Most private and public organizations use, for their works, information systems that change their organizational structures. Nowadays, many organizations have team-based structures where typically a cross functional team is in charge of a business process. The effective communication among the members of a team is an important factor of team performance in that communication facilitates trust building, knowledge exchange, change acceptance, and safety improvement. This paper reviews methods for analyzing communication among team members from three aspects such as the content, the amount, and the structure of communication.

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the attributing factors influencing team performance. Background: Technically, it is necessary that operators adapt themselves to computerized and advanced techniques to operate the main control rooms safely in nuclear power plant in Korea. The more main control rooms are digitalized, the more important for operators to have high team performance it is. Method: This paper analyzes team process through literatures review and elicits team performance shaping factor. Especially, the objective of this research is to elicit communication using common team performance shaping factors. Results: This study has found communication through team performance shaping factors in Main Control Room of the SMART. Conclusion: This paper can offer a starting point for team communication, which can use team performance shaping factor framework that are emerging in these new nuclear power plant. Application: As a result, I expect that the evaluation communication for MCR operator's team performance will lead the operating techniques in nuclear power industry internationally.

Team communication, teamwork, and interprofessional collaboration are critical and the basis for patient safety in a more diverse and complex clinical environment. This study explored the current status of teamwork, team communication, and interprofessionalism in the context of patient safety within undergraduate medical education. A scoping review of the literature published since 2010 was undertaken. Fifteen papers were included for final review. The most commonly used educational methods were off-line lectures and simulations. Standard team communication tools suggested in TeamSTEPPS (team strategies and tools to enhance performance patient safety) were covered in some of the research. Knowledge, skills, and teamwork attitudes, interprofessional collaboration, and/or patient safety were improved in most of the papers. In the previous studies of team communication, the content and method of education, and the change in knowledge and attitudes of the individuals have been widely reported, but more research is needed regarding the method of evaluating the teamwork itself. In addition, education on team communication as well as patient safety and interprofessionalism is lacking. As the importance of team communication in patient safety increases, more attention is needed on this topic in undergraduate medical education.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics of team interaction according to the creativity of team members. Research subjects to achieve this purpose included 28 students who are in engineering education in the College of Education at A University in Daejeon and have taken robot-related courses. Through first and second MBTI, and TTCT tests, the final homogeneous and heterogeneous teams were formed, and an experimental study was conducted by developing team design activity assignment. The major research results were as follows. In terms of a comprehensive view on interaction frequency, both homogeneous team and heterogeneous team suggested had the highest frequency in suggesting opinions. However, each of the team members in the homogeneous team had different communication frequency among each other while each team member in the heterogeneous team had almost similar frequency. A microscopic analysis of the communication process of homogeneous team showed that the team members' roles were divided among each other in communication. Next, according to the microscopic analysis of the heterogeneous team's communication process, the team members exchanged opinions in the beginning, talked to themselves in words that were hard to understand the meanings, and they stopped having conversations in the end. Due to such decrease in communication, two team members could not solve the confusing state of being unable to understand each other's opinions and failed to complete their assignments. The microscopic analysis demonstrated that the homogeneous team had a smooth interaction, because when one team member suggested an opinion during a conversation, other team members agreed with it through a discussion. However, the members in the heterogeneous team experienced confusion as they could not understand each other's conversation and could not overcome this problem, leading to lack of conversations.

팀을 기반으로 한 조직구조가 확산되면서, 많은 조직구성원들이 팀원으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 상황은 조직구성원들에게 팀이라는 또 하나의 중요한 몰입대상을 제공했을 뿐만 아니라, 갈등의 경험가능성 역시 증가시켰다. 그러나 팀 내 갈등과 팀몰입 사이의 관계를 다룬 연구는 아직까지 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 과업갈등과 관계갈등이 팀몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 팀효능감과 커뮤니케이션 만족도의 차별적인 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석을 통해 확인된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 과업갈등과 관계갈등은 팀몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘 째, 팀효능감은 과업갈등과 팀몰입 사이를 완전 매개하였다. 셋 째, 커뮤니케이션 만족도는 관계갈등과 팀몰입 사이를 완전 매개하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the preconceptions Korean EFL learners have about team teaching in the field of English education at a secondary level. Team teaching is a method of teaching where a Korean English teacher works in co-junction with a native English speaker. Generally speaking, when we discuss teaching methods for a foreign language, the most important objective is to improve our communication skills. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect on communication skills when team teaching is employed, and to find ways to maximize the benefit when team teaching. The underlying issues are; firstly, what are the precedent conditions for team teaching? Secondly, what are the best teaching methods and preparations for teaching materials for improving the effectiveness of team teaching? Third, how do the programs for team teaching with native teachers assist in improving the student's communication skills? Ideally, this study will assist in overcoming the fear that foreign language learners have when communicating with real native speakers.

A communication system in an industrial robot controlle is proposed for the implementation of an efficient FA system. Different from existing industrial robot controllers which use binary I/O for the communication with external systems, the robot controllers having the proposed communication system can exchange various information with external systems. Furthermore, the robot motion and the communication with external systems can be performed simultaneously. The structure of hardware and software in the communication system is explained to show how to acheive these two operations simultaneously.

In this paper, we propose schemes of blockchain utilization in tactical communication environment. The military tactical communication environment has similar characteristics with blockchain network such as distributed architecture, decentralization, and the need for data integrity. A communication node constituting a tactical communication network is constituted by a system capable of configuring and connecting a network for each node. When a communication node, having such capabilities, is configured as a node of blockchain network, various functions could be performed. In this paper, we propose utilization schemes of authentication, integrity, record management, and privilege control based blockchain technology. Functions for authentication, integrity verification, and record management need to ensure the stored data and could track history. The requirement of function's characteristics are matched to blockchain which is storing data sequentially and difficult to hack data, so that it could perform functionally and sufficiently well. Functions for authority control should be able to assign different privileges according to the state of the requestor. Smart contract will function when certain conditions are satisfied and it will be able to perform its functions by using it. In this paper, we will look over functions and utilization schemes of blockchain technology which could reliably share and synchronize data in a tactical communication environment composed of distributed network environment.

본 연구는 커뮤니케이션 밀도와 및 커뮤니케이션 집중성이 어떻게 팀 성과에 영향을 미치는지 그 관련성을 파악하고자 진행된 실험실연구이다. 특히 기존 연구들과는 달리 팀성과를 팀효과성과 팀효율성으로 구분하여 이들 독립변수들이 어떤 차별적인 영향을 미치는지를 탐구하였다. 연구결과 커뮤니케이션 밀도가 높고, 커뮤니케이션 집중도가 낮은 팀은, 혁신적이며, 정보공유와 지식 아이디어가 많고, 업무의 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 커뮤니케이션 집중성이 높고, 밀도가 낮은 팀은 신속한 의사결정을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 집중성과 밀도가 동시에 낮은 팀은 보다 자율적인 팀으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에서는 실험실상황이 가져오는 외적 타당성의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 보다 현실적인 리더십, 조직풍토 등의 변수가 포함되어야 한다.
