_3$)

  • In this study, electrical properties and TCFr of Pb(Sb$_{1}$2/Nb$_{1}$2/)O$_3$-Pb(Mn $_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_3$-Pb(zr, Ti)O$_3$ composition ceramics were investigated wish the Zr/Ti ratio and the additions of Y2O3. and Fe$_2$O$_3$ Electromechanical coupling factor(Kp) showed the highest value of 0.555 in the Zr/Ti=0.50/0.50 ratio ,however, dielectric constant showed the highest value of 1,217 in the Zr/Ti = 0.49/0.51 ratio. Excellent TCFr vague of 421ppm/$^{\circ}C$] at-30~9O$^{\circ}C$ was appeared in the Zr/Ti=0.50/0.50 ratio and electro-mechanical coupling factor(Kp) , mechanical quility factor(Qm) and dielectric constant was 0.496, 1,286 and 1,085 ,respectively ,in the composition ceramics of lwt%Y$_2$O$_3$ and 0.3wt%Fe$_2$O$_3$.

$B_2O_3$ 첨가에 의한 PCW-PNN-PZT 세라믹스의 소결특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sintering Properties of PCW-PNN-PZT Ceramics with $B_2O_3$)

  • In this thesis, the sintering properties and piezoelectric properties of $Pb[(Co_{0.5}W_{0.5})_{0.03}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.07}(Zr_{0.52}Ti_{0.48})_{0.9}]O_3+0.5[wt%]MnO_2$ ceramics has been systematically investigated as a function of the sintering temperature after manufacturing the specimens with a general method. The lattice constant from the analysis of crystal structure showed that the pychlore structure was decreased with the increase of the sintering temperature. Density was decreased by increasing $B_2O_3$. TCFr was showed its minimum variation rate of 0.35~-0.52[%] in the sintered temperature 950[$^{\circ}C$], $B_2O_3$ 3[wt%]. The electromechanical coupling coefficient (Kp) showed its maximum of 31.116[%] in the sintered temperature 1050[$^{\circ}C$], and its minimum of 20.220[%] in the sintered temperature 1150[$^{\circ}C$].

  • This study was to measure the minuteness structure, piezoelectric properties of (0.3-x)PMN- xPSS -0.7PZT+0.5[wt%]NiO+0.5(wt%)$MnO_2$ (x=0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25)ceramics according to sintering temp- erature and PSS(mol%) after manufacturing the specimens with a general method. the results of this study were gotten such as follows. The crystal structure of ceramic has the rombohedral structure in XRD. It appeared that addition of Ni, Mn additive was helpful to the formation of stable structure. The electrome- chanical coupling coefficient(kp) showed good properites on the whole, showed its maximum value 25.94[%] in specimens sintered at 1100[$^{\circ}C$], x=0.25mol. The mechanical quality coefficient(Qm) showed its maximum value 272.42 in specimens sintered at 1150[$^{\circ}C$], x=0.05mol. and was decreased by increasing PSS[mol%] The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency(TCFr) showed stable properties in all sintering temperature with x=0.05mol. Especially good stability of 0.0054[%/$^{\circ}C$] showed in specimens sintered at 1100$^{\circ}C$, x=0.05mol.

고주파 레조네이터용 변성 $PvTiO_3$계 세라믹스의 공진특성 (Resonant Properties of Modified $PvTiO_3$System Ceramics for High frequency Resonator)

  • In this study, P $b_{0.88}$(L $a_{a}$N $d_{l-a}$)$_{0.08}$(M $n_{1}$3/S $b_{2}$3/)$_{0.02}$ $Ti_{0.98}$ $O_3$system ceramics were manufactured for 20 MHz class resonator application. Electromechanical coupling factor, mechanical quality factor and dynamic range of 3rd overtone thickness vibration mode were measured as the variations of La and Nd molar ratio. Mechanical quality factor and dynamic range at $\alpha$=0.6 composition ceramics showed the highest value of 2, 691 and 52.37 dB, respectively. The tempearture coefficient of resonant frequency measured from -2$0^{\circ}C$ to 8$0^{\circ}C$ showed an excellent value of 5ppm/$^{\circ}C$ at $\alpha$ = 1 composition ceramics. ceramics.s.
