Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of regulatory focus on proactive behavior and to examine the mediating effect of work hope between superior's regulatory focus and subordinate's proactive behavior. In addition, the purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of interpersonal justice between regulatory focus and work hope, and the moderated mediating effect of work hope and interpersonal justice in the relationship between regulatory focus and proactive behavior. Design/methodology/approach - This study used data 255pairs(510people) collected from Public organizations such as gu office and private organizations that perform various tasks such as human resources, finance, accounting, marketing, and R&D. The Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the multiple regression analysis were used in order to analyze the data. Findings - The result showed that promotion focus was positively related to proactive behavior. In addition, this study found that the relationship between promotion focus and proactive behavior was mediated by work hope. Regarding the moderating roles of perceived interpersonal justice, the results showed that perceived interpersonal justice significantly interacted with promotion focus in influencing work hope. Finally, the moderated mediation analysis showed that the indirect effect of promotion focus on proactive behavior through work hope was valid only for subordinates with high perceived interpersonal justice. Research implications or Originality - In order to increase proactive behavior, it is necessary to focus on promotion focus and to increase the positive psychology such as hope. In addition, it is necessary to increase perception of interpersonal justice.

본 연구는 소명의식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색적으로 살펴보고, 그 과정을 구조적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 300명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 최종적으로 277명의 자료를 SPSS 18.0과 Amos 8.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 부모의 지지적 양육태도와 낙관성은 직접적으로 소명의식에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 일희망을 매개로 하여 소명의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 소명의식에 미치는 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 소명의식에는 일희망의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났고, 부모의 지지적 양육태도 및 낙관성의 영향력이 그 다음으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 소명의식에 영향을 미치는 개인의 환경적 특성과 성격적 특성을 경험적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 학교상담 및 교육장면에서 본 연구의 시사점을 논의하였고, 제한점과 후속 연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 직업희망과 진로태도성숙도 및 진로결정자기효능감과 관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수도권과 영남, 호남, 강원, 충청권에 소재한 8개 대학교에서 수집된 299명의 자료를 사용하여 상관분석과 변량분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 직업희망과 진로변인들 간의 상관분석 결과, 각 하위요인 간에는 r=.64~.73의 정적상관이 나타났다. 성별, 학년, 전공계열 따른 직업희망의 차이를 살펴보기 위해 변량분석을 실시한 결과, 성별과 학년에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았지만 전공계열별로는 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 직업희망은 경로사고였으며 진로결정자기효능감에서는 경로사고, 주도사고, 목표가 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생의 직업희망 척도를 활용한 본 연구의 제한점과 의의를 논의하였다.

In a challenging era of despair and hope, Helen Keller's story and her work, especially the remarkable journey depicted in "Three Days to See" from her autobiography "The Story of My Life," serve as a deep source of inspiration and wisdom. Her incredible life story reveals the path we should follow and the hope we should embrace. Her story showcases an incredible ability to overcome adversity in the human spirit. It reinforces the idea that even in the darkest moments, one can find the light of hope and resilience. Her story is a testament to the indomitable human will. Furthermore, Helen Keller's narrative often reminds us of the importance of gratitude for gifts and opportunities that are often taken for granted. Her longing for the simplest things, like sight, teaches us to cherish the abilities and privileges we currently possess. When facing contemporary challenges and uncertainties, her story conveys a profound message of unwavering hope and steadfast faith. She encourages us to seize the present moment, value the gifts we have, and embark on the journey of life with patience and hope, even when the path appears difficult. In this paper, we explore the life of Helen Keller and her literary work, emphasizing the importance of patience and hope in the difficult times faced by Koreans today, and we aim to present our attitude towards contributing to the nation's development. We seek to provide methods for preparing for a better and more hopeful future. We assert that we must carry hope and determination for the future and strive for new optimism and hope in Korean society.

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a rehabilitation program on hope and self-efficacy in a sample of homeless adolescent substance abusers at a halfway house in Seoul, Korea. Methods. Five residents of a halfway house were provided with a 16-week rehabilitation program based on a cognitive-behavioral approach. To evaluate the effectiveness of the program, this study used a single-case experimental design with the variables - hope and self-efficacy - being measured at pre-, post-, and follow-up tests. Results. While three participants showed considerable positive changes in hope and self-efficacy after the program, two participants did not show any positive changes. Despite this lack of consistent patterns in the effectiveness of the rehabilitation program, there was a qualitative change in social status (such as academic and work status) for the participants at the follow-up test. Conclusion. A rehabilitation program based on a cognitive-behavioral approach may improve the hope and self-efficacy of homeless adolescent substance abusers at a halfway house and help them to reintegrate into society.

목적: 본 연구는 국내 의료사회복지사의 영성과 상태 희망과의 관계를 파악하여, 효과적인 영성 및 상태희망을 증진시키는 개입의 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법: 2011년 9월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 국내 의료사회복지사 102명을 대상으로, 상태희망척도(State Hope Scale)와 한국형 영성척도(Spirituality Scale)를 사용하여 수행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN ver. 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Seffee's 사후검정, Pearson's correlation, Simple regression을 사용하였다. 결과: 대상자의 영성수준은 종교에 따른 유의한 차이를 보였고, 상태희망의 평균점수는 6.36/8.00, 영성수준은 3.80/5.00이었다. 영성은 상태희망과 유의미한 순상관관계를 보였다(P<0.001). 상태희망의 하위영역(경로사고, 주도사고)과 영성의 하위영역(삶의 의미와 목적, 자비심, 내적자원, 자각, 연결성, 초월성)간의 상관관계는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계(P<0.01)를 보였다. 결론: 의료사회복지사의 영성과 상태희망 간에는 유의미한 순상관관계가 있으며, 영성이 상태희망에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 영적 감수성 지향의 사회사업 접근을 위한 더 많은 후속연구가 요구된다.

이 논문은 개인적으로 경험되는 독특한 희망경험을 찾도록 도와주기 위하여 저자들이 개발한 "희망 찾기 내러티브 커뮤니케이션 모델"에 대하여 서술한다. 모델은 희망과 희망경험의 본질에 대한 문헌 및 저자들의 연구결과들과 주관적인 의미들과 경험들로서 희망 개념, 개인 특수한 희망경험에 접촉하기 위한 방법으로서 이야기하기 과정 및 내러티브 구성의 개념, 그리고 개인중심커뮤니케이션의 통합에 근거 개발되었다. 모델을 적용한 한 연구의 희망 찾기 경험은 모델을 한층 명확하게 하였다. 개인중심커뮤니케이션을 통하여 이야기하기와 내러티브 구성을 통합하는 모델은 세 요소들-이야기하기 요소, 내러티브 중재 요소, 커뮤니케이션 요소-로 구성된다. 이러한 요소들은 화자로서의 대상자가 희망경험의 근본인 개인 특수 주제적 플롯을 가진 희망 내러티브를 생산하는데 필수적으로 요구되는 커뮤니케이션 촉진자로서의 중재자의 적극적인 참여 속에서 개인-특수 희망경험을 찾는 것을 목적으로 하는 하나의 중재로서 과정화된다. 대상자에서 이 모델을 적용하여 성공적인 개인 희망경험 찾기의 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다. 이 모델의 성공은 중재자의 모델에 대한 이해와 개인중심-커뮤니케이션 전략 적용능력에 기인된 것으로 보인다.

본 연구는 미혼여성 간호사의 대인관계능력, 전문직 자아개념 및 희망감의 정도와 상관관계를 확인하고, 대상자의 희망감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 자료수집은 대도시 6개 종합병원에서 일하는 미혼여성 간호사 219명을 대상으로 2012년 8월 17일부터 2012년 9월 14일까지 실시되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS Windows 25.0으로 t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Hierarchical Regression Analysis를 이용하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 대인관계, 전문직 자아개념, 그리고 희망감의 점수는 차이가 있었다. 연구대상자의 대인관계, 전문직 자아개념, 그리고 희망감 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다(r=.26-.45, p<.001). 연구대상자의 일반적 특성, 대인관계, 그리고 전문직 자아개념의 희망감에 대한 설명력은 26.4%로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호사의 대인관계 및 전문직 자아개념과 함께 희망감을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구는 소아암 환아와 가족을 위해 한국백혈병소아암협회에서 실시된 '가족희망파트너사업' 의 총체적인 효과를 규명하고 이들에 대한 지원의 실증적 기초자료를 마련하는데 그 목적이있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 '가족희망파트너사업'을 통해 1년 이상 서비스를 이용 중인 보호자6명, 소아암 아동 5명을 2016년 6~7월까지 인터뷰하였으며, 수집된 자료는 질적분석 과정을거쳐 해석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 소아암 환아와 가족은 '혹독한 아픔의 장벽' 과 '소용돌이치는 불안과 소진'에 직면해있었는데, '가족희망파트너사업'을 통해 연계된 '회복과 성장의 디딤돌이 되어준 참 스승'으로 말미암아 다차원적인 효과를 경험하게 되었다. 즉'환아의 전반적인 재활 지원', '가족관계의 향상', '사회적 관계에 대한 해갈(解渴)', '압박에서의 해방'이라는 긍정적인 효과들을 체험하게 되었다. 본 연구는 '가족희망파트너사업'의 다차원적인 효과를 심층적으로 확증하였으며, 한국백혈병소아암협회에 의해서 소아암 환아와 가족을 위해 국내외적으로 최초로 시도된 '가족희망파트너사업'의 방향성을 모색하였다는데 의의가있다.

Generally gneiss regions catagolized as metamorphic ground are very complicated and difficult for geotenical engineer to establish stability, this slopes include falt zone and many folding structures. therefore the slope in this study is very complicated and highly wheathered and framentation conditions are irregular by this study, we hope that geotechical engineers who are confronted with the same complicated slope as this slope are doing his job easily and they know which system are adequate to establish the slope stability in large-scale slope with complicated geological structure, and besides through our work flow and modeling process, we hope that our study can be useful for geotenical engineer who may work slope design and construct in complicated ground.
