본 연구는 프랑스 교육개혁의 흐름에 따라 2013년에 도입된 ESPE를 중심으로, 프랑스 교원정책의 개편의 방향을 다각적으로 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 프랑스 교원양성제도의 주요변화과정을 살펴보면, 최근 25년간 3차례에 걸쳐 개편이 진행되었는데, 1991년에 도입된 IUFM에서부터, 2009년를 거쳐, 2013년에 새로운 교원양성기관인 ESPE가 도입되어 시행중이다. ESPE는 교사양성(유치원에서 대학까지)뿐 아니라 교육전문가를 양성하기 위한 독립적 전문교원양성교육기관으로, 이전 제도의 장점은 최대한 살려 모두 계승하고, 단점은 보완하고자 한 점에서 ESPE에 대한 이해는 프랑스 교원정책의 개혁의 방향을 볼 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 연구결과 프랑스 교원정책의 최근 25년간 주요개편방향을 살펴보면, 첫째, 교원양성교육을 석사학위과정과 연계하여 연구하는 교사로서의 위상을 강화한 점이다. 둘째, 교원양성교육에서 이론교육과 현장실습교육의 균형을 추구한 점이다. 셋째, 교원양성교육의 자격기준이 다양해지고, 석사학위에서 학사학위로 하향화 한 점이다. 넷째, 교원양성교육과 교원임용시험 및 교직석사학위취득, 교사자격증 취득은 연계되어 있다는 점이다. 다섯째, 교원양성교육이 교사뿐 아니라 교육전문가 양성의 두 가지 측면에서 이루어진다는 점이다. 결론적으로 프랑스 교원정책은 연구하는 교사로서의 위상정립과 교원의 질적 향상을 통해 궁극적으로 교육의 질을 높여가겠다는 개혁의 의지를 엿볼 수 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다.

The study deals with the problem of transformation of the teacher's role in the information society. A comparative analysis of the competencies of the teacher, declared in the Pedagogical Constitution of Europe, the documents of the New Ukrainian School, the scientific research of contemporary scholars was conducted. The correlation analysis of the survey results for teachers and students' parents on their expectations of contemporary teachers was presented. It was noted that the analyzed views of scientists, legislative documents, and the results of sociological research help to modify the educational process of competitive and effective prospective teachers' training. Based on the survey results the acmeograms of the teacher's main role positions as an orientation for training of prospective teachers were developed.

This article deals with the teacher training for a minor in mathematics. We investigate the drawbacks of the teacher training which is enforced to resolve the overabundant teachers. And we claim that theachers must get a master's degree in a graduate school of education if they get a secondary teaching certificate.

The aim of this study is to identify needed consumer education changes through the analysis of the consumer education in elementary schools. The findings of this study are：1. The current situation of elementary school consumer education was examined through analysis of the curricula of elementary schools. 2. Teacher attitudes and perceptions toward elementary school consumer education were also examined. Although the elementary school teachers clearly understood the importance of consumer education, the problem is that a training workshop or program has not been provided for them. This deficiency needs to be addressed quickly. 3. The third part of the study consisted of an analysis of the curriculum of the 11 Teacher’s Colleges in Korea. This partof study revealed that consumer education was not systematically addressed at Teacher’s Colleges. This finding suggests that it is important to have an included with other opening lecture on consumer education, cultural subject. The content of the consumer education must be positively emphasized and applied systematically.

This study is to investigate elementary school teacher's awareness about the operation of school accounting budget system such as annual expenditure budget, operation process, and its effect. To achieve the research purpose, based upon literature review and pilot test survey questionnaire was developed. Subjects of the survey were public elementary teachers of Busan Metropolitan city. The findings were the followings: Teachers' awareness about the budget structure was higher than that of school budget amount. Teachers' awareness about the budget process such as budgeting, deliberation, finalizing, expenditure, etc was comparatively high. The study suggests close connection between the school budget and school management plan, in-service training for teachers regarding the budgeting etc.

본 연구의 목적은 2019~2022학년도 중등교사 임용시험 교육학문제의 연도별 핵심어와 그 경향, 핵심어들의 언어네트워크를 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하는 것이다. 주요 연구방법론은 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 언어네트워크 분석방법이었으며, 분석프로그램으로는 KrKwic, Wordcloud Maker, Ucinet6, NetDraw 등이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 교육학문제의 상위출현빈도 핵심어는 교사, 학생, 교육과정, 수업, 평가 등의 기존 상위출현빈도 핵심어들이었으며, 최근 코로나 19 상황의 온라인수업 진행을 반영한 핵심어(온라인, 위키, 토의식, 정보 등)들도 추가로 등장하는 경향을 보였다. 4개년도 통합 텍스트에서의 상위출현빈도 핵심어는 학생(44), 교사(39), 수업(27), 학교(18), 교육과정(16), 온라인(10), 토의식(8) 등이었다. 둘째, 4개년도 상위출현빈도 핵심어들의 전체 언어네트워크는 상당한 수준의 밀도(0.566), 총연결수(492), 평균연결정도(16.4)로 분석되었다. 연결정도 중심성은 교사(199.0), 수업(197.0), 학생(185.0), 학교(150.0) 순으로 나타났으며, 매개 중심성은 교사(30.859), 수업(18.956), 학생(16.054), 학교(15.745) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 중등교사 임용시험 수험생인 예비교사, 해당 시험 출제 관리하는 기관과 관련자, 중등학교 예비교사 양성기관의 교수자와 행정가들에게 고려해볼 만한 자료가 되길 기대한다.

In order to achieve successful flight training results, various studies on pilot aptitude have been conducted. In this study, we examined the aptitude for the pilots using the teacher aptitude test tool. As a result, the student pilots showed a high aptitude score suitable for conducting aviation training, and the A-type personality type was overwhelmingly large. The study satisfaction of student pilots was classified into educational contents, educational methods, educational environment and facilities, and flight instructors using the questionnaire related to the satisfaction of learning. As a result, the satisfaction of flight instructor among four factors was found to be a major factor in improving flight performance.

This study investigated the effects on young children's vocabulary and reading ability of the comprehensive language-teaching program using web-based picture books. The comprehensive language program was put into operation for 9 weeks with a classroom teacher who had in-service training for this program. The language course for the 23 children in the control group consisted only of ordinary language activities using teacher-made picture cards. Test results analyzed by t-test showed that the 25 children in the experimental group gained more than the control group on reading attitude including the concept of reading, accuracy, verbal expression, participation, contents and originality. Also, the ability to read a fairy tale aloud increased in the experimental group.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutrition teachers' operation and demand of dietary life education in Jeonbuk Province. The study was carried out using a self administered questionnaire and the subjects were 190 nutrition teachers. The questions were general characteristics of the subjects, operating status as frequency, place, the main use time, and training demand on dietary life education by elementary school and middle & high school, teaching career, and training hours. The results are as follows. Most of the subjects were female(98.9%), more than half were 40's(52.1%) in their age, school work career was 13.2 years. Frequency of the dietary life education operation was once per month(56.8%), 2~3 times per month(27.9%), and place of education were dinning room (49.7%), classroom(25.9%). Almost of the subjects(90.4%) recognized the facilities for education was lack, 89.3% of them did the education materials was lack, also. The desirable frequency of dietary life education was once per month(48.9%), and once per week(35.3%.) The half of the subjects recognized the objects of the dietary life education was not only students but also their parents and teachers. The proper education time was dietary life education tim (34.2%), discretion activity time(31.1%). Most of the subjects(95.7%) had willing to get training, the proper training program was 30 hours, and they prefer summer vacation(61.0%) than winter vacation(30.5%) and semester(8.6%). Proper experimental practice ratio of environment : health : thanks were 30% : 43% : 27%. It is concluded that the demand of nutrition teachers is necessary for their education program in elementary and middle & high school.

이 연구는 그동안 일본의 교원정책에 관한 기존의 선행연구들이 교육개혁의 일부분으로 언급되거나 단편적으로 소개되어 왔다는 한계에 착안하여 교원생애에 걸친 질관리 정책을 종합적으로 그 특징을 규명하고 시사점을 도출한 것이다. 분석대상은 교원 선발 및 채용, 능력주의 인사관리, 지도력 부족 교원에 대한 관리, 초임 및 10년 경력자의 교원연수 관리, 그리고 교원자격 10년 면허제 등이다. 연구방법은 선행연구 및 정부보고서 등 문헌분석을 기본으로 하였고, 교원 양성기관의 교수 및 학교 현장의 교원과의 면담을 통해 현장의 의견을 반영했다. 교원의 선발을 위한 정원 책정은 기본적으로 국가관리(정원 산출 법정주의)를 기본으로 하면서, 실제적 선발 임용은 지방이 주관한다. 인건비는 현(縣)이 부담하면서, 인사관리는 시정촌(市町村)교육위원회가 주도(학교장의 내신 기초)한다. 교원 채용단계에서 전형방법이 다양화(교직경험자, 영어자격소지자 가산점제 등)되고 있고, '교사양성 숙(塾:연수기관)을 운영하기도 한다. 인사단계에서는 주간교사, 지도교사, 부교장제를 도입하고, 민간인 교장제 등 능력주의 관리를 강화하고 있다. 연수단계에 있어서는 지도력 부족 교사 대응과, 초임자 1년 연수제를 운영한다, 자격관리 면에서는 교원자격 10년 갱신제를 도입했다. 결론에서는 한국의 교원정책에 주는 10여 가지 정책적 시사점을 제언하였다.
