The purpose of this paper is to study the send and receive of the message in the TEDI System. The TEDI System replaces a series of trade documents with electronic date, and it realizes secure and reliable transactions of data among parties by means of open networks, such as the Internet. The TEDI system is composed of Web browsers, TC Serves, a RSP Server, and Certification Servers. TEDI has development the system and legal frame work. Exporters, importers, carriers, banks insurance and companies those who engage in the trade releated business have tested TEDI system and evaluated the legal frame work from the practical point of view. TEDI is now refining the system and preparing for the service. A fundamental feature of the TEDI System is the attribution to participants of data messages through public key certificates issued by certification authorities that allow for verification of digital signatures. Access to servers maintained by such certification authorities also takes place through the internet. In principle, certificates used by any reputable certification authority may be employed as long as they are compatible with X.509 V3.

Bolero System is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions, as well as the Bolero Rulebook and Operating Rules governing their use. On the other hand, The TEDI System replaces a series of trade documents with electronic date, and it realizes secure and reliable transactions of data among parties by means of open networks, such as the Internet. Bolero Project initially had the support of TEDIS, and now is a joint-venture between SWIFT and IT Club. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. A Bolero Bill of Lading replicates the basic functions of a paper-based bill of lading via title registry service and core messaging platform. A Bolero Bill of Lading consists of BBL Text and Title Registry Record. A Tittle Registry Record carries out the function of a document of title and a BBL may be transferred by changing the roles of users in this Title Registry Record. TEDI Project had been conducted from the April 1999 to the September 2000 on the basis of the EDEN Project(Dec.97- Mar. 1999) and International Trade Guidances Project (Nov. 1998-Mar. 1999). Through TEDI Project, the RSP Model was introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution. The RSP Model Solution will be furnished through TC (Trade Chain) Server and RSP(Repository Service Provider) Server. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems and solutions in the pilot test of electronic Bill of Lading using TEDI's RSP and to promote the introduction of electronic Bill of Lading.

The CMI Rules for Electronic Bills of Lading were drafted by the Comite Maritime International(CMI) and related specifically to EDI transfers of negotiable bills of lading. The CMI Rules are contractual in nature and the application of the CMI Rules is strictly voluntary. The method adopted in the CMI Rules to enable negotiation of the rights to cargo in a controlled method is based on the introduction of the ‘Private Key’. The Bolero service will be governed by a multilateral contract called the Bolero Rule Book which specifies the rights and responsibilities of Bolero and its users. The Title Registry and Bolero Bill of Lading provide a fully functional equivalent to the paper bill of lading. The Bolero Bill of Lading can be created, transferred, amended, and surrendered by way of designating to order party, blank endorsement, refusal by the transferee etc. In Japan, through TEDI Project, the RSP Model is introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution. The RSP Model Solution will be furnished through TC(Trade Chain) Server and RSP(Repository Service Provider) Server. The purpose of this paper is to analyze comparatively the CMI Rules and Bolero Bill of Lading and RSP Model of TEDI and to find the implications in this case study for quick introduction of electronic Bill of Lading.

In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

현재 GUI 인터페이스와 컴퓨터 기술의 발전으로 다양한 형태의 그래픽 모델링 도구들과 시각 프로그래밍 시스템들이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 시스템들을 개발하기 위해서는 사용자가 그래픽 요소들의 형태와 그래픽 요소들간의 연결 관계를 개발자가 직접 프로그램을 이용해서 작성하여야 하기 때문에 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 그래픽 요소의 형태와 그래픽 요소들간의 연결성을 직접 조작 방식을 이용해서 기술할 수 있는 토큰 편집기인 TEdi(Token Editor)와 시각 프로그래밍의 기본적인 기능을 지원할 수 있는 AVE(Abstract Visual Editor)를 소개한다. TEdi는 그래픽 요소들을 정의하기 위해서 사용되며, 토큰 단위의 각 그래픽 요소는 다른 그래픽 요소와 연결되기 위해서 연결자를 사용한다. 연결자는 그래픽 편집기에서 연결될 수 있는 그래픽 요소를 제한함으로써 시각 프로그래밍 혹은 모델링에서 구문 오류를 줄여줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제공하는 시스템을 사용하는 경우에 사용자는 보다 쉽게 그래픽 요소와 시각 프로그래밍 혹은 모델링 도구를 작성할 수 있을 것이다.

Electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there is the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice and to verity authenticity of transaction. It is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not and also has much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic transactions, certification system with cryptography skill are inevitably necessary. Also there is needed legal base in the electronic document as functional equivalent of the paper document. Recently there are so many commercial certification service provider(CPS) such as Identrus, Bolero, TEDI but their establishment of CPS, certification process, guideline and so on are different each CPS. Therefore, this kind of situation can make user confuse. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce not domestic electronic commerce, it need to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it need to compare laws and guidelines. In conclusion, the most important thing to resolve problems surrounded certification and develope certification system in the international electronic commerce make uniform rule of international electronic certification to recognize internationally from each nation or at least, need to harmony laws and guideline in each nations.

This paper describes the characteristics and outline of the Japan trade EDI project and proposes a vision for the future. The results are as follows; First, the TEDI(Trade EDI) project was initiated to promote paperless trading(using XML documents) on open networks such as the Internet, and to construct associated legal structures. Second there is converting harbor EDI system in existing EDI to single window system. Third, the NACCS system has been put into operation in Japan. To develope NACCS system must associate other system such as financial, insurance, logistic.

We report principles and results of design large FOV retinal display systems by software WinDEMOS and software for computer testing display systems TEDiS. We discuss results design head mounted and head up display. As combiner we are used volume interference recorded or synthetic HOE, and as the sours of the image high resolution transmitting or reflective liquid crystal matrixes on silicon (LCOS) or CRT.
