This research is carried out being divided into a first evaluation and second evaluation. A Study is carried out on first, the accessibility compliance level of Korea government department websites and second, whether the site which complies well with web accessibility increases web usability for users through a web usability evaluation. The evaluation result, web sites which comply well with the web accessibility guidelines were observed to increase web usability for both normal and disabled people but web sites which do not comply well were observed to lower the web usability making the web sites unavailable or inconvenient to use. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a very close interrelationship between web accessibility and usability and thus compliance with web accessibility is not an option but a mandatory requirement.

Web-based services have fundamentally confidential problems due to characteristics of internet environment such as anonymity. These problems are serious obstacles to grow the web-based services. The security and confidence of web-based services rely on both service provider and users' opinion. But the former has difficulty in trusting the service provider and the latter takes too long time to propagete all users after converging their opinion. Therefore it is necessary to establish the objective and confidential evaluation and certification program for web-based service. In this paper, the internal and external web-based services evaluation and certification programs are compared and analyzed. The critical factors and evaluation methodology for secure and confidential web-based service are identified. Finally, this paper provides the improvement and strategy for web-based services evaluation and certification program.

본 연구는 국내 웹 접근성 평가 연구동향을 분석하여, 부족한 점과 웹 접근성 평가 연구가 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해 2000년 1월부터 2017년 3월까지 약 17년간 한국연구재단 등재학술지 및 등재후보 학술지에 발표된 논문을 대상으로 총 59편을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문들은 웹 접근성에 대한 평가자, 평가 대상, 평가 방법, 평가 결과별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 평가자 측면은 '단독 평가(66%)'가, 평가 대상은 '웹 사이트(83%)'가 가장 높은 비율이었다. 평가 방법은 자동평가, 자동과 수동 병행이 유사한 비율이었다. 마지막으로 웹 접근성 문제없음을 나타낸 논문은 단 2편이었다. 본 연구는 평가 동향을 분석한 메타 연구가 부족한 상태에서 한국의 웹 접근성 연구 및 웹 접근성 평가 연구의 바람직한 방향성을 제언했다는 데 의의가 있다.

In this study, we investigated web contents accessibility of 60 hospital web sites in Korea. The eight evaluation criteria were used for estimating the web contents accessibility of the web sites. These criteria were as follows: providing an alternative text, providing caption for moving picture, providing a skip navigation, usage of pop-up windows, usage of a summary or a caption tag for data table, providing a page title, providing a label for online form, and usage of java scripts. K-WAH 3.0 was used for estimating five evaluation criteria. According to Internet web contents accessibility guideline 1.0, we estimated the rest three evaluation criteria manually and described good or bad examples for the evaluation results technically. The results show that the web accessibility of hospital web sites is generally insufficient and the constant interests in improvement for accessibility are urgently needed.

본 논문에서는 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 수준을 측정하고, 보안성과 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해서 모바일 웹서비스 보안 서비스의 개요와 보안 위협을 정의한 후, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 방법을 정의하였다. 또한, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가를 위한 요구사항들을 정의하였고, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 프레임워크를 구성하였다. 마지막으로, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 프레임워크를 이용한 평가 시나리오에 대한 예제를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 모바일 웹서비스 메시지 보안 평가 방안을 통해서, 모바일 웹서비스가 제공되기 이전에 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안 수준을 점검할 수 있으며, 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 대한 대응책을 마련할 수 있다. 이를 통해서, 모바일 웹서비스 메시지에 대한 보안성과 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 모바일 웹서비스의 활성화를 촉진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Understanding the importance of web accessibility as the solution for digital divide, this study recognizes the problem that existing web accessibility researches have been conducted only by governmental administrative organizations and the accessibility researches of web service that is frequently used in every day life are rare. For the research on the actual condition of web-accessability, this study selected the e-mail service of the representative web-service providers - Daum, Naver, and Empas. Through this evaluation research, this study is intended to present a way to provide convenient and efficient service for those who have been alienated from information. For the accessibility evaluation, the automation evaluation tool "KADO-WAH 2.0" was used. And then, source analysis and manual evaluation using Firefox were conducted to see if 'web contents accessibility guideline 1.0' had been kept.

This paper proposes a method for evaluating web pages by considering implicit user reaction on web pages. Usually users spend more time and make more reactions, such as clicking, dragging and scrolling, while reading interesting pages. Based on this observation, a web page evaluation method by observing implicit user reaction is proposed. The system is designed with Ajax for observing user reactions, and neural networks for learning correlation between user reactions and usefulness of pages. The amounts of each type of user reactions are inputted to neural networks. Also the numbers of characters and images of pages are used as inputs because the amount of users' behaviors has a tendency to increase as the length of pages increase. The experiment is conducted with 113 people and 74 pages. Each page is ranked by users with a questionnaire. The proposed method shows more close ranking results to the user ranks than Google. That is, our system evaluates web pages more closely to users' viewpoint than Google. Although our experiment is limited, our result shows powerful potential of new element for web page evaluation. Some approaches evaluate web pages with their contents and some evaluate web pages with structural attributes, particularly links, of pages. Web page evaluation is for users, so the best evaluation can be done by users themselves. So, user feedback is one of the most important factors for web page evaluation. This paper proposes a new method which reflects user feedbacks on web pages.

본 연구는 국내 Web 정보서비스 측정기준과 평가지표 개발을 위한 일차 연구로, 국내 Web 정보검색 서비스를 제공하는 사이트를 대상으로 기존의 온라인 검색환경의 측정기준과 평가지표의 적용문제를 사례연구로 분석한 것이다. 실제 검색실험을 통해 평가내역을 조사하고 기존방식과 기준이 Web 정보 서비스 평가적용에 어떤 문제점을 갖고 있는지를 구체적으로 조사함으로써, 현재 디지털도서관의 정보서비스의 주요 문제로 제기되고 있는 Internet 정보자원의 품질과 연계 지어 국내 Web 정보서비스 평가를 위한 지표개발(이차연구)에 필요한 기본적인 자료로 활용함을 목적으로 한다. 최종 이용자인 수요자 관점에서 디지털도서관 QIS의 조건으로 정보 자체보다 더욱 강조되고 있는 정보 서비스의 품질을, 탐색 서비스를 지원하는 국내 환경공학 Web 사이트만을 엄선하여 진단하고 최종 이용자들을 상대로 설문 조사하였다.

초기 사업자들에 의해 일방적으로 정보가 제공되던 인터넷 GIS 사이트는 Web 2.0의 패러다임과 함께 사용자들에 의해서 정보가 생산되고, 평가되는 형태로 변화하였다. 기존의 일반적인 웹사이트의 평가모델과 GIS 사이트 평가 모델에 대해서 살펴보고, Web 2.0을 고려하여 보완된 GIS 사이트 평가모델의 기준점을 을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 평가 모델의 기준점은 사용자 참여 정도를 고려한 평가 기준점으로써 이를 발전시켜 GIS 2.0 에 대한 평가모델을 제안할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 사용성 품질 평가를 위한 품질 기준과 웹 메트릭을 제안하고자 한다. 최근 들어 웹 사이트의 활용이 새로운 기술과 접목되어 산업 전반에 결쳐 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 또한 초고속 통신망이 일반화되면서, 그동안 네트워크의 속도 문제로 제한적으로 사용되었던 멀티미디어의 활용이 증가하면서 멀티미디어 웹 사이트가 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 소프트웨어 공학, HCI, 하이퍼미디어 분야에서 연구되어온 HTML기반의 품질 평가의 연구를 멀티미디어 웹 사이트로 확장하고, 멀티미디어 웹 사이트에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 플래시 사용성을 접목하여 새로운 웹 메트릭을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 웹 메트릭은 전문가 평가를 통하여 검증을 하였다. 또한 박물관을 도메인으로 하여 웹 어워드 코리아에서 수상한 웹 사이트와 비수상 웹 사이트를 정량적이고 정성적인 품질 평가를 통하여, 운용중인 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 품질 평가가 가능한 것을 비교 검증하였다. 본 논문으로 향후 고품질의 멀티미디어 웹 사이트 개발의 기반이 될 것이다.
