  • The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of using crowdsourcing as a means to expand the participation of citizens in the process of smart urban regeneration New Deal policy. Using mobile devices, they built a crowdsourcing prototype system that enables residents to provide location-based ideas and opinions about the urban regeneration New Deal policy and share and manage the collected data. The system was applied to the actual urban regeneration New Deal project site to draw implications. The main research results are as follows. First, crowdsourcing is a means of strengthening expertise by utilizing collective intelligence dispersed among local residents. Through the online platform developed in this study, various ideas and opinions of the community can be collected. Second, the procedural legitimacy and transparency of the rehabilitation project can be secured by expanding the participation opportunities of the residents. Third, the efficiency of project promotion can be improved through participation of residents using online platform.

  • This study aims to investigate Marseille's Euromméditerranée project and provide policy implications for revitalizing domestic urban regeneration projects. First, we identify Euroméditerranée as a pivotal urban regeneration effort, executed by EPAEM-an organization fostering governance-driven project advancement through collaboration and investment from both central and local governments. This endeavor has significantly contributed to revitalizing Marseille, enriching the quality of life for its residents. Second, this urban regeneration project has the following notable features: consolidated approach with combination of full redevelopment and rehabilitation, integrated regeneration covering hardware-like physical regeneration and software-like economic, cultural, and environmental regeneration; government-type urban regeneration project structure. Finally, we suggest that policymakers should consider the economic scale in urban regeneration projects, national-level government organizations, and efficient public-private partnerships.

  • The cadastral rehabilitation project, which has been implemented since 2012, is a project to re-examine the national land that is not in conformity with the cadastral map, There is a lot of trouble in securing financial resources for business execution. This study examines the utility of UAS(Unmanned Aerial System) image - based cadastral demarcation as an alternative to budget reduction in the current state of cadastral rehabilitation, reasonable boundary adjustment, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) is used to create 3D models and orthoimages of business districts, and to check accuracy by superimposing and comparing with digital maps of NGII(National Geographic Information Institute). As a result of the study, the accuracy of the 3D model and the orthoimage through the SfM(Structure-from-Motion) - based image interpretation of the digital map of the NGII were derived. In particular, we confirmed the similarity of UAS-based orthoimage with the cadastral boundaries affirmation, It is anticipated that the cost saving effect of current survey and boundary survey can be expected. In addition, it is easy to prepare a report to reduce civil complaints, which is a problematic element of the adjustment.

  • Due to the various characteristics of urban river, rehabilitation project for natural river requires distinct alternative approach and selection method for each different types of river. In this study, naturalness of a river was used to establish such alternative for the business and rehabilitation plan for natural river. To assess the naturalness of a river, through AHP, designed to fit the environmental conditions in Korea, was employed. Furthermore, a method that conveniently compares and selects an alternative for rehabilitation plan for natural river by referencing Urban River Basin Enhancement Methods (URBEM) was proposed. After selecting the evaluation items for assessing the naturalness of the river based on the characteristics of the river, multiple alternatives were constructed and the naturalness of river for each of those alternatives were estimated. Comparing the estimated values has made the measurement of the natural recovery effect and the product of river rehabilitation plan for each alternative efficient. In conclusion, selecting the items for evaluating the naturalness of a river with respect to its characteristics was found to be effective for establishing the rehabilitation plan for natural river.

  • In the stage of feasibility study of urban rehabilitation projects, the precise forecast of physical and environmental changes has great influence on the further transaction of the projects. However, various important decision makings are made by the experience and intuition of the person-in-charge in practice without the process and method for systematic and quantitative analysis. In spite of various qualitative influent factors on the projects, the feasibility studies are made by the result of economic analysis only, which often lead the projects to the crucial deficit. The main reasons of such a mal-functional transaction are due to the absence of the reasonal procedure of feasibility study and decision making reflecting the characteristics of urban rehabilitation projects. The objective of this paper is to propose feasibility study processes and decision making methods in relation to various influent factors on urban rehabilitation projects in the initial stage. The goal and process of every analysis stage and the pertinent factors and decision makings are analyzed and proposed through the survey of current research, a case study, interview with the professionals. The processes and methods are well applied to improve current problems of feasibility study of urban rehabilitation projects. In addition, the establishment of the analysis goal at three principal stage and a series of reasonable decision makings with pertinent factors to each stage will lead the project to more successful result than ever.

As a part of that project national health center performed rehabilition education program for home visiting health nurses. The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of this education. In the first stage all of those groups were educated for two weeks in national rehabilitation center. But only two group nurses, one is in a urban and the other in a rural community, have been educated continually in the field through discussing rehabilitation care case study. The data in this study were gathered from three group healh nurses and analysed by SAS computer program. In the pre education state the mean point of all nurses' attitude for rehabilition was 59, but in the post education state that was 90. The difference between pre and post attitude is very significant(t=-14.1. p<0.0001l). 2. In the pre education state the mean point of all nurses' knowledge for rehabilition was 45, but in the post education state that was 78. The difference between pre and post knowledge is very significant(t=-12.7, p<0.000l). 3. In the pre education state the mean point of all nurses' practice for rehabilition care was 37, but in the post education state that was 62. The difference between pre and post practice is very significant(t=-7.3, p<0.000l). 4. In practice point, the two group nurses who have been educated continuously were superior to the other(t=-3.9. p<0.00l). 5. All points between the urban and rural nurses were no significant differences(p>0.l). 6. All changes of the attitude, knowledge and practice did not affected by age(F=0.58, p>0.l). professional career(F=O.61, p>0.l), educational background(F=0.97, p>0.l).
