  • This research tried to observe transition quality of unit plan for public space Korea public operated house since the 1950s. Plane of public-operated house had continually accommodated lifestyle change until present from the late 1950s. "Frontward 3 urface unit 3LDK'composition plans become settle by the representative plane after the 1990s. The process that with special quality change of public space the relation is deep. it is proposed consequently to analyze the space special quality change of the public operated house unit plan style.

  • The house of quality (HOQ) involves subjective and ambiguous information typically through a likert scale, It isimportant to validate consistency of such input in the HOQ before rating the fmal importance of technicalrequirements, Previously, a methodology was developed to test the consistency of relationship strengths in theHOQ between roof matrix and relationship matrix. We described disadvantages of the previous method andpropose a new approach based on the permutation test. Advantages of the proposed method are illustrated withan example.

  • In recent days, IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) is regarded as one of the most important environmental factors as well as thermal and acoustic comfort. Various architectural materials are applied and air-tightness of the building is more strengthening to save energy consumption. This is why the air quality of the newly built houses became worse. In this study, contaminants(CO, CO$_2$, Radon, TVOCs, HCHO) density was measured in a newly built house and evaluation was carried out by ASHRAE and EPA Standards. As a result, CO, CO$_2$, TSP and Radon density of the newly built house was in a range of ASHRAE and EPA Standards, but it turned out TVOCs and HCHO density exceeds almost 3${\sim}$5 times in comparison with that of ASHRAE and EPA Standards.

우리나라 중부지방 시설원예지 토양 및 지하수 환경 (Groundwater and Soil Environment of Plastic Film House Fields around Middle Korea)

  • This Study was carried out to know the soil properties and the quality of shallow groundwater in the plastic film house fields around mid-Korea. This study was conducted at 11 sites in Suweon, Pyungtaek, Yongin, and Chunchen on May, June, July and August in 1999. The the average concentration of nitrate-nitrogen was 19.1 mg/L, it reached almost to the limiting level, 20 mg/L. Moreover about 36.4% of survey sites exceeded limiting level to agricultural groundwater quality. And Sulfur concentrations also at some sites exceeded to agricultural groundwater quality limit level (50 mg/L), which could make damage to the crop. Nitrate-nitrogen, which is one of the most important factors in the groundwater quality, It has highly positive correlation with any other ion in groundwater. This result showed that groundwater quality management practices should be taken for the agricultural production as well as for environment at the plastic film house areas.

환기량 변화에 따른 신축공동주택의 실내공기질 개선효과 검토 (The Effect on Indoor Air Quality Improvement by Ventilation Rate in Newly Built Apartment)

  • The recent indoor air quality problem in a newly-built apartment house is resulted from the improvement of airtightness performance and the use of the building material contained harmful chemical substances. As a result, these cause indoor air quality gradually to become worse and the harmful effect on occupant health called Sick House Syndrome. The most effective solution to improve the indoor air quality is to encourage the use of green building material. However, if the house is built with general building material, ventilation with outdoor air is alternative to dilute the pollutant concentration. The purpose of this re-search is to find optimum ventilation time in a newly-built apartment house at which the ventilatoris installed. It is found that the HCHO and toluene concentrations are remarkably decreased with the elapse of ventilation time and the concentration reduction rate is increased with increment of air change rate after one hour after operating the ventilator.

  • 다양한 접합부간의 조립으로 구조를 이루게 되는 모듈러공법에서 현장설치단계의 모듈조립은 구조물의 구조적인 안정성 및 품질에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 매우 중요한 공정이다. 그러나 일반적으로 사용되는 수공구 또는 전동공구는 장시간 사용 시 생산성과 조립품질이 저하되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 에어공구의 장점을 활용한 모듈러주택 전용 조립공구가 개발되었으나, 공구별 성능을 비교하여 성능을 비교 및 평가하는 실험적인 분석은 미흡하였다. 이에 본 연구는 모듈러주택 조립에 사용되는 기존 조립용 공구와 모듈조립용 에어공구를 현장에 적용하여 구조물의 조립품질과 생산성을 공구별로 측정하여 비교 분석 하였다. 그 결과, 기존 조립용 공구와 비교하여 모듈조립용 에어공구가 생산성 및 품질 측면에서 더 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • The important goal of urban renewal is not to reform only Physical environment but to improve people' life quality. people who have been lived in urban renewal area are grouped to owner and tenant. owner of land or house has substituent right but tenant has only house-moving money or rental house by urban renewal. But rental house condition is not good to tenant because tenant has large family, low-income and low grade and it is essential to provide rental house for low-income class and it is worth to analyze tenant house problem The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public rental house and to presents solutions. The study was done in following process. First, the literatures on this subject were investigated to seek the problems of public rental house. Second, Survey were done on the staff, who works in the cooperative housing redevelopment and whose jobs are officer, consultant, real estate introducer and designer, to seek problems and solution of public rntal house. survey which is made by three group. one group is made by people who already lived in tenant APT, second group is made by people who are waiting for moving in tenant APT. Third group is made by specialist who has many experience-more than 3years- to urban renewal. Third, the Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the relation between the Area and dwelling satisfaction. Fourth, tenant policy' altenative is presented to solve tenant APT' problem which is analyzed by this study The results are as follows : First, tenant APT' size Which is regulated to 30-$45m^{2}$ is enlarged to more than $45m^{2}$ because tenant family is made up averagely of 4.8 persons. Second, tenant APT' rental cost is reduced to 100 thousand won. Third tenant APT' arrangement is divided from owner because tenant and owner want to live in group by group. Fourth, tenant house type is changed to various house type because tenant is not familiar with APT

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a basis for creating virtual community based on Cyber house. Cyber house is a digital architecture which enables multifarious lives based on the self, neighbor, new information. This study presents a process of Cyber house model and suggests scenarios of Cyber house application. Cyber house model has been developed by using SCOL but there were a few problems to design Cyber house. Since Java3D has flexibility to create Cyber house without limitation, even though it is very difficult to develope, it may well suited to make Cyber house. .Therefore Cyber house has to be developed as an instrument which provides various function rather than simple 3 dimensional digital house. Cyber house has a lot of potential and contribute to the Quality of lives.

주택유형이 주거환경의 질인지와 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of housing type on the perception of the quality of housing environement and housing satisfaction)

  • This study is intended to compare the quality of housing envirionments between single family house and apartments. To be specific, firstly, it is to be examined as to whether there exists any differences between residents of single family house and those of highrise apartments in terms of their perception of the quality of housing environment. Secondly, the major factors of the perception of the quality of housing environment may be linked to the level of housing satisfaction are to be explored in this study. The perception of the quality housing environment is composed of four factors such as living space, noise, neighbor environment, and structural feature. For the purpose, questionnaires were adinistered to 125 home makers living in single family house and 125 home makers in high-rise apartments in Kwangju. The data were analyzed with factor analysis, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis.The following conclusions are derived from the data analysis in thi study: 1) Resjdents of apartments tended to be more satisfied with structural feature of housing unit and less satisfied with noise than those of single family house. There are negligible differences between two housing types in perception of the quality of living space, and neighbor environment. 2) According to the singhle family house group, it is found that structural feature, neighbor environment, and living space predict most of the variance in the level of housing unit satisfaction. It is also turned out that neighbor environment, noise, and structural feature have impact on the level of neighborhood statisfaction. 3) the apartments group shows that structural feature is the only predictor having impact on housing unit satisfaction. It is found that neighbor environment factor predicted the level of neighborhood satisfaction.
