Amino Acid Complex의 항노화 작용 (Anti-aging Effect of Amino Acid Complex on the Skin)

  • 피부 각질층내의 아미노산 조성비율과 유사한 조성비로 amino acid complex을 제조하고, 제조된 amino acid complex가 피부에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 세포 생존율, TIMP-1 발현 증가율, 보습 및 각질량 변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 amino acid complex는 독성이 없는 안전한 물질로 우수한 보습력 및 보습유지효과와 ascorbic acid와 유사한 TIMP-1 발현량 증가로 주름 예방 및 개선에 효과를 가지고 있으며, 각질량 감소 및 감소유지효과로 자극이 있는 AHA 대체 물질로의 가능성을 보였다. 따라서, amino acid complex는 다기능을 가진 노화방지 화장료 기능성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

부숙식물유체(腐熟植物遺體)에서 추출(抽出)한 Fulv 산(酸) 가수분해(加水分解) 용액중(溶液中)의 Amino 산함량(酸含量) (Amino Acid Contents in the Hydrolysates of Fulvic Acids Extracted from Decomposing Plant Residues)

  • 볏짚, 보릿짚, 밀짚, 호밀짚의 4가지 작물유체(作物遺體)와 산야초(山野草), 활엽수(闊葉樹)와 침엽수(針葉樹) 낙엽등(落葉等) 7가지 식물유체(植物遺體)를 부열(腐熱)시키면서 경시적(經時的)으로 시료(試料)를 채취(採取)하여 추출(抽出)한 fulv산(酸)을 가수분해(加水分解)시킨후, amino산(酸)을 정량분석(定量分析)한 결과(結果) aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine, histidine, lysine, glycine, alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, serine, threonine, proline, methionine 등(等) 16종(種)의 amino산(酸)이 검출(檢出)되었다. 1. 부숙(腐熟) 90일(日)후에 유출(抽出)한 fulvic acid중에는 0.15% 내지 0.53%의 amino산(酸)이 함유되어 있었고, 산야초(山野草)에 가장 많이 그리고 밀짚에 가장 적게 함유되어 있었다. Humic acid의 함량에 비해 1/5내지 1/31의 정도로 함랑이 적었다. 2. Neutral amino acids, acidic amino acids, basic amino acids의 순(順)으로 많이 함유되어 있었다. 3. 부숙화(腐熱化)가 잘된 시료(試料)에서는 arginine이 검출되지 않았다. 4. Aromatic amino acid인 phenylalanine과 tyrosine은 일반적으로 검출되지 않았다. 5. Glycine, glutamic acid와 aspartic acid가 주요 amino acid였으며 glutamic acid와 aspartic acid를 제외하고 비교해 본 결과, 각 amino산중(酸中)에서 분자량(分子量)이 낮을수록 함유된 농도가 높은 경향이었다.

Analyses of Free Amino Acids in Different Parts of Bean Sprouts by Different Cooking Methods and from Different Merchants

  • This study was performed to quantitatively analyze free amino acids in the bean sprouts of three different merchants by the parts and the cooking methods in order to evaluate the nutritional and sensory values of bean sprouts. Three merchant bean sprouts were analyzed from total, cotyledon and hypocotyls. Aspartic acid was the most common acid isolated from bean sprouts from all three merchants and was found more in the hypocotyls than the cotyledon. On the other hand, arginine, the second most common amino acid, was found more in the cotyledon than the hypocotyls while valine, the third or fourth most common amino acid in total bean sprout, occurred in a greater amount in hypocotyls than in cotyledons. After cooking, was the most concentrated amino acid in the liquid portion of both boiled bean sprouts and bean sprout soup was glutamic acid. Total bean sprouts from merchant C showed significantly higher contents of the most abundant amino acids, such as aspartic acid, arginine, alanine, serine, glutamic acid, isoleucine, leucine and tyrosine (p<0.05). After cooking, bean sprouts from merchant B showed less of a decrease in amino acid content in the solid parts than the products from merchants A and C. In conclusion, aspartic acid was the major amino acid in bean sprouts, regardless of the source, but after cooking, glutamic acid became the most abundant amino acid in the liquid part. Additionally, the pattern of release of the amino acids from the solid beans to the liquid portion during cooking was different with each merchant.

Aminophosphonic Acids 화합물의 생물학적 기능연구 (Study of Synthesis and Biological Function on Aminophosphonic Acids)

  • Iso-butyl bromide의 합성을 시작으로 D.L-1-amino-3-methylbutylphosphonic acid의 합성을, Diethyl phophite의 합성을 시작으로 D.L-1-amino-2-phenyl ethylphosphonic acid의 합성을 하였다. 합성되어진 필수 아미노산인 Isoleucine analogue phosphonic acid는 각각 0.2%, 0.4%를 식이에 첨가했고 Phenylalanine analogue phosphonic acid는 0.35%와 0.7%를 각각 첨가하였으며 Standard-1과 Standard-2군과 비교군인 Isoleucine 0.2%와 0.4% Phenylalanine 0.35%와 0.7%군으로써 총 100마리의 숫쥐로 각 7주씩 14주의 사육 실험을 하였다. 동물 사육 기간내의 뇨채취와 사육후의 각 장기의 채취로써 총 질소와 P, glycogen측정을 시도하였다. 이러한 일련의 실험결과 (1) D.L-1-amino-3-methylbuthylphosphonic acid나D.L-1-amino-2-phenylethylphosphonic acid의 유기 합성에 있어서는 다 수율이 낮고 상당히 높은 융점을 보였으며 ${\alpha}-NH_2$기가 Ninhydrin 반응에 예민했다. (2) Aminophosphonic acid의 첨가군(D.L-1-amino-3-methylbutyl phosphonic acid, D.L-1-amino-2-Phenylethylphosphonic acid)에서나 Amino acid(Isoleucine, Phenylalanine)첨가군에 있어서 모든 장기의 무게, 총체내질소 보유율, 간장내 총단백질량과 인의양, 및 뇨를 통한 인의 배설량에 각각 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이로 보아서 Phenylalanine Aminophosphonic acid나 Isoleucine aminophosphonic acid가 다 보통 아미노산인 Isoleucine이나 Phenylalanine에 못지않게 체내에서 이용됨이 밝혀졌다. (3) 그러나 Phenylalanine aminophosphonic acid 첨가군이 간의 glycogen 함량에 있어서 Phenylalanine 첨가군과 Standard군과 비교해 보았을때 높았으며 이는 통계적인 유의성을 나타냈다.(<0.05) 이는 Phenylalanine Aminophosphonic Acid가 active state로써 간내에서 쉽게 이용되어서 Tricarboxylic cycle의 intermediate로 incorporate되는 경향으로 생각 할 수 있다.

Assessment of Ruminal and Post Ruminal Amino Acid Digestibility of Chinese and Canadian Rapeseed (Canola) Meals

  • Two rapeseed meal samples (Sample A, hybrid 5900 and sample B, double low rapeseed No.4) obtained from China and one Canola meal sample obtained from a local crushing plant in Canada were used to investigate the amino acid degradability of rapeseed/Canola meal in rumen and amino acid digestibility of ruminal incubation residues by precision-fed rooster bioassay. Results show that in ruminal incubation the degradation rate of non amino acid nitrogen in crude protein is higher than that for amino acid nitrogen in crude protein, the results also suggest that the degradation rate of amino acid nitrogen in Chinese rapeseed meal sample B was lower than that for Canadian Canola, but that in Chinese rapeseed meal sample A is much close to that for Canadian canola meal. For all amino acids the digestibility of the bypass or residual protein as measured by the precision-fed rooster bioassay tended to be lower for Chinese rapeseed meal sample A than for sample B or Canadian canola meal which had similar digestibility values. However following a calculation of total amino acid availability, involving the digestibility of amino acids in the rumen and rooster bioassay the results are less contradictory. Results indicated that in traditional roasting-expelling process, heat treatment, especially dry heat treatmeat could decrease amino acids degradability in rumen of rapeseed/canola meal, but also may decrease total availability of amino acids of rapeseed/canola meal.

녹두나물 성장과정중의 실소화합물과 유리아미노산의 변화에 관한 연구 (Changes of Nitrogen Compouds and Free Amino Acid of Mung-bean Sprout)

  • The changes of various nitrogenfractions and free amino acid composition were investigated at various growing stages. The results are summarized as follows 1) Total nitrogen, water soluble protein nitrogen, and true protein nitrogen were decreased with growth. 2) Free amino acid increased with sprout-growth. the content of free amino acid were about 74.4%(combined Ser, Asp, Arg, Val) after 4 day sprout. It is belived that serine, aspartic acid, arginine and valine play an important role as taste compounds in mungbean sprout. 3) 16kinds of amino acid, including essential amino acids in human nutrition except tryptophan and cystin were quantified.

  • 토양으로부터 분리한 Bacillus sp. YJ-63으로부터 항진균성 항생물질을 분리하여 그 구조를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 항생물질은 7개의 $\alpha$-amino acid와 1개의 $\beta$-amino acid가 결합한 환상구조를 가지는 iturin E 계에 속하며 특히. $\beta$-amino acid의 methylene 수가 기존의 iturin E 보다 더 많은 것으로 나타났다.

  • 한국(韓國)과 일본(日本)에서 생산(生産)되는 Gynostemma pentaphyllum Makino 의 amino acid 조성(組成)을 분석(分析) 비교(比較)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. Total amino acid 는 lysine, histidine, arginine 등 17종(種)의 amino acid을 확인하였다. 2. 한국산(韓國産)과 일본산(日本産) 돌외의 total amino acid 함량(含量)은 흡사하고, 한국산(韓國産)의 경우 일본산(日本産)보다 histidine이 더 많이 함유(含有)되어 있었다. 3. 17종(種)의 Amino acid중, 한국산(韓國産), 일본산(日本産) 모두 glutamic acid가 가장 많이 함유되어 있었고 한국산(韓國産)에는 methionine이, 일본산(日本産)에는 cystine이 가장 적게 함유되어 있었다.

비중선별(比重選別) 현미중(玄米中) 유리 Amino산 함량 (Free amino acids of brown rice in relation to specific gravity grade)

  • The contents of free amino acids in deembryod brown rice of two varieties were investigated by amino acid autoanalizer in relation to specific gravity grade. The analytical methods of free amino acid were also discussed. 1) The lower the specific gravity of the unhulled rice the higher the content of total free amino acids in the deembryod brown rice, and the similar trend appears to hold on each amino acids. 2) Main free amino acids were serine+asparagine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, alanine and valine, and maximum values of them were 7.3, 5.1, 4.0, 3.4, 0.9mg/100g rice, respectively. They consist about 85% of total free amino acids in most cases. 3) The contents of soluble nitrogen and free amino acids appear to be lower in high protein variety (IR 667) than in low protein variety (Jinhung). The percentage of free amino acid nitrogen to soluble nitrogen, however, appears to be higher in high protein variety (IR 667). 4) Alanine was much lower than aspartic acid in IR 667 having Indica blood while alanine appears to be higher than aspartic acid in Jinhung (Japonica rice) suggesting varietal difference in amino acid metabolism. 5) Threonine peak was overlaped with glutamine, and serine was with asparagine in this study.

A Study on the Optimal Amino Acid Pattern at the Proximal Duodenum in Growing Sheep

  • Nine crossbred castrated lambs fitted with rumen and duodenum cannula and fed a diet of hay and concentrate formulated with ground corn and soybean meal as main ingredients were used to assess the duodenal ideal amino acid pattern. Three synthetic amino acid mixtures with different profile of essential amino acids were duodenally infused in order to get three different amino acid patterns flowing into the duodenum. The mixtures were designed to have similar amino acid profile as rumen microbial protein (Pm), casein (Pc) and modified muscle amino acid (Pmm). Results showed a lower urine nitrogen excretion (p=0.05), a higher nitrogen retention (p=0.04) and bodyweight gain with treatment Pmm. The modified muscle amino acid pattern also promoted a lower ratio of Gly to other amino acids in plasma (Gly/OAA) and a higher RNA and RNA/DNA concentration in the liver of the sheep. Meanwhile, the urea concentration in plasma was reduced and the insulin concentration was increased with Pmm treatment. No differences in glucose and growth hormone concentration in plasma were found among three treatments. All results obtained indicate that the modified muscle amino acid pattern (Lys 100%, Met+Cys 39%, Thr 76%, His 41%, Arg 72%, Leu 158%, Ile 81%, Val 105%, Phe 81% and Trp 13%) was the best for growing sheep.
