  • We propose the live fire test process model based on systems engineering which consists of 4 phases i.e., review, setup, conduct and result. We also suggest the 4 phases acquisition model consisting of planning, execution, evaluation and disposal for test infrastructure. CMMI, TMMi and PMBOK are referred and hierarchial analysis method are adopted in developing the models. Thus, the detailed sub-processes are designed after defining higher level processes first. The higher level processes are defined by extracting common areas of all the test types. The low level processes for each specific test are designed by tailoring the higher level processes. By applying the proposed test process models into collaboration tool and information system, effective and systematic test processes for weapon systems are established.

  • This paper considers the independence test for two stationary infinite order autoregressive processes. For a test, we follow the empirical process method devised by Hoeffding (1948) and Blum, Kiefer and Rosenblatt (1961), and construct the Cram${\acute{e}}$r-von Mises type test statistics based on the least squares residuals. It is shown that the proposed test statistics behave asymptotically the same as those based on true errors.

  • Large sample test of homogeneity for a panel of more than two seasonal autoregressive processes is derived and its limiting distribution is found. Detailed results are shown for the important special case that the seasonal and nonseasonal autoregressive components are both of order one.

  • In this paper, we study the divergence based goodness of fit test for partially observed sample from diffusion processes. In order to derive the limiting distribution of the test, we study the asymptotic behavior of the residual empirical process based on the observed sample. It is shown that the residual empirical process converges weakly to a Brownian bridge and the associated phi-divergence test has a chi-square limiting null distribution.

  • In this study, we investigated the characteristics of the individual processes of pre-service chemistry teachers in making written test items. For this, we analyzed the think-aloud processes of eight pre-service chemistry teachers while making six written test items about gas laws and their in-depth interview scripts. The characteristics of the processes were found to be divided into six categories; the lack of systemicity in planning stage for making written test items, the lack of awareness and consideration for the interrelationship between instruction and assessment, the diverse criteria in determining test item types, the difficulties in judging behavioral domains and difficulties of items in the table of specification, the limitation in using teacher's guides and misunderstanding of teacher's guides, and the limitation in point and/or content of review and differences depending on the time of review. These can provide some significant guidelines and implications in finding ways to improve pre-service chemistry teachers' ability to make written test items.

  • Objectives: S-HTP is a projective test of cognitive activity. The purpose of this study was to examine the response characteristics in the S-HTP test as they related to seven emotions and cognitive processes. Methods: 153 students underwent S-HTP testing. 10 students were excluded and a total of 143 students' data was used for the study. 143 students were classified into four groups by SCAT. A survey was conducted on seven emotions and cognitive processes painting the Whole picture, house, tree, and person, and after receiving IRB review exemption, the chi-square test was conducted to check homogeneity of the groups by gender and age. Finally, frequency analysis by constitution for each item was conducted. Results: The reaction characteristics of S-HTP, focusing on the seven emotions and cognitive processes detailed by Korean Medicine, are as follows: 1. The primary sentiment while drawing during S-HTP was 'Joy (hui)' followed by 'Thought (sah)'. 2. The sentiments while painting during the S-HTP test, and the emotions of looking at the picture after the S-HTP test, increased in 'Joy (hui)' and decreased in 'Thought (sah)'. 3. 'Thought (Sah)' was the highest scored process while drawing S-HTP, followed by 'jee (智)'. However, 'ryeo (慮)' was similar to 'jee (智)' in an unclassifiable constitution. Conclusions: The primary characteristics of the S-HTP test response are 'Joy (hui)' and 'Thought (sah)' in emotion, and 'sah (思)' and 'jee (智)' in cognitive processes. Therefore, it is necessary to verify this during the S-HTP test.

  • Powder metallurgy processes are able to form Net-Shape products and have been widely used in the production of automobile parts to improve its productivity. However, because of pores in powder products, the toughness of powder products are generally poor. Therefore, forged products are used in parts which suffer severe fatigue loads. In this paper, the choice of powder materials and production processes such as mixing, compaction, sintering, heat treatment to produce automobile spline hub are studied. Three type of materials are selected and processed and its microstructure and properties are investigated by tensile test, compression ring test, and impact test. Materials and processing methods are selected from the results. Finally, experimental spline hubs are manufactured by selected processes from selected powders and proved by torsional durability test.

  • FDM, SLS, and EOS processes are the layered manufacturing processes far functional prototypes. In this paper, bench mark tests of those processes were carried out using various materials. The test includes mechanical properties, such as tensile and compressive strengths, hardness, impact strength, and heat resistance, and surface roughness, shape and dimensional accuracy, manufacturing time, and manufacturing costs. It is verified that SLS method is advantageous in surface roughness and manufacturing time, EOS method in shape accuracy, and FDM method is great in manufacturing costs.

  • This paper describes the selection and evaluation of RP processes. Major rapid prototyping processes such as SLS, SLA, FDM and LOM, which are wide spread in use are selected. A test part, which includes various primitives, is designed in order to evaluate these RP processes. Measurement of the test part is automated by using a CMN program. To visualize and analyze measured data, Microsoft Access and Visual C++ are used. Also, from measured data obtained, TOPSIS, one of the decision making methods, and Shannon Entropy is used to select an appropriate RP process for specific application.

  • As demand for best practices relative to flight test safety management operations and processes in the aviation industry grows, standards for such aspects of the industry in Korea should be examined. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted flight test operation processes and safety management program development studies based on documents related to flight tests of the Korean civil aviation KC-100, the military aircraft T-50, the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), and CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) for performance validation, test evaluation and safety certification for aircraft under development and remodeling. In addition, we introduced and analyzed best practices of the FTSC (Flight Test Safety Committee) applicable to aircraft flight test processes.
