The digital economy era is a knowledge-based society. Many organizations have been establishing KMS (Knowledge Management System), and there are no exceptions in military ones. In this study, we analyze the influencing factors for KMS utilization in a military organization, which is a specialized one. For this purpose, we investigate the current status of KMS of ROKAF (Republic Of Korea Air Force), derive problems and issues, and try to find out solutions for the KMS utilization in military organizations by analyzing a survey. At first, we derive three characteristics of the military organization that affect the knowledge sharing : formalization of organization, trust of organizational culture, and top management's will. And we verified that the users, who recognize that the top management has the will for the knowledge sharing, have high recognition for the knowledge sharing and utilize KMS more than others. This study shows that it is very important for the top management to participate in the knowledge sharing voluntarily especially in the military organization.

Currently, The fast development which radio communication technique is creating new services from the industry sector which is various from convenient characteristic and the ease characteristic side. Specially, rise and development of the radio communication technique which is various from environment monitor ring field makes to be improved about sharp curtailment of establishment and logistics relation expense, and collection period of the data which occurs real-time from site, reliability and delivery characteristic. But continuous application and the success about the environment monitor ring field of radio communication technique will be able to trust And It is important to provide time information which is appropriate real-time. So this paper plans the sensor network based on environment measurement watch which applies a radio communication technique.

The object of this paper is to make learners have study environment to study adaptively, anywhere, anyone, anytime and, just in time, not disturbed by time and place. So, it helps learners find solutions to questions and problems which they can face in the process of learning. This paper desires to find possibility of ontology which can solve problems after considering semantic web and theory of ontology by studying existing reference books. As ontology has the structure that can guess the data which is not showed clearly, so it can make the result more accurate and be the knowledge every learner sympathize and trust. I established the ontology frame about the electronic circuit which learners can solve their questions everywhere, anytime, and reconfirm what they studied, so I studied on application for e-learning based on ontology.

By analyzing the data collected through surveys conducted on coast guard officers, this paper measures the level of organizational health and explores indicators of organizational health that influence organizational effectiveness. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, the scores of all the organizational health indicators except job stress exceed average, which leads a conclusion that coast guard organizations' organizational health is in considerably good condition. Second, the indicators of organizational health included in the analyses are found to have both positive and negative effects on organizational effectiveness. While such variables as pay, co-worker relationship, job autonomy, job itself, organizational trust, job orientation influence positively, other variables including development-oriented culture, promotion system and supervision influence negatively on organizational effectiveness.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the correlation of entrance score by observation and nomination system and performance assessment score for the gifted children in IT. In other words, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the reliability of observation and nomination system by analyzing and comparing entrance scores and performance assessment score during the period of attendance for the gifted children in IT. For this purpose, the gifted children are selected and analyzed in a gifted science center attached to a university at Seoul Metropolitan Area. The analysis results show that there is meaningful correlation between entrance score and performance assessment score. That is, if high scores in entrance exam means high scores in performance assessment scores. The result will be useful to trust and extend observation and nomination system for the selection of gifted children in IT.

Most Websites perform login process for authentication. But simple features like ID and Password have no trust because most people worry about appropriation. So the youth can easily access illegal media sites using other's ID and Password. Therefore this paper examine features be adaptable to authentication system, and propose a design of authentication system using multiple features. A proposed authentication system has two categories, such as low-level and high-level method. Low-level method consists of grant of authentication number through mobile phone from server and certificate from authority. High-level method combines ID/Password and features of fingerprint, character, voice, face recognition systems. For this, this paper surveys six recognition systems such as fingerprint, face, iris, character, vein, voice recognition system. Among these, fingerprint, character, voice, face recognition systems can be easily implemented in personal computer with low cost accessories. Usage of multiple features can improve reliability of authentication.

It is about the study of life satisfaction with type of employment(entrepreneur/paid employee), social factor(social capital), and psychological factor(self efficacy) in Seoul. The empirical results using Seoul Welfare Panel showed that psychological factor was the most powerful, and economic (household income levels) and social factor were in order. Type of employment was also significantly affected on life satisfaction, and paid employee's life satisfaction was higher than entrepreneur's one. In case of paid employee, psychological(self-efficacy) and social(norms, informal networks of participation, non-profit trust) factor in addition to the economic factor were significantly. In case of entrepreneur, economic and psychological factor and only norm among social factors were significant. Finally, The implications for politicians and local public officials were reported.

Recently, social network services have changed by moving towards an open platform where, as well as simply allowing the building of relationships among users, various types of information can be generated and shared. Since existing user reputation management methods evaluate user reliability based on user profiles, explicit relations, and evaluation, they are not suitable for determining user reliability on social media due to few explicit evaluation. In this paper, we analyze social activities on social media and propose a new user reputation management method that considers implicit evaluation as well as explicit evaluation. The proposed method derives positive and negative implicit evaluation from social activities, and generates user reputation information by field in order to consider user expertise. It also considers the number of users that participate in evaluation in order to measure user influence. As a result, it generates the reputation information of users who have no explicit evaluation and creates user reputation information that is more suitable for social media.

Recently there is show deep concern at the wellness of health and beauty. therefore this study is to investigate an empirical study on the relational characteristics and collaboration between wholesalers and oriental clinic in herb medicine supplier channel, specially focused on lycium chinense. We collected statistically usable data from 119 questionnaire respondents who live in national provinces and analyzed them with SPSS 20.0 to achieve research's goals. Analysis results revealed that, first, relational characteristics of relationalism, trust, reward power and dependence had impacts on satisfaction between wholesaler and oriental clinic in herb medicine, Second, the survey found that satisfaction has impact on collaboration. Third, this study partially supported mediating effect regarding satisfaction between relational characteristics of relationalism and reward power.

There is growing interest in the use of cloud services these days because the amount of sensitive physical information related to u-fitness-based exercise management increase in explosive. However, it is possible to illegally access information stored in a cloud server, and to find out who owns the information, even, to illegally deduce an association among the information stored in its memory. The cloud server may also intentionally pass over the owner's legitimate operation requests such as modification and deletion of stored information, and may lose or damage information due to its malfunction. So, it is strongly required to solve the above problems because we can not trust the cloud server entirely. In this paper, we propose a protocol to preserve the privacy of the owner for u-Fitness-based exercise management in a cloud computing environment. And we show that our proposed architecture is applicable in real environment through security analysis and performance analysis.
